U Bosni i Hercegovini u petak je potvrđeno više od 1800 novih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom, a čak 54 zaražene osobe umrle su u protekla 24 sata, dok se medicinske ustanove u toj zemlji suočavaju ne samo s manjkom liječnika nego i vozača ambulantnih vozila.

Od četvrtka je testirano više od 4500 uzoraka, što je najviše u jednom danu od izbijanja epidemije u ožujku, a zaraza je potvrđena kod 1297 osoba iz Federacije BiH te kod 589 iz Republike Srpske. U Federaciji BiH prijavljen je 31 smrtni slučaj, a u RS 23 pa je time dosegnut rekordni broj umrlih tijekom 24 sata. 

Po broju novozaraženih tijekom 24 sata prednjačila je Banja Luka s 204 nova slučaja zaraze, slijedio je Mostar sa 173 novooboljela te Bijeljina sa 145 slučajeva. 

Koliko je pak točno novooboljelih u Sarajevu u protekla 24 sata nije poznato jer je županijski krizni stožer u petak objavio kumulativne podatke za četiri dana, u kojemu stoji kako je zaraženo još 507 osoba.

Potpuno decentralizirani način praćenja zaraze, kakav je na djelu u BiH, bitno otežava prikupljanje cjelovitih informacija o stvarnom stanju u toj državi jer podaci pristižu stihijski i obrađuju se sa znatnim zakašnjenjem.

Iz medicinskih ustanova u Sarajevu stižu sve ozbiljnija upozorenja, ne samo o nedostatku liječnika nego i drugog osoblja nužnog za funkcioniranje sustava.

Glasnogovornik ustanove Domovi zdravlja Arman Šarkić potvrdio je kako je, uz ostalo, veliki broj vozača na bolovanju odnosno u izolaciji pa nema tko voziti ambulantna kola.

"Vozači su izloženi ogromnom riziku jer nemamo adekvatna vozila. Događa se da vozilo na ulazu u Klinički centar u Sarajevu stoji i po sat ili sat i pol, a vozač je u malom prostoru za zaraženim pacijentom. Infekcija je neizbježna", kazao je Šarkić lokalnim medijima. Dodao je kako će vjerojatno biti prisiljeni tražiti pomoć vozača gradskog prometnog poduzeća ili Centrotransa.

Epidemiologinja Instituta za javno zdravstvo RS Jelena Đaković Dević kazala je u petak na konferenciji za novinstvo kako je stanje i u tom entitetu vrlo ozbiljno, posebice stoga što se bolnice jedva nose sa sve većim priljevom pacijenata.

"Ono što nas brine je veliki pritisak na bolnički sektor, puno je više prijema (pacijenata) nego otpusta i to je ono što zabrinjava i čega smo se i bojali s povećanjem broja oboljelih na dnevnoj osnovi", kazala je Đaković Dević.

Promjene nabolje, kako je pojasnila, ne mogu se očekivati sve dok se bilježi sadašnji dnevni broj novozaraženih.

U Bosni i Hercegovini u petak je potvrđeno više od 1800 novih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom, a čak 54 zaražene osobe umrle su u protekla 24 sata, dok se medicinske ustanove u toj zemlji suočavaju ne samo s manjkom liječnika nego i vozača ambulantnih vozila.

Od četvrtka je testirano više od 4500 uzoraka, što je najviše u jednom danu od izbijanja epidemije u ožujku, a zaraza je potvrđena kod 1297 osoba iz Federacije BiH te kod 589 iz Republike Srpske. U Federaciji BiH prijavljen je 31 smrtni slučaj, a u RS 23 pa je time dosegnut rekordni broj umrlih tijekom 24 sata. 

Po broju novozaraženih tijekom 24 sata prednjačila je Banja Luka s 204 nova slučaja zaraze, slijedio je Mostar sa 173 novooboljela te Bijeljina sa 145 slučajeva. 

Koliko je pak točno novooboljelih u Sarajevu u protekla 24 sata nije poznato jer je županijski krizni stožer u petak objavio kumulativne podatke za četiri dana, u kojemu stoji kako je zaraženo još 507 osoba.

Potpuno decentralizirani način praćenja zaraze, kakav je na djelu u BiH, bitno otežava prikupljanje cjelovitih informacija o stvarnom stanju u toj državi jer podaci pristižu stihijski i obrađuju se sa znatnim zakašnjenjem.

Iz medicinskih ustanova u Sarajevu stižu sve ozbiljnija upozorenja, ne samo o nedostatku liječnika nego i drugog osoblja nužnog za funkcioniranje sustava.

Glasnogovornik ustanove Domovi zdravlja Arman Šarkić potvrdio je kako je, uz ostalo, veliki broj vozača na bolovanju odnosno u izolaciji pa nema tko voziti ambulantna kola.

"Vozači su izloženi ogromnom riziku jer nemamo adekvatna vozila. Događa se da vozilo na ulazu u Klinički centar u Sarajevu stoji i po sat ili sat i pol, a vozač je u malom prostoru za zaraženim pacijentom. Infekcija je neizbježna", kazao je Šarkić lokalnim medijima. Dodao je kako će vjerojatno biti prisiljeni tražiti pomoć vozača gradskog prometnog poduzeća ili Centrotransa.

Epidemiologinja Instituta za javno zdravstvo RS Jelena Đaković Dević kazala je u petak na konferenciji za novinstvo kako je stanje i u tom entitetu vrlo ozbiljno, posebice stoga što se bolnice jedva nose sa sve većim priljevom pacijenata.

"Ono što nas brine je veliki pritisak na bolnički sektor, puno je više prijema (pacijenata) nego otpusta i to je ono što zabrinjava i čega smo se i bojali s povećanjem broja oboljelih na dnevnoj osnovi", kazala je Đaković Dević.

Promjene nabolje, kako je pojasnila, ne mogu se očekivati sve dok se bilježi sadašnji dnevni broj novozaraženih.

U Bosni i Hercegovini u petak je potvrđeno više od 1800 novih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom, a čak 54 zaražene osobe umrle su u protekla 24 sata, dok se medicinske ustanove u toj zemlji suočavaju ne samo s manjkom liječnika nego i vozača ambulantnih vozila.

Od četvrtka je testirano više od 4500 uzoraka, što je najviše u jednom danu od izbijanja epidemije u ožujku, a zaraza je potvrđena kod 1297 osoba iz Federacije BiH te kod 589 iz Republike Srpske. U Federaciji BiH prijavljen je 31 smrtni slučaj, a u RS 23 pa je time dosegnut rekordni broj umrlih tijekom 24 sata. 

Po broju novozaraženih tijekom 24 sata prednjačila je Banja Luka s 204 nova slučaja zaraze, slijedio je Mostar sa 173 novooboljela te Bijeljina sa 145 slučajeva.
