Njemačka kancelarka Angela Merkel, koja broji sitno do konačnog političkog umirovljenja nakon izbora 26. rujna, na svojoj oproštajnoj turneji, kojom zaokružuje impresivnu i značajnu državničku karijeru, stiže i na Balkan, u Srbiju, nakon koje će u Albaniju.

U Beogradu se sve vrti oko posjeta kancelarke, a osiguranje u gradu je na najvišoj razini. Tako srpski mediji ističu da će Merkel u zračnom prostoru Srbije dočekati i dva MiG-a 29, a tijekom njenog posjeta iznad Beograda će patrolirati i policijski helikopteri, piše Jutarnji list.

Merkel stiže u trenutku kad se na Balkanu opet "talasa" i od nje se očekuju zaključne i važne političke poruke. Osim što se susreće s predsjednikom Aleksandrom Vučićem, a potom i s premijerom Albanije Edijem Ramom, Merkel će u Tirani nasamo razgovarati s premijerima svih ostalih zapadnobalkanskih država koje još nisu u EU - predsjednicima vlada BiH, Crne Gore, Kosova i Sjeverne Makedonije.

Nema promjena granica

Ove dvije važne balkanske zemlje izabrala je kako bi regiji poslala poruke podrške za uključivanje u euroatlantske integracije, ali i upozorila da neće tolerirati nestabilnost ni bilo kakvo nasumično i ugrožavajuće rješavanje međusobnih pitanja i odnosa.

Merkel je došla na Balkan, kako javljaju njemački mediji, prije svega poručiti da nema promjena granica te potvrditi privrženost cjelovitosti i jedinstvu BiH. Druga poruka ide Vučiću (koji je moli da visoki predstavnik za BiH Christian Schmidt, njezin čovjek od povjerenja, ne poduzima drastične korake poput smjene prema neobuzdanom Miloradu Dodiku u zamjenu za poslušnost) i to je da se okani ideje o "zamjeni teritorija" i "korekciji granica" s Kosovom, čiju samostalnost Njemačka podržava.

Rješenjem problema Njemačka, naime, smatra srbijansko priznavanje neovisnosti Kosova. Angela Merkel jasno je dala do znanja da neće dozvoliti nikakve, pa ni najmanje preinake balkanskih granica, za što traži Vučićevo obećanje, jer bi to počelo širiti opasan i nezaustavljiv domino-efekt, kako su naznačili njemački mediji uoči njezina dolaska na Balkan, piše Jutarnji list.

Njemačka je, uz Austriju, prvi trgovinski partner i najveći investitor u zemljama zapadnog Balkana te je došla pružiti podršku i uvjeravanja da te zemlje želi u bruxelleskoj obitelji. Doduše, svaka od njih ima svoje probleme - BiH i Kosovo nemaju još ni pristup, Srbija već dvije godine nije otvorila nijedno novo poglavlje u pregovorima, Crna Gora je najviše napredovala, ali je zbog sadašnje političke krize i ona u zastoju. Sjeverna Makedonija i Albanija, iako su članice NATO-a, zbog kočenja nekih zemlja - Bugarske i Nizozemske, primjerice - još nisu započele pregovore i ne zna se kada bi to moglo biti.

Neupitna stabilnost regije

No, Angela Merkel ih uvjerava da će sve biti u redu te da će, bez obzira na moguću promjenu nakon izbora u Njemačkoj (SPD vodi u svim anketama) to područje i dalje ostati u fokusu njemačke politike i ekonomskog interesa. Samo doznake balkanskih gastarbajtera iz Njemačke i nekih drugih zemalja EU "nose" više od deset posto njihovih BDP-a. Aleksandar Vučić posebno je iskoristio ovaj posjet za vlastitu političku promociju te prikazivanje sebe kao faktora stabilnosti u regiji, a Merkel, i u Njemačkoj, kao i u Srbiji, "trpi" određene kritike zbog podrške autoritarnom režimu srbijanskog šefa države te njegove politike "srpskog sveta".

Pojedini njemački analitičari smatraju da je Merkel u posljednje vrijeme redovito pretpostavljala "stabilnost regije" kao prioritet u odnosu na "autoritarne finese" u Srbiji. Ovaj posjet Vučić je i iskoristio za sebe i izbore koji ga očekuju početkom travnja iduće godine - zajedničke predsjedničke, parlamentarne i lokalne - a oporba u Srbiji tvrdi da takvom podrškom Merkel favorizira Vučića i pomaže slabljenju oporbe. Naravno, za Merkel je važno i pitanje migrantskih tokova jer te su zemlje na ruti na koju se sada očekuje dodatni pritisak od nekoliko milijuna ljudi nakon pada Afganistana.

Inicijator završnog posjeta Angele Merkel Balkanu je Jan Hecker, mladi njemački diplomat koji je nedavno imenovan ambasadorom u Pekingu, ali je iznenada umro prije nekoliko dana. Bio je jedan od glavnih ljudi u timu Angele Merkel te se zalagao za što brže približavanje tog dijela Europe Europskoj uniji kao svojevrsni kreator njemačke politike prema Balkanu, piše Jutarnji list.

Njemačka kancelarka Angela Merkel, koja broji sitno do konačnog političkog umirovljenja nakon izbora 26. rujna, na svojoj oproštajnoj turneji, kojom zaokružuje impresivnu i značajnu državničku karijeru, stiže i na Balkan, u Srbiju, nakon koje će u Albaniju.

U Beogradu se sve vrti oko posjeta kancelarke, a osiguranje u gradu je na najvišoj razini. Tako srpski mediji ističu da će Merkel u zračnom prostoru Srbije dočekati i dva MiG-a 29, a tijekom njenog posjeta iznad Beograda će patrolirati i policijski helikopteri, piše Jutarnji list.

Merkel stiže u trenutku kad se na Balkanu opet "talasa" i od nje se očekuju zaključne i važne političke poruke. Osim što se susreće s predsjednikom Aleksandrom Vučićem, a potom i s premijerom Albanije Edijem Ramom, Merkel će u Tirani nasamo razgovarati s premijerima svih ostalih zapadnobalkanskih država koje još nisu u EU - predsjednicima vlada BiH, Crne Gore, Kosova i Sjeverne Makedonije.

Nema promjena granica

Ove dvije važne balkanske zemlje izabrala je kako bi regiji poslala poruke podrške za uključivanje u euroatlantske integracije, ali i upozorila da neće tolerirati nestabilnost ni bilo kakvo nasumično i ugrožavajuće rješavanje međusobnih pitanja i odnosa.

Merkel je došla na Balkan, kako javljaju njemački mediji, prije svega poručiti da nema promjena granica te potvrditi privrženost cjelovitosti i jedinstvu BiH. Druga poruka ide Vučiću (koji je moli da visoki predstavnik za BiH Christian Schmidt, njezin čovjek od povjerenja, ne poduzima drastične korake poput smjene prema neobuzdanom Miloradu Dodiku u zamjenu za poslušnost) i to je da se okani ideje o "zamjeni teritorija" i "korekciji granica" s Kosovom, čiju samostalnost Njemačka podržava.

Rješenjem problema Njemačka, naime, smatra srbijansko priznavanje neovisnosti Kosova. Angela Merkel jasno je dala do znanja da neće dozvoliti nikakve, pa ni najmanje preinake balkanskih granica, za što traži Vučićevo obećanje, jer bi to počelo širiti opasan i nezaustavljiv domino-efekt, kako su naznačili njemački mediji uoči njezina dolaska na Balkan, piše Jutarnji list.

Njemačka je, uz Austriju, prvi trgovinski partner i najveći investitor u zemljama zapadnog Balkana te je došla pružiti podršku i uvjeravanja da te zemlje želi u bruxelleskoj obitelji. Doduše, svaka od njih ima svoje probleme - BiH i Kosovo nemaju još ni pristup, Srbija već dvije godine nije otvorila nijedno novo poglavlje u pregovorima, Crna Gora je najviše napredovala, ali je zbog sadašnje političke krize i ona u zastoju. Sjeverna Makedonija i Albanija, iako su članice NATO-a, zbog kočenja nekih zemlja - Bugarske i Nizozemske, primjerice - još nisu započele pregovore i ne zna se kada bi to moglo biti.

Neupitna stabilnost regije

No, Angela Merkel ih uvjerava da će sve biti u redu te da će, bez obzira na moguću promjenu nakon izbora u Njemačkoj (SPD vodi u svim anketama) to područje i dalje ostati u fokusu njemačke politike i ekonomskog interesa. Samo doznake balkanskih gastarbajtera iz Njemačke i nekih drugih zemalja EU "nose" više od deset posto njihovih BDP-a. Aleksandar Vučić posebno je iskoristio ovaj posjet za vlastitu političku promociju te prikazivanje sebe kao faktora stabilnosti u regiji, a Merkel, i u Njemačkoj, kao i u Srbiji, "trpi" određene kritike zbog podrške autoritarnom režimu srbijanskog šefa države te njegove politike "srpskog sveta".

Pojedini njemački analitičari smatraju da je Merkel u posljednje vrijeme redovito pretpostavljala "stabilnost regije" kao prioritet u odnosu na "autoritarne finese" u Srbiji. Ovaj posjet Vučić je i iskoristio za sebe i izbore koji ga očekuju početkom travnja iduće godine - zajedničke predsjedničke, parlamentarne i lokalne - a oporba u Srbiji tvrdi da takvom podrškom Merkel favorizira Vučića i pomaže slabljenju oporbe. Naravno, za Merkel je važno i pitanje migrantskih tokova jer te su zemlje na ruti na koju se sada očekuje dodatni pritisak od nekoliko milijuna ljudi nakon pada Afganistana.

Inicijator završnog posjeta Angele Merkel Balkanu je Jan Hecker, mladi njemački diplomat koji je nedavno imenovan ambasadorom u Pekingu, ali je iznenada umro prije nekoliko dana. Bio je jedan od glavnih ljudi u timu Angele Merkel te se zalagao za što brže približavanje tog dijela Europe Europskoj uniji kao svojevrsni kreator njemačke politike prema Balkanu, piše Jutarnji list.
