Dogodilo se očekivano. Milo Đukanović izgubio je na predsjedničkim izborima nastavljajući niz poraza započetih u kolovozu 2020. godine kad je njegov DPS osvojio najveći broj glasova na parlamentarnim izborima, ali nije bio u stanju formiranti većinu.

Vlast napušta političar koji ju je najdulje držao u sadašnjoj Europi, još tamo od “antibirokratske revolucije” koju je vodio Slobodan Milošević radi čuvanja što većeg dijela tadašnje Jugoslavije pod kontrolom većine srbijanskog vodstva i JNA.

Odlazi jer nije shvatio da je njegovo vrijeme prošlo kao što većina autokrata ne shvati kad im je vrijeme da odu pa se onda povlače poraženi, posramljeno. Znakovito je da se žena, Angela Merkel, povukla kad je shvatila da je dosta.

Zbog Đukanovićeve čvrste kontrole vlasti Crna Gora nije prošla tranziciju poput drugih zemalja bivše Jugoslavije jer je DPS (Demokratska partija socijalista) nasljednik bivše Komunističke partije. Proces je počeo u kolovozu 2020. godine rezultiravši političkom krizom koja je izbila nakon što je crnogorska Skupština u lipnju 2021. godine usvojila rezoluciju kojom se osuđuje genocid u Srebrenici i smijenila ministra pravosuđa zbog izjave da se genocid nije dogodio.

Zanemario vezanost naroda uz SPC

Zagovornici teze da je vlada Zdravka Krivokapića, koji je preuzeo vlast nakon izbora, bila prosrpska, redovito ne spominju ovaj podatak koji tu tezu potire. Takvih primjera ima još.

Vladu će nakon toga preuzeti Dritan Abazović u kratkotrajnoj koaliciji s DPS-om, tijekom koje potpisuje temeljni sporazum sa Srpskom pravoslavnom crkvom zbog kojeg Đukanović povlači podršku vladi.

Da bi se razumjela dubina tog pitanja, potrebno je znati da je Đukanović bio u dobrim odnosima s pokojnim mitropolitom Amfilohijem, a kad je došlo do njihova osobnog sukoba, zanemario je stanje crnogorske javnosti: iako je veći dio stanovništva procrnogorski usmjeren, jednako je tako pretežit dio stanovništva, koji drži do religije, vezan uz SPC. Argument više zbog kojeg je poražen.

Vlade Krivokapića i Abazovića, u kojima je sjedio izborni pobjednik Jakov Milatović, uspjele su u velikoj mjeri uvjeriti većinu stanovništva kako im nije cilj vratiti Crnu Goru pod okrilje Srbije, nego je razvijati – ta je vlada uspjela spasiti zemlju dužničkog ropstva prema Kini jer je sa zapadnim bankama dogovorila povoljan kredit kojim uspješno vraća nepovoljan kineski: dogovorio ga je Đukanović. Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo se aktivno uključilo u kontrolu carinske zone u luci Bar, što je znatno utjecalo na smanjenje krijumčarenja. Sustavno se ruši i interesna, klijentelistička mreža koju je tijekom desetljeća na vlasti formirao Đukanović koji se, s članovima obitelji, našao u svim dokumentima koje su objavili zapadni mediji o poslovanju u poreznim oazama (Pandora, Panama Papers). U analizi stanja u Crnoj Gori često se zanemaruje da je Đukanovićev brat Aco vlasnik Prve banke u kojoj je vlada imala velike pologe.

Milatović pred velikim izazovom

Crna Gora je u nedjelju hametice porazila Đukanovića dajući mu do znanja da je njegovo vrijeme prošlo, da su njegove politike nepoželjne, da je vrijeme za nove ljude koji će se boriti za bolji standard. Opstojnost Crne Gore više nije tema, pokazali su to izborni rezultati: otvoreno prosrpski kandidat Andrija Mandić osvojio je gotovo 20 posto glasova u prvom krugu i to je čvrsta jezgra biračkog tijela koje je sklono možda povratku u zajednicu sa Srbijom. Protiv Đukanovića glasalo je gotovo 60 posto u drugom krugu, što potvrđuje da su protiv njega glasali i brojni iz procrnogorskog tabora. Konačno, ako crnogorski karakter države ovisi o jednom čovjeku, u velikoj je nedaći.

Jakov Milatović nalazi se pred velikim izazovom, ozbiljnim iskušenjem i biračko tijelo će ga po tome ocjenjivati. Možda i skrene u prosrpskom smjeru, ali na to će budno paziti biračko tijelo i s njima SAD i Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo, koje neće dopustiti da se u pitanje dovede NATO savezništvo. Važno je pitanje i zašto bi stranke koje mogu imati državu htjele ući u savez s drugom pa izgubiti vlast.

Parlamentarni su izbori u lipnju, a stranke koalicije Krivokapićeve vlade nadaju se, uz novu političku opciju Evropa sad! koju vode Milatović i Milenko Spajić, bivši ministar financija, osvojiti većinu zadržavajući DPS u opoziciji. Đukanović bi mogao izići i na te izbore pa zajamčiti poraz stranci koja nema koalicijski potencijal. Moža bude pametniji od toga.

Dogodilo se očekivano. Milo Đukanović izgubio je na predsjedničkim izborima nastavljajući niz poraza započetih u kolovozu 2020. godine kad je njegov DPS osvojio najveći broj glasova na parlamentarnim izborima, ali nije bio u stanju formiranti većinu.

Vlast napušta političar koji ju je najdulje držao u sadašnjoj Europi, još tamo od “antibirokratske revolucije” koju je vodio Slobodan Milošević radi čuvanja što većeg dijela tadašnje Jugoslavije pod kontrolom većine srbijanskog vodstva i JNA.

Odlazi jer nije shvatio da je njegovo vrijeme prošlo kao što većina autokrata ne shvati kad im je vrijeme da odu pa se onda povlače poraženi, posramljeno. Znakovito je da se žena, Angela Merkel, povukla kad je shvatila da je dosta.

Zbog Đukanovićeve čvrste kontrole vlasti Crna Gora nije prošla tranziciju poput drugih zemalja bivše Jugoslavije jer je DPS (Demokratska partija socijalista) nasljednik bivše Komunističke partije. Proces je počeo u kolovozu 2020. godine rezultiravši političkom krizom koja je izbila nakon što je crnogorska Skupština u lipnju 2021. godine usvojila rezoluciju kojom se osuđuje genocid u Srebrenici i smijenila ministra pravosuđa zbog izjave da se genocid nije dogodio.

Zanemario vezanost naroda uz SPC

Zagovornici teze da je vlada Zdravka Krivokapića, koji je preuzeo vlast nakon izbora, bila prosrpska, redovito ne spominju ovaj podatak koji tu tezu potire. Takvih primjera ima još.

Vladu će nakon toga preuzeti Dritan Abazović u kratkotrajnoj koaliciji s DPS-om, tijekom koje potpisuje temeljni sporazum sa Srpskom pravoslavnom crkvom zbog kojeg Đukanović povlači podršku vladi.

Da bi se razumjela dubina tog pitanja, potrebno je znati da je Đukanović bio u dobrim odnosima s pokojnim mitropolitom Amfilohijem, a kad je došlo do njihova osobnog sukoba, zanemario je stanje crnogorske javnosti: iako je veći dio stanovništva procrnogorski usmjeren, jednako je tako pretežit dio stanovništva, koji drži do religije, vezan uz SPC. Argument više zbog kojeg je poražen.

Vlade Krivokapića i Abazovića, u kojima je sjedio izborni pobjednik Jakov Milatović, uspjele su u velikoj mjeri uvjeriti većinu stanovništva kako im nije cilj vratiti Crnu Goru pod okrilje Srbije, nego je razvijati – ta je vlada uspjela spasiti zemlju dužničkog ropstva prema Kini jer je sa zapadnim bankama dogovorila povoljan kredit kojim uspješno vraća nepovoljan kineski: dogovorio ga je Đukanović. Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo se aktivno uključilo u kontrolu carinske zone u luci Bar, što je znatno utjecalo na smanjenje krijumčarenja. Sustavno se ruši i interesna, klijentelistička mreža koju je tijekom desetljeća na vlasti formirao Đukanović koji se, s članovima obitelji, našao u svim dokumentima koje su objavili zapadni mediji o poslovanju u poreznim oazama (Pandora, Panama Papers). U analizi stanja u Crnoj Gori često se zanemaruje da je Đukanovićev brat Aco vlasnik Prve banke u kojoj je vlada imala velike pologe.

Milatović pred velikim izazovom

Crna Gora je u nedjelju hametice porazila Đukanovića dajući mu do znanja da je njegovo vrijeme prošlo, da su njegove politike nepoželjne, da je vrijeme za nove ljude koji će se boriti za bolji standard. Opstojnost Crne Gore više nije tema, pokazali su to izborni rezultati: otvoreno prosrpski kandidat Andrija Mandić osvojio je gotovo 20 posto glasova u prvom krugu i to je čvrsta jezgra biračkog tijela koje je sklono možda povratku u zajednicu sa Srbijom. Protiv Đukanovića glasalo je gotovo 60 posto u drugom krugu, što potvrđuje da su protiv njega glasali i brojni iz procrnogorskog tabora. Konačno, ako crnogorski karakter države ovisi o jednom čovjeku, u velikoj je nedaći.

Jakov Milatović nalazi se pred velikim izazovom, ozbiljnim iskušenjem i biračko tijelo će ga po tome ocjenjivati. Možda i skrene u prosrpskom smjeru, ali na to će budno paziti biračko tijelo i s njima SAD i Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo, koje neće dopustiti da se u pitanje dovede NATO savezništvo. Važno je pitanje i zašto bi stranke koje mogu imati državu htjele ući u savez s drugom pa izgubiti vlast.

Parlamentarni su izbori u lipnju, a stranke koalicije Krivokapićeve vlade nadaju se, uz novu političku opciju Evropa sad! koju vode Milatović i Milenko Spajić, bivši ministar financija, osvojiti većinu zadržavajući DPS u opoziciji. Đukanović bi mogao izići i na te izbore pa zajamčiti poraz stranci koja nema koalicijski potencijal. Moža bude pametniji od toga.
