Premijer Andrej Plenković u središnjem Dnevniku HTV-a govorio je o europskom novcu koji stiže za nekoliko dana u Hrvatsku, kao i ostalim aktualnim zbivanjima.

Premijer Plenković istaknuo je da se Hrvatska još 2020. godine za vrijeme sastanka Europskog vijeća u srpnju izborila za dva velika modula izdašnih financijskih sredstava.

- Jedan je redoviti višegodišnji proračun gdje smo izborili 15 milijardi eura. Drugi je bio u tom trenutku taj dio instrumenta EU-iduće generacije, tzv. planovi za oporavak i otpornost, gdje smo uspjeli izboriti 9,6 milijardi eura. Sve skupa je 25 milijardi eura za razvoj u ovom četvrtom desetljeću hrvatske slobode i demokracije, kazao je Plenković.

- Sredstva iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti se zarađuju tako da imate svakih šest mjeseci vrlo jasno definirane kriterije koje morate ispuniti kako bi vam se doznačila sredstva. Danas je potpredsjednica EK Dubravka Šuica kazala da je Europska komisija verificirala postignuća Hrvatske iz prvog polugodišta ove godine i sada će nam u petak doznačiti novih 700 milijuna eura. Već smo dobili prije 700, pa avans 800 i sve skupa je to 2,2 mlrd. eura za projekte obrazovanja, gospodarstva, zdravstva, pravosuđa, obnove, državne administracije, istaknuo je.

Imat ćemo vrste ulaganja koje će nam omogućiti da realiziramo prioritete, rekao je Plenković i dodao da su npr. u obrazovanju u prvom mandatu osigurali besplatne udžbenike i prijevoz, a u ovome i besplatan obrok, sada se očekuje da ishodi i rezultati mladih u budu još bolji.

- Ulažemo u budućnost, konkurentnost, obrazovanje europskim sredstvima zato se i zove taj projekt EU-iduće generacije, pojasnio je.

Premijer je govorio i o ulasku Hrvatske u Schengen. U vezi s tim istaknuo je da će prijevoznici imati manje troškova i brže će obavljati svoj posao. 

Svatko tko dolazi na hrvatski Jadran moći će lakše i brže doći, rekao je. Građani Hrvatske će moći zrakoplovima doći npr. na schengenski dio frankfurtskog aerodroma i bez ikakvih dokumenata ući u Njemačku. 

- To su velike koristi u smislu mobilnosti, smanjenja troškova i dobro za građane, turizam i gospodarstvo, ali i jako dobro za ukupnu reputaciju zemlje. Nema nijedne druge zemlje koja je ušla isti dan i u Schengen i u euro, dodao je.

Na pitanje u vezi s tim hoće li možda doći do jačanja represije na vanjskih granicama EU-a Plenković je rekao da je Hrvatska već sada zaštitnik vanjske granice.

- Sada ćemo biti zaštitnik vanjske granice koja je ujedno i schengenska granica. To ujedno znači da ćemo raspoložive snage, policiju, s naših sjevernih granica, moći rasporediti na druge granice, npr. sa Srbijom i Bosnom i Hercegovinom, Crnom Gorom ili da pak oni djeluju unutar Hrvatske. Hrvatska je prije godinu i pol dana napravila nezavisni mehanizam u kojem sudjeluju naši stručnjaci plus savjetodavno tijelo sa strane EU koje prati kako mi točno kontroliramo granicu i da li se ponašamo u skladu s europskim propisima i zakonodavstvo i međunarodnim pravom. Taj nam je mehanizam omogućio da prođemo s 534 glasa u Europskom parlamentu i velikom preporukom Europske komisije, istaknuo je premijer Plenković.

Naglasio je da je Hrvatska prošla sve filtere i ispunila 281 kriterij, a dobila ih je 2016. godine.

U vezi s ulaskom u euro područje, premijer je kazao da je Hrvatska fiksirala tečaj u srpnju ove godine, a konačne odluke u ulasku u euro područje donešene su u lipnju i srpnju. 

- Od 5. srpnja imamo dvostruko iskazivanje cijena. Imamo proces senzibiliziranja hrvatskih građana i gospodarstva na euro, da se točno zna koliko je nešto u kunama sutra u eurima. Cijene će ostati izražene u kunama i imat ćemo prilike to kontrolirati, rekao je.

Napomenuo je da će Ministarstvo gospodarstva pratiti da ne bi došlo do dizanja cijena na uštrb građana, gospodarstva. Očekuje visoki stupanj ozbiljnosti svih aktera. Ako se vidi da, kako kaže, netko neopravdano diže cijene, "lovi u mutnom", doći će na crne liste i to će se objavljivati.

Premijer Andrej Plenković u središnjem Dnevniku HTV-a govorio je o europskom novcu koji stiže za nekoliko dana u Hrvatsku, kao i ostalim aktualnim zbivanjima.

Premijer Plenković istaknuo je da se Hrvatska još 2020. godine za vrijeme sastanka Europskog vijeća u srpnju izborila za dva velika modula izdašnih financijskih sredstava.

- Jedan je redoviti višegodišnji proračun gdje smo izborili 15 milijardi eura. Drugi je bio u tom trenutku taj dio instrumenta EU-iduće generacije, tzv. planovi za oporavak i otpornost, gdje smo uspjeli izboriti 9,6 milijardi eura. Sve skupa je 25 milijardi eura za razvoj u ovom četvrtom desetljeću hrvatske slobode i demokracije, kazao je Plenković.

- Sredstva iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti se zarađuju tako da imate svakih šest mjeseci vrlo jasno definirane kriterije koje morate ispuniti kako bi vam se doznačila sredstva. Danas je potpredsjednica EK Dubravka Šuica kazala da je Europska komisija verificirala postignuća Hrvatske iz prvog polugodišta ove godine i sada će nam u petak doznačiti novih 700 milijuna eura. Već smo dobili prije 700, pa avans 800 i sve skupa je to 2,2 mlrd. eura za projekte obrazovanja, gospodarstva, zdravstva, pravosuđa, obnove, državne administracije, istaknuo je.

Imat ćemo vrste ulaganja koje će nam omogućiti da realiziramo prioritete, rekao je Plenković i dodao da su npr. u obrazovanju u prvom mandatu osigurali besplatne udžbenike i prijevoz, a u ovome i besplatan obrok, sada se očekuje da ishodi i rezultati mladih u budu još bolji.

- Ulažemo u budućnost, konkurentnost, obrazovanje europskim sredstvima zato se i zove taj projekt EU-iduće generacije, pojasnio je.

Premijer je govorio i o ulasku Hrvatske u Schengen. U vezi s tim istaknuo je da će prijevoznici imati manje troškova i brže će obavljati svoj posao. 

Svatko tko dolazi na hrvatski Jadran moći će lakše i brže doći, rekao je. Građani Hrvatske će moći zrakoplovima doći npr. na schengenski dio frankfurtskog aerodroma i bez ikakvih dokumenata ući u Njemačku. 

- To su velike koristi u smislu mobilnosti, smanjenja troškova i dobro za građane, turizam i gospodarstvo, ali i jako dobro za ukupnu reputaciju zemlje. Nema nijedne druge zemlje koja je ušla isti dan i u Schengen i u euro, dodao je.

Na pitanje u vezi s tim hoće li možda doći do jačanja represije na vanjskih granicama EU-a Plenković je rekao da je Hrvatska već sada zaštitnik vanjske granice.

- Sada ćemo biti zaštitnik vanjske granice koja je ujedno i schengenska granica. To ujedno znači da ćemo raspoložive snage, policiju, s naših sjevernih granica, moći rasporediti na druge granice, npr. sa Srbijom i Bosnom i Hercegovinom, Crnom Gorom ili da pak oni djeluju unutar Hrvatske. Hrvatska je prije godinu i pol dana napravila nezavisni mehanizam u kojem sudjeluju naši stručnjaci plus savjetodavno tijelo sa strane EU koje prati kako mi točno kontroliramo granicu i da li se ponašamo u skladu s europskim propisima i zakonodavstvo i međunarodnim pravom. Taj nam je mehanizam omogućio da prođemo s 534 glasa u Europskom parlamentu i velikom preporukom Europske komisije, istaknuo je premijer Plenković.

Naglasio je da je Hrvatska prošla sve filtere i ispunila 281 kriterij, a dobila ih je 2016. godine.

U vezi s ulaskom u euro područje, premijer je kazao da je Hrvatska fiksirala tečaj u srpnju ove godine, a konačne odluke u ulasku u euro područje donešene su u lipnju i srpnju. 

- Od 5. srpnja imamo dvostruko iskazivanje cijena. Imamo proces senzibiliziranja hrvatskih građana i gospodarstva na euro, da se točno zna koliko je nešto u kunama sutra u eurima. Cijene će ostati izražene u kunama i imat ćemo prilike to kontrolirati, rekao je.

Napomenuo je da će Ministarstvo gospodarstva pratiti da ne bi došlo do dizanja cijena na uštrb građana, gospodarstva. Očekuje visoki stupanj ozbiljnosti svih aktera. Ako se vidi da, kako kaže, netko neopravdano diže cijene, "lovi u mutnom", doći će na crne liste i to će se objavljivati.

Premijer Andrej Plenković u središnjem Dnevniku HTV-a govorio je o europskom novcu koji stiže za nekoliko dana u Hrvatsku, kao i ostalim aktualnim zbivanjima.

Premijer Plenković istaknuo je da se Hrvatska još 2020. godine za vrijeme sastanka Europskog vijeća u srpnju izborila za dva velika modula izdašnih financijskih sredstava.

- Jedan je redoviti višegodišnji proračun gdje smo izborili 15 milijardi eura. Drugi je bio u tom trenutku taj dio instrumenta EU-iduće generacije, tzv. planovi za oporavak i otpornost, gdje smo uspjeli izboriti 9,6 milijardi eura. Sve skupa je 25 milijardi eura za razvoj u ovom četvrtom desetljeću hrvatske slobode i demokracije, kazao je Plenković.

- Sredstva iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti se zarađuju tako da imate svakih šest mjeseci...
