Vuk Vuković, ekonomist i jedan od osnivača udruge Glas poduzetnika, u N1 Studiju uživo govorio je o tome kakva budućnost, u uvjetima epidemije, čeka poduzetnike, ali i državu.
Kazao je da podaci od ljeta pokazuju da je situacija nešto bolja, ali da moramo voditi računa da će situacija u zadnjem kvartalu stvoriti jednaku razinu nestabilnosti kao što je bilo u drugom kvartalu.
"Imamo goru epidemiološku situaciju, ali najviše me zanima promjena ponašanja kod ljudi, to se vidi po podacima.
Raste strah, povećava se zatvaranje u domove i imate sličan efekt kao da je lockdown. Zbog elementa neizvjesnosti i straha, imat ćemo sličan učinak, i loš efekt na BDP. Bio bih oprezan s pozitivnim prognozama, koje su posljedica ljetnih mjeseci", rekao je Vuković.
Kazao je kako nam se gomilaju stvari koje smo propustili učiniti na vrijeme, a sada sve dolazi na naplatu.
"Zdravstveni sustav je rastegnut, došlo je do kulminacije problema s plaćanjem veledrogerijama, i mislim da će doći do novog zaduživanja. To i nije loše, jer nam je zaduživanje sada skupo. Novac iz EU-a treba se alocirati kako bi se riješio deficit u gospodarstvu.
Očekuje se poboljšanje stanja deficita i duga dogodine, ali ne znam koliko će to biti moguće. Firme, male firme, koje su bile u problemima na proljeće - ugostitelji, prijevoznici, mali dućani mješovite robe, bit će u stanju potencijalnog bankrota i otpuštanja i dogodine. Promjena u ponašanju će dugo trajati, to neće biti samo kratkotrajni šok.
Naše članstvo, ali i europska istraživanja, pokazuju da oko pola malih poduzeća neće preživjeti narednih pola godine ako im se prihodi značajno ne poprave. Imamo podatke koji projiciraju ne baš stabilnu situaciju, iako je točno ono što je ministar financija Zdravko Marić rekao, da podaci o fiskalizaciji nisu padali baš mnogo. No pitanje je i jesu li se ti računi ranije prijavljivali ili ne, ali to je druga tema", rekao je Vuković.
"Vlada govori o smanjenja duga BDP-a. No taj će dug biti dugoročan problem, javit će se ponovno debata o štednji i tome na koji će se način trebati suzbijati visoki deficit i dugovi. U pandemiji su visoki deficiti nužnost, no pitanje je kako to možemo iskoristiti, kako iskoristiti novac iz EU-a, te kako možemo prebroditi ovu krizu bolje nego što smo to prošli put uspjeli.
Mi imamo trenutak da se počnemo strateški usmjeravati ka IT industriji, koja je konkurentna inženjerskom dijelu, a imamo niže plaće nego zemlje zapadne Europe. Nitko Vladi ne bi zamjerio snažan reformski paket koji uključuje korjenite promjene u pravosuđu i drugim dijelovima državnog sustava. Proračun je kratkoročan dokument, a ovo se odnosi na dugoročne planove.
Treba odvojiti linearne rezove od korjenitih reformi. Jedno je kada režete neefikasni dio - to može biti reforma, ali ako maknemo višak ljudi iz javnog sektora, ključno je pitanje kako učiniti potom sustav efikasnijim", kazao je Vuković.
Svi političari, naglašava, neskloni su dugoročnim mjerama, jer se njihovi rezultati ne vide za vrijeme njihovog mandata.
"Problem je zašto sada investirati u nešto što će imati učinak za 15 godina? Svim političarima draže su kratkoročne reforme koje rezultat daju za vrijeme mandata. No građani bi sada jako cijenili dugoročne reforme. One i potiču izlazak iz krize i dugoročne promjene trendova", ustvrdio je Vuković.
Što se tiče nabavke vojnih aviona, on kaže kako Vlada trenutno ima bitnije stvari na ekonomskom planu.
"Mislim da nabavka aviona nije primarna. Znam da kao članica NATO-a imamo obveze, ali su nam sada ipak prioritet neki drugi dijelovi gospodarstva", kazao je Vuk Vuković za N1.

Vuk Vuković, ekonomist i jedan od osnivača udruge Glas poduzetnika, u N1 Studiju uživo govorio je o tome kakva budućnost, u uvjetima epidemije, čeka poduzetnike, ali i državu.
Kazao je da podaci od ljeta pokazuju da je situacija nešto bolja, ali da moramo voditi računa da će situacija u zadnjem kvartalu stvoriti jednaku razinu nestabilnosti kao što je bilo u drugom kvartalu.
"Imamo goru epidemiološku situaciju, ali najviše me zanima promjena ponašanja kod ljudi, to se vidi po podacima.
Raste strah, povećava se zatvaranje u domove i imate sličan efekt kao da je lockdown. Zbog elementa neizvjesnosti i straha, imat ćemo sličan učinak, i loš efekt na BDP. Bio bih oprezan s pozitivnim prognozama, koje su posljedica ljetnih mjeseci", rekao je Vuković.
Kazao je kako nam se gomilaju stvari koje smo propustili učiniti na vrijeme, a sada sve dolazi na naplatu.
"Zdravstveni sustav je rastegnut, došlo je do kulminacije problema s plaćanjem veledrogerijama, i mislim da će doći do novog zaduživanja. To i nije loše, jer nam je zaduživanje sada skupo. Novac iz EU-a treba se alocirati kako bi se riješio deficit u gospodarstvu.
Očekuje se poboljšanje stanja deficita i duga dogodine, ali ne znam koliko će to biti moguće. Firme, male firme, koje su bile u problemima na proljeće - ugostitelji, prijevoznici, mali dućani mješovite robe, bit će u stanju potencijalnog bankrota i otpuštanja i dogodine. Promjena u ponašanju će dugo trajati, to neće biti samo kratkotrajni šok.
Naše članstvo, ali i europska istraživanja, pokazuju da oko pola malih poduzeća neće preživjeti narednih pola godine ako im se prihodi značajno ne poprave. Imamo podatke koji projiciraju ne baš stabilnu situaciju, iako je točno ono što je ministar financija Zdravko Marić rekao, da podaci o fiskalizaciji nisu padali baš mnogo. No pitanje je i jesu li se ti računi ranije prijavljivali ili ne, ali to je druga tema", rekao je Vuković.
"Vlada govori o smanjenja duga BDP-a. No taj će dug biti dugoročan problem, javit će se ponovno debata o štednji i tome na koji će se način trebati suzbijati visoki deficit i dugovi. U pandemiji su visoki deficiti nužnost, no pitanje je kako to možemo iskoristiti, kako iskoristiti novac iz EU-a, te kako možemo prebroditi ovu krizu bolje nego što smo to prošli put uspjeli.
Mi imamo trenutak da se počnemo strateški usmjeravati ka IT industriji, koja je konkurentna inženjerskom dijelu, a imamo niže plaće nego zemlje zapadne Europe. Nitko Vladi ne bi zamjerio snažan reformski paket koji uključuje korjenite promjene u pravosuđu i drugim dijelovima državnog sustava. Proračun je kratkoročan dokument, a ovo se odnosi na dugoročne planove.
Treba odvojiti linearne rezove od korjenitih reformi. Jedno je kada režete neefikasni dio - to može biti reforma, ali ako maknemo višak ljudi iz javnog sektora, ključno je pitanje kako učiniti potom sustav efikasnijim", kazao je Vuković.
Svi političari, naglašava, neskloni su dugoročnim mjerama, jer se njihovi rezultati ne vide za vrijeme njihovog mandata.
"Problem je zašto sada investirati u nešto što će imati učinak za 15 godina? Svim političarima draže su kratkoročne reforme koje rezultat daju za vrijeme mandata. No građani bi sada jako cijenili dugoročne reforme. One i potiču izlazak iz krize i dugoročne promjene trendova", ustvrdio je Vuković.
Što se tiče nabavke vojnih aviona, on kaže kako Vlada trenutno ima bitnije stvari na ekonomskom planu.
"Mislim da nabavka aviona nije primarna. Znam da kao članica NATO-a imamo obveze, ali su nam sada ipak prioritet neki drugi dijelovi gospodarstva", kazao je Vuk Vuković za N1.
