Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš najavio je u nedjelju da će od utorka početi s upotrebom brzih antigenskih testova, a vrlo skoro i serološko testiranje određenog dijela populacije kako bi se utvrdilo koliko je stanovnika Hrvatske bilo u kontaktu s koronavirusom.
"Brzi testovi koriste se diljem Europe i svijete i Hrvatska u tome ne zaostaje. Određeni brzi antigenski testovi već su validirani u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) i od utorka bi trebali krenuti u upotrebu", rekao je Beroš u razgovoru za RTL Danas.
Upozorio je pritom da su ti testovi "relevantni, ali ne u svim okolnostima".
"U ovom trenutku struka smatra da su oni relevantni u slučajevima kad ljudi imaju simptome. Kad oni pokažu pozitivan nalaz, to zaista je pozitivan nalaz, međutim, kad pokažu negativan nalaz, to ne mora nužno značiti da je nalaz i negativan. Stoga će se takve bolesnike upućivati na PCR testiranje koji i nadalje ostaje 'zlatni standard'", rekao je.
Međutim, dodao je ministar zdravstva, s obzirom na gužve na testiranjima, smatra da bi brzi testovi mogli ubrzati proces za oko 25 do 30 posto što će, ustvrdio je, biti od značajne pomoći.
Objasnio je da će od utorka svatko tko dođe na testiranje "proći određeni probir te će na osnovu postojanja ili nepostojanja simptomatologije biti određen za mogućnost brzog antigenskog testiranja".
Rekao je i da će HZZO vrlo brzo formirati cijenu brzih testova i plaćati tu uslugu za hrvatske građane.
Testiranje cijele nacije, kao što je to učinila Slovačka, rekao je, jedna je od opcija, ali nju, dodao je, ne zagovaraju naši epidemiolozi, upravo zbog toga što brzi antigenski test ne mora nužno pokazivati stvarnu sliku.
"Slovački premijer je na Europskom vijeću prije dva dana sam rekao da će to biti test za cijelu Europu i da će rezultate podijeliti s cijelom Europom. To nije opcija koju zagovaraju naši epidemiolozi. Međutim, potpuno je jasno da ćemo na osnovu njihove analize dobiti određene podatke koje treba sagledavati u određenom kontekstu", rekao je ministar Beroš. Ponovio je da je problem s brzim antigenskim testovima "što u jednom trenutku to takva situacija, međutim za dva dana može biti potpuno drukčija".
Hrvatski epidemiolozi, najavio je, pripremaju serološko testiranje "određenog dijela populacije da vidimo koliko je stanovnika Hrvatske bilo u kontaktu s virusom, a bit će provedeno "vrlo brzo".
Potpuno zatvaranje države (lockdown) - zadnja je opcija, odgovorio je Beroš na novinarski upit.
"Mislim da ona nije realna. Svaki dan epidemiološka struka i mi na Stožeru civilne zaštite komparativno evaluiramo zemlje u Europi. Neke su i prije 15 dana uvele lockdown, a rezultati su izostali, kao u Nizozemskoj i Belgiji. Oni sad razmišljaju o dodatnoj vrsti zaključavanja", naglasio je ministar zdravstva.
Smatra da je optimum jedan "adekvatan balans između očuvanja gospodarskih aktivnosti i maksimalnog čuvanja zdravlja i života". "Tome mi težimo i to je ustvari optimum", rekao je.

Dodao je kako epidemiolozi smatraju da lockdown u fazi kad je virus već horizontalno i zrakasto proširen po populaciji "ne pridonosi znatno smanjenju širenju infekcije".
"Jer, mi zatvorimo određene aktivnosti, međutim u obiteljskim krugovima virus se i dalje širi", objasnio je Beroš. Struka svakodnevno razmatra sve opcije i donosi "naš smjer koji se do sada u Hrvatskoj pokazao relativno zadovoljavajući", rekao je.
" U najnovijoj tablici aktivnih slučajeva na milijun stanovnika, Hrvatska se nalazi na 15. mjestu, na početku donje trećine te tablice", kazao je.
Ako se situacija pogorša postoje dodatne mjere koje će se prvenstveno odnositi na ograničavanje radnog vremena, ograničavanje okupljanja, rad od kuće i u smjenama i "još neke dodatne elemente koji epidemiolozima stoje na raspolaganju", naglasio je ministar zdravstva.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš najavio je u nedjelju da će od utorka početi s upotrebom brzih antigenskih testova, a vrlo skoro i serološko testiranje određenog dijela populacije kako bi se utvrdilo koliko je stanovnika Hrvatske bilo u kontaktu s koronavirusom.
"Brzi testovi koriste se diljem Europe i svijete i Hrvatska u tome ne zaostaje. Određeni brzi antigenski testovi već su validirani u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) i od utorka bi trebali krenuti u upotrebu", rekao je Beroš u razgovoru za RTL Danas.
Upozorio je pritom da su ti testovi "relevantni, ali ne u svim okolnostima".
"U ovom trenutku struka smatra da su oni relevantni u slučajevima kad ljudi imaju simptome. Kad oni pokažu pozitivan nalaz, to zaista je pozitivan nalaz, međutim, kad pokažu negativan nalaz, to ne mora nužno značiti da je nalaz i negativan. Stoga će se takve bolesnike upućivati na PCR testiranje koji i nadalje ostaje 'zlatni standard'", rekao je.
Međutim, dodao je ministar zdravstva, s obzirom na gužve na testiranjima, smatra da bi brzi testovi mogli ubrzati proces za oko 25 do 30 posto što će, ustvrdio je, biti od značajne pomoći.
Objasnio je da će od utorka svatko tko dođe na testiranje "proći određeni probir te će na osnovu postojanja ili nepostojanja simptomatologije biti određen za mogućnost brzog antigenskog testiranja".
Rekao je i da će HZZO vrlo brzo formirati cijenu brzih testova i plaćati tu uslugu za hrvatske građane.
Testiranje cijele nacije, kao što je to učinila Slovačka, rekao je, jedna je od opcija, ali nju, dodao je, ne zagovaraju naši epidemiolozi, upravo zbog toga što brzi antigenski test ne mora nužno pokazivati stvarnu sliku.
"Slovački premijer je na Europskom vijeću prije dva dana sam rekao da će to biti test za cijelu Europu i da će rezultate podijeliti s cijelom Europom. To nije opcija koju zagovaraju naši epidemiolozi. Međutim, potpuno je jasno da ćemo na osnovu njihove analize dobiti određene podatke koje treba sagledavati u određenom kontekstu", rekao je ministar Beroš. Ponovio je da je problem s brzim antigenskim testovima "što u jednom trenutku to takva situacija, međutim za dva dana može biti potpuno drukčija".
Hrvatski epidemiolozi, najavio je, pripremaju serološko testiranje "određenog dijela populacije da vidimo koliko je stanovnika Hrvatske bilo u kontaktu s virusom, a bit će provedeno "vrlo brzo".
Potpuno zatvaranje države (lockdown) - zadnja je opcija, odgovorio je Beroš na novinarski upit.
"Mislim da ona nije realna. Svaki dan epidemiološka struka i mi na Stožeru civilne zaštite komparativno evaluiramo zemlje u Europi. Neke su i prije 15 dana uvele lockdown, a rezultati su izostali, kao u Nizozemskoj i Belgiji. Oni sad razmišljaju o dodatnoj vrsti zaključavanja", naglasio je ministar zdravstva.
Smatra da je optimum jedan "adekvatan balans između očuvanja gospodarskih aktivnosti i maksimalnog čuvanja zdravlja i života". "Tome mi težimo i to je ustvari optimum", rekao je.

Dodao je kako epidemiolozi smatraju da lockdown u fazi kad je virus već horizontalno i zrakasto proširen po populaciji "ne pridonosi znatno smanjenju širenju infekcije".
"Jer, mi zatvorimo određene aktivnosti, međutim u obiteljskim krugovima virus se i dalje širi", objasnio je Beroš. Struka svakodnevno razmatra sve opcije i donosi "naš smjer koji se do sada u Hrvatskoj pokazao relativno zadovoljavajući", rekao je.
" U najnovijoj tablici aktivnih slučajeva na milijun stanovnika, Hrvatska se nalazi na 15. mjestu, na početku donje trećine te tablice", kazao je.
Ako se situacija pogorša postoje dodatne mjere koje će se prvenstveno odnositi na ograničavanje radnog vremena, ograničavanje okupljanja, rad od kuće i u smjenama i "još neke dodatne elemente koji epidemiolozima stoje na raspolaganju", naglasio je ministar zdravstva.
