Darku Horvatu je određeno mjesec dana istražnog zatvora zbog mogućnosti utjecaja na svjedoke, a navodno se radi o troje njegovim prijatelja.

Inače, Uskok je predložio da se ispita 11 svjedoka, od čega su ih osmero zaposlenici Ministarstva regionalnog razvoja. Kako doznajemo, Uskok je tražio da se Horvatu odredi istražni pritvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke, ali i zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela. No, s obzirom na to da je podnio ostavku, kao opasnost ostaje samo mogući utjecaja na svjedoke. Njegov branitelj smatrao je da se i drugim mjerama, a ne istražnim zatvorom, ta opasnost može izbjeći i da nije nužno određivanje zatvora.

Glavni krimen sad već bivšeg ministra gospodarstva Darka Horvata prema tvrdnjama Uskoka je taj što je “sredio” bespovratna sredstva obrtima i malim poduzećima koja su bila ispod crte i nisu ispunjavala uvjete za njihovo dobivanje, piše Jutarnji list.

Ministar Horvat je čak, sumnja Uskok, od ministra financija Zdravka Marića tražio i rebalansom proračuna dobio novac za programe razvoja malog i srednjeg poduzetništva i obrta. Kad je dobio sredstva, sumnja se da ih je raspodijelio obrtima i tvrtkama s kojima su on i ostali okrivljenici bili osobno ili interesno povezani. Svu potrebnu papirologiju i administraciji obavljala je njegova pomoćnica, drugookrivljena Ana Mandac.

Prema navodima Uskoka, štetu su pretrpjeli i oni poduzetnici i obrti koji su ispunjavali kriterije za dodjelu sredstava, ali su zbog ministrovih intervencija ostali bez tih sredstava. Potpredsjednik Vlade Boris Milošević i bivši ministar Tomislav Tolušić, sumnja Uskok, bili su među onima koji su tražili dodjelu sredstava za svoje “favorite”. Dio dokaza na kojima se temelji zahtjev za istragu prikupljen je u drugim postupcima.

Kao što je poznato, Ani Mandac, koja je osumnjičena u aferi Vjetroelektrane, na teret joj se stavljaju malverzacije s dodjelom sredstava obrtnicima i malim poduzetnicima.

Inače, Horvat je nešto iza 18 sati u policijskom vozilu je iz jedinice za zadržavanje dovezen na Županijski sud na kojem je za 18:30 zakazano ročište na kojem će se odlučivati o istražnom zatvoru. Stigao je i sudac Krešimir Devčić, ali i Horvatov odvjetnik Vladimir Terešak.

Darku Horvatu je određeno mjesec dana istražnog zatvora zbog mogućnosti utjecaja na svjedoke, a navodno se radi o troje njegovim prijatelja.

Inače, Uskok je predložio da se ispita 11 svjedoka, od čega su ih osmero zaposlenici Ministarstva regionalnog razvoja. Kako doznajemo, Uskok je tražio da se Horvatu odredi istražni pritvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke, ali i zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela. No, s obzirom na to da je podnio ostavku, kao opasnost ostaje samo mogući utjecaja na svjedoke. Njegov branitelj smatrao je da se i drugim mjerama, a ne istražnim zatvorom, ta opasnost može izbjeći i da nije nužno određivanje zatvora.

Glavni krimen sad već bivšeg ministra gospodarstva Darka Horvata prema tvrdnjama Uskoka je taj što je “sredio” bespovratna sredstva obrtima i malim poduzećima koja su bila ispod crte i nisu ispunjavala uvjete za njihovo dobivanje, piše Jutarnji list.

Ministar Horvat je čak, sumnja Uskok, od ministra financija Zdravka Marića tražio i rebalansom proračuna dobio novac za programe razvoja malog i srednjeg poduzetništva i obrta. Kad je dobio sredstva, sumnja se da ih je raspodijelio obrtima i tvrtkama s kojima su on i ostali okrivljenici bili osobno ili interesno povezani. Svu potrebnu papirologiju i administraciji obavljala je njegova pomoćnica, drugookrivljena Ana Mandac.

Prema navodima Uskoka, štetu su pretrpjeli i oni poduzetnici i obrti koji su ispunjavali kriterije za dodjelu sredstava, ali su zbog ministrovih intervencija ostali bez tih sredstava. Potpredsjednik Vlade Boris Milošević i bivši ministar Tomislav Tolušić, sumnja Uskok, bili su među onima koji su tražili dodjelu sredstava za svoje “favorite”. Dio dokaza na kojima se temelji zahtjev za istragu prikupljen je u drugim postupcima.

Kao što je poznato, Ani Mandac, koja je osumnjičena u aferi Vjetroelektrane, na teret joj se stavljaju malverzacije s dodjelom sredstava obrtnicima i malim poduzetnicima.

Inače, Horvat je nešto iza 18 sati u policijskom vozilu je iz jedinice za zadržavanje dovezen na Županijski sud na kojem je za 18:30 zakazano ročište na kojem će se odlučivati o istražnom zatvoru. Stigao je i sudac Krešimir Devčić, ali i Horvatov odvjetnik Vladimir Terešak.
