Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš oglasio se uoči današnjeg prosvjeda Hrvatskog novinarskog društva pod nazivom ‘Oprostite, ne mogu disati‘, kojim će, povodom šest mjeseci od smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića, prosvjednici zatražiti Beroševu ostavku.

Prosvjed će početi točno u podne, ispred Novinarskog doma u Zagrebu, a oko 13 sati, povorka kreće put Markovog trga, gdje će tražiti ostavku ministra zdravstva zbog zataškavanja okolnosti Matijanićeve smrti.


Priopćenje Ministarstva zdravstva, naslovljeno ‘Ne koristite smrt kolege za političke ciljeve‘ i izjave Vilija Beroša prenosimo u cijelosti:

‘Iako su o smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića u kolovozu prošle godine u Splitu stručna mišljenja transparentno iznijela i javno objavila sva za to nadležna stručna i državna tijela, Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo i ostali ponovno koriste smrt svog kolege za ostvarivanje političkih ciljeva‘, ističe ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

Uoči današnjeg prosvjeda kojeg u Zagrebu organizira Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo s ciljem ponovnog propitivanja izrečenih i javno obznanjenih mišljenja i ocjena nadležnih stručnih medicinskih i zdravstvenih, te državnih tijela vezano uz smrt novinara Vladimira Matijanića u Splitu prošlog kolovoza, ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš podsjeća sve one koji su zaboravili ili se ne žele sjetiti, da su u Ministarstvu zdravstva 24. kolovoza 2022. godine pred predstavnicima medija iznijeli stručno mišljenje i zaključke do kojih su došla nadležna i stručna inspekcijska tijela analizirajući postupanje institucija na razini primarne i bolničke zdravstvene zaštite te hitne medicinske djelatnosti.

Zaključeno je da je hrvatski zdravstveni sustav u potpunosti bio na dispoziciji korisniku zdravstvene zaštite, uz uočene određene propuste na razini individualne odgovornosti, zbog čega je predmet, sukladno proceduri upućen nadležnim i mjerodavnim institucijama.

‘Podsjetit ću, također, da smo tada rekli da tu ne stavljamo točku na taj, nažalost za sve nas tužan događaj, već da sve informacije i nalaze do kojih su došla stručna tijela prosljeđujemo na daljnja postupanja onima koji su u stručnom i zakonskom pogledu za to zaduženi – Hrvatskoj liječničkoj komori i njihovom stručnom i etičkom povjerenstvu, Komori medicinskih sestara i tehničara, te Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu‘, kaže ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš i dodaje da se većina njih očitovala i javno oglasila u okvirima svojih nadležnosti i obveza o stručnoj i etičkoj strani slučaja pokojnog Vladimira Matijanića.

‘Ministarstvo zdravstva i ja kao ministar ne bježimo od odgovornosti ni od jednog pitanja našeg zdravstvenog sustava i zdravstvenih politika, pa tako ni od svih pitanja vezanih uz „slučaj Matijanić“, kako ga mediji volite nazivati. Sve ono što je u ovlasti Ministarstva zdravstva i ministra je učinjeno u okvirima zakona i stvarnih nadležnosti‘, ističe Vili Beroš.

Hrvatska liječnička komora i Komora medicinskih sestara i tehničara neovisna su stručna tijela i imaju punu odgovornost za svoj rad, za odluke iz svoje nadležnosti. Ministar ne može i ne smije utjecati na njihov stručni rad. Županijsko državno odvjetništvo je nadležno tijelo za propitivanje zakonitosti postupaka u ovoj zemlji, pa tako i kada su u pitanju postupci zdravstvenih djelatnika.

Ministarstvo zdravstva i ministar bili su i bit će i nadalje najodgovorniji u okviru svojih nadležnosti za zdravstvene politike i funkcioniranje zdravstvenog sustava. Zdravstvena profesija, kao regulirana profesija ima jasnu organizacijsku strukturu, a time i djelokrug odnosno odgovornost svakog pojedinca u istoj. Odgovornost ministra zdravstva kao i Ministarstva zdravstva je da reagira na neadekvatne radnje u bilo kojem dijelu zdravstvenog sustava te prepusti nadležnim tijelima da rade svoj posao, što je i učinjeno.

‘Od prvog dana polažem račune hrvatskoj javnosti i građanima za sve što radimo. Od odgovornosti ne bježim, ali ne primam na svoja pleća odgovornost svakog dionika u zdravstvenom sustavu jer svatko na svojoj razini mora primjereno funkcionirati kako bi zdravstveni sustav odgovarajuće djelovao. Dosadašnje izjave iznesene od strane Hrvatskog novinarskog društva pokazuju nerazumijevanje navedenih procesa ili drugu namjeru. Moju ostavku možete tražiti, ali nemojte kao novinari koristiti smrt svog kolege za neke druge političke ciljeve‘, kaže ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš oglasio se uoči današnjeg prosvjeda Hrvatskog novinarskog društva pod nazivom ‘Oprostite, ne mogu disati‘, kojim će, povodom šest mjeseci od smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića, prosvjednici zatražiti Beroševu ostavku.

Prosvjed će početi točno u podne, ispred Novinarskog doma u Zagrebu, a oko 13 sati, povorka kreće put Markovog trga, gdje će tražiti ostavku ministra zdravstva zbog zataškavanja okolnosti Matijanićeve smrti.


Priopćenje Ministarstva zdravstva, naslovljeno ‘Ne koristite smrt kolege za političke ciljeve‘ i izjave Vilija Beroša prenosimo u cijelosti:

‘Iako su o smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića u kolovozu prošle godine u Splitu stručna mišljenja transparentno iznijela i javno objavila sva za to nadležna stručna i državna tijela, Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo i ostali ponovno koriste smrt svog kolege za ostvarivanje političkih ciljeva‘, ističe ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

Uoči današnjeg prosvjeda kojeg u Zagrebu organizira Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo s ciljem ponovnog propitivanja izrečenih i javno obznanjenih mišljenja i ocjena nadležnih stručnih medicinskih i zdravstvenih, te državnih tijela vezano uz smrt novinara Vladimira Matijanića u Splitu prošlog kolovoza, ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš podsjeća sve one koji su zaboravili ili se ne žele sjetiti, da su u Ministarstvu zdravstva 24. kolovoza 2022. godine pred predstavnicima medija iznijeli stručno mišljenje i zaključke do kojih su došla nadležna i stručna inspekcijska tijela analizirajući postupanje institucija na razini primarne i bolničke zdravstvene zaštite te hitne medicinske djelatnosti.

Zaključeno je da je hrvatski zdravstveni sustav u potpunosti bio na dispoziciji korisniku zdravstvene zaštite, uz uočene određene propuste na razini individualne odgovornosti, zbog čega je predmet, sukladno proceduri upućen nadležnim i mjerodavnim institucijama.

‘Podsjetit ću, također, da smo tada rekli da tu ne stavljamo točku na taj, nažalost za sve nas tužan događaj, već da sve informacije i nalaze do kojih su došla stručna tijela prosljeđujemo na daljnja postupanja onima koji su u stručnom i zakonskom pogledu za to zaduženi – Hrvatskoj liječničkoj komori i njihovom stručnom i etičkom povjerenstvu, Komori medicinskih sestara i tehničara, te Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu‘, kaže ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš i dodaje da se većina njih očitovala i javno oglasila u okvirima svojih nadležnosti i obveza o stručnoj i etičkoj strani slučaja pokojnog Vladimira Matijanića.

‘Ministarstvo zdravstva i ja kao ministar ne bježimo od odgovornosti ni od jednog pitanja našeg zdravstvenog sustava i zdravstvenih politika, pa tako ni od svih pitanja vezanih uz „slučaj Matijanić“, kako ga mediji volite nazivati. Sve ono što je u ovlasti Ministarstva zdravstva i ministra je učinjeno u okvirima zakona i stvarnih nadležnosti‘, ističe Vili Beroš.

Hrvatska liječnička komora i Komora medicinskih sestara i tehničara neovisna su stručna tijela i imaju punu odgovornost za svoj rad, za odluke iz svoje nadležnosti. Ministar ne može i ne smije utjecati na njihov stručni rad. Županijsko državno odvjetništvo je nadležno tijelo za propitivanje zakonitosti postupaka u ovoj zemlji, pa tako i kada su u pitanju postupci zdravstvenih djelatnika.

Ministarstvo zdravstva i ministar bili su i bit će i nadalje najodgovorniji u okviru svojih nadležnosti za zdravstvene politike i funkcioniranje zdravstvenog sustava. Zdravstvena profesija, kao regulirana profesija ima jasnu organizacijsku strukturu, a time i djelokrug odnosno odgovornost svakog pojedinca u istoj. Odgovornost ministra zdravstva kao i Ministarstva zdravstva je da reagira na neadekvatne radnje u bilo kojem dijelu zdravstvenog sustava te prepusti nadležnim tijelima da rade svoj posao, što je i učinjeno.

‘Od prvog dana polažem račune hrvatskoj javnosti i građanima za sve što radimo. Od odgovornosti ne bježim, ali ne primam na svoja pleća odgovornost svakog dionika u zdravstvenom sustavu jer svatko na svojoj razini mora primjereno funkcionirati kako bi zdravstveni sustav odgovarajuće djelovao. Dosadašnje izjave iznesene od strane Hrvatskog novinarskog društva pokazuju nerazumijevanje navedenih procesa ili drugu namjeru. Moju ostavku možete tražiti, ali nemojte kao novinari koristiti smrt svog kolege za neke druge političke ciljeve‘, kaže ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.
