Hrvatska agencija za lijekove i medicinske proizvode (HALMED) tijekom prošle, 2021. godine zaprimila je ukupno 9.966 prijava sumnji na nuspojave lijekova, od čega se 6.613 prijava odnosilo na cjepiva protiv koronavirusa. Naravno, valja napomenuti da je u toj godini aplicirano 4,7 milijuna doza cjepiva - (dakle 0,0014 posto prijava nuspojava u odnosu na broj apliciranih doza), piše Jutarnji list.

Prema godišnjem izvješću dva su smrtna ishoda vezana za cjepivo. Konkretno, jedan slučaj je 33-godišnji muškarac, koji je primio prvu dozu AstraZenece, dok je druga osoba također muškarac, starije životne dobi koji se cijepio Janssenom, i to su za sada, jedina dva slučaja koja se usko povezuju s cjepivom.

- Za cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 u 2021. godini zaprimljene su dvije prijave sumnje na nuspojavu sa smrtnim ishodom za koje je utvrđen stupanj uzročno-posljedične povezanosti s primjenom cjepiva; 1 prijava vrlo rijetkog sindroma tromboze s trombocitopenijom za koju je povezanost s primjenom cjepiva Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) ocijenjena kao Vjerojatna te 1 prijava rijetkog oblika pretjerane imunološke reakcije (hemofagocitna limfohistiocitoza), za koju je povezanost s primjenom cjepiva Jcovden (Janssen) ocijenjena kao Moguća. Dodatno, za 15 prijava zaprimljenih u 2021. godini ocjenom je utvrđeno da uzročno-posljedična povezanost nije vjerojatna - kažu iz HALMED-a.

Izvješće pokazuje i zanimljiv podatak da su u odnosu na godinu ranije građani prijavili čak 337 posto više nuspojava. Naime, iako su sumnje na nuspojave najviše prijavljivali liječnici (43%), kažu u HALMED-u, gotovo jednak broj prijava zaprimljen je od pacijenata i korisnika lijekova, koji se sve više uključuju u aktivno praćenje sigurnosti primjene lijekova i cjepiva.

- Broj prijava pristiglih od pacijenata i korisnika lijekova porastao je za 337% u odnosu na prethodnu godinu te u 2021. godini čini udio od 41,6% svih zaprimljenih prijava.

Općenito je najveći broj prijava zaprimljen za osobe ženskog spola (66%). Udio prijava sumnji na nuspojave prema dobnim skupinama niži je u pedijatrijskim dobnim skupinama do 17 godina, a viši u dobnim skupinama od 18 do 65 godina u odnosu na godinu ranije - kaže najnovije izvješće Agencije.

Što se tiče učestalost i vrste prijava s obzirom na ozbiljnost nuspojava, najveći broj ukupno zaprimljenih prijava (68%) čine prijave koje se ne klasificiraju kao ozbiljne. Jednako tako, među prijavama koje su zaprimljene za cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 većina, odnosno 76%, ne klasificiraju se kao ozbiljne.

- Većina prijavljenih nuspojava kako općenito za sve lijekove, tako i za cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19, su očekivane, blagog karaktera te prolaze kroz nekoliko dana bez potrebe za dodatnim liječenjem ili uz simptomatsko liječenje. Najčešće su prijavljene vrućica i povišena tjelesna temperatura, glavobolja, bol na mjestu primjene cjepiva, zimica, bolovi u mišićima, umor, slabost, mučnina, malaksalost i bolovi u zglobovima - kažu u HALMED-u.

Među ozbiljnim prijavama za cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 zabilježene su reakcije preosjetljivosti (osip, svrbež i koprivnjača, u pojedinim slučajevima praćeno oticanjem lica, grla ili jezika te poteškoćama s disanjem ili gutanjem), kod kojih je uz primjenu antialergijskih lijekova u svim slučajevima došlo do oporavka. Također, zabilježene su reakcije pareze lica, tromboembolijski događaji te nesvjestice.

Hrvatska agencija za lijekove i medicinske proizvode (HALMED) tijekom prošle, 2021. godine zaprimila je ukupno 9.966 prijava sumnji na nuspojave lijekova, od čega se 6.613 prijava odnosilo na cjepiva protiv koronavirusa. Naravno, valja napomenuti da je u toj godini aplicirano 4,7 milijuna doza cjepiva - (dakle 0,0014 posto prijava nuspojava u odnosu na broj apliciranih doza), piše Jutarnji list.

Prema godišnjem izvješću dva su smrtna ishoda vezana za cjepivo. Konkretno, jedan slučaj je 33-godišnji muškarac, koji je primio prvu dozu AstraZenece, dok je druga osoba također muškarac, starije životne dobi koji se cijepio Janssenom, i to su za sada, jedina dva slučaja koja se usko povezuju s cjepivom.

- Za cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 u 2021. godini zaprimljene su dvije prijave sumnje na nuspojavu sa smrtnim ishodom za koje je utvrđen stupanj uzročno-posljedične povezanosti s primjenom cjepiva; 1 prijava vrlo rijetkog sindroma tromboze s trombocitopenijom za koju je povezanost s primjenom cjepiva Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) ocijenjena kao Vjerojatna te 1 prijava rijetkog oblika pretjerane imunološke reakcije (hemofagocitna limfohistiocitoza), za koju je povezanost s primjenom cjepiva Jcovden (Janssen) ocijenjena kao Moguća. Dodatno, za 15 prijava zaprimljenih u 2021. godini ocjenom je utvrđeno da uzročno-posljedična povezanost nije vjerojatna - kažu iz HALMED-a.

Izvješće pokazuje i zanimljiv podatak da su u odnosu na godinu ranije građani prijavili čak 337 posto više nuspojava. Naime, iako su sumnje na nuspojave najviše prijavljivali liječnici (43%), kažu u HALMED-u, gotovo jednak broj prijava zaprimljen je od pacijenata i korisnika lijekova, koji se sve više uključuju u aktivno praćenje sigurnosti primjene lijekova i cjepiva.

- Broj prijava pristiglih od pacijenata i korisnika lijekova porastao je za 337% u odnosu na prethodnu godinu te u 2021. godini čini udio od 41,6% svih zaprimljenih prijava.

Općenito je najveći broj prijava zaprimljen za osobe ženskog spola (66%). Udio prijava sumnji na nuspojave prema dobnim skupinama niži je u pedijatrijskim dobnim skupinama do 17 godina, a viši u dobnim skupinama od 18 do 65 godina u odnosu na godinu ranije - kaže najnovije izvješće Agencije.

Što se tiče učestalost i vrste prijava s obzirom na ozbiljnost nuspojava, najveći broj ukupno zaprimljenih prijava (68%) čine prijave koje se ne klasificiraju kao ozbiljne. Jednako tako, među prijavama koje su zaprimljene za cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 većina, odnosno 76%, ne klasificiraju se kao ozbiljne.

- Većina prijavljenih nuspojava kako općenito za sve lijekove, tako i za cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19, su očekivane, blagog karaktera te prolaze kroz nekoliko dana bez potrebe za dodatnim liječenjem ili uz simptomatsko liječenje. Najčešće su prijavljene vrućica i povišena tjelesna temperatura, glavobolja, bol na mjestu primjene cjepiva, zimica, bolovi u mišićima, umor, slabost, mučnina, malaksalost i bolovi u zglobovima - kažu u HALMED-u.

Među ozbiljnim prijavama za cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 zabilježene su reakcije preosjetljivosti (osip, svrbež i koprivnjača, u pojedinim slučajevima praćeno oticanjem lica, grla ili jezika te poteškoćama s disanjem ili gutanjem), kod kojih je uz primjenu antialergijskih lijekova u svim slučajevima došlo do oporavka. Također, zabilježene su reakcije pareze lica, tromboembolijski događaji te nesvjestice.

U Hrvatskoj utvrđena veza između cjepiva i smrti u dva slučaja, HALMED objavio i koliko je nuspojava prijavljeno

Hrvatska agencija za lijekove i medicinske proizvode (HALMED) tijekom prošle, 2021. godine zaprimila je ukupno 9.966 prijava sumnji na nuspojave lijekova, od čega se 6.613 prijava odnosilo na cjepiva protiv koronavirusa. Naravno, valja napomenuti da je u toj godini aplicirano 4,7 milijuna doza cjepiva - (dakle 0,0014 posto prijava nuspojava u odnosu na broj apliciranih doza), piše Jutarnji list.

Prema godišnjem izvješću dva su smrtna ishoda vezana za cjepivo. Konkretno, jedan slučaj je 33-godišnji muškarac, koji je primio prvu dozu AstraZenece, dok je druga osoba također muškarac, starije životne dobi koji se cijepio Janssenom, i to su za sada, jedina dva slučaja koja se usko povezuju s cjepivom.
