Prof. dr. Kristian Vlahoviček sa Zavoda za molekularnu biologiju biološkog odsjeka Prirodoslovno matematičkog fakulteta u Zagrebu potvrdio nam je da u Hrvatskoj sad imamo i češki soj koronavirusa, službeno nazvan B.1.258. Virus je prema tvrdnjama čeških znanstvenika zarazniji od prethodnih sojeva koje su imali i može biti povezan s nešto većim virusnim opterećenjem.

Do sad su kod nas pronađeni britanski, škotski, južnoafrički i newyorški soj, dok za brazilski još nemamo potvrdu.

Profesor Vlahoviček sa svojim je timom sekvencirao genom virusa na 70 uzoraka. Od toga je 60 uzoraka stiglo iz Covid bolnice u Dubravi, a još deset je prikupila prof. dr. Jasmina Vraneš, sa zagrebačkog NZJZ-a "Dr. Andrija Štampar".

Češki soj izoliran je u 20 posto uzoraka.

Britanska, južnoafrička i brazilska varijanta koronavirusa označene su kao sojevi koji posebno zabrinjavaju, dok se sve druge kao što je nigerijska, kalifornijska, njujorška i neke druge još uvijek istražuju i o njima nema puno znanstvenih radova.   

- Češki soj je kombinacija škotske i britanske varijante koronavirusa. Ne zna se još puno oko tog soja, no ima promjene u šiljku proteinu zbog čega se može više širiti, odnosno biti zarazniji – kaže na prof. Vlahoviček i napominje kako treba biti na oprezu jer znamo da se zaraza ovog soja brzo proširila u Češkoj. 

 -Treba stalno pratiti porast tih varijanti virusa, i odmah izolirati zaražene osobe, prije nego što se one prošire u populaciji – dodaje Vlahoviček.

Češki soj koncem veljače otkriven je i u Bosni i Hercegovini gdje zadnji tjedan raste broj zaraženih.

U Hrvatsko je danas evidentirano 667 zaraženih, što je u odnosu na prošli četvrtak, čak 123 osobe više. 

Ministar Vili Beroš je kazao kako u suradnji s Europskim centrom za sprečavanje i kontrolu bolesti (ECDC), Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo u protekli mjesec dana i u naredna četiri tjedna šalje 10 posto pozitivnih uzroka iz Hrvatske slučajnim odabirom iz dokazanih grupiranja na sekvenciranje. Dosad je poslano malo više od 1000 uzoraka te su za 350 došli rezultati. U njima je pronađen britanski, južnoafrički i newyorški soj. 

Britanski soj prisutan je u Vukovarsko-srijemskoj, Sisačko-moslavačkoj, Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj, Splitsko-dalmatinskoj te Šibensko-kninskoj županiji i Zagrebu.  

“U protekla dva tjedna ponovno bilježimo rast zaraženih na tjednoj razini. Broj aktivnih slučajeva na tjednoj razini porastao je 24 posto. Broj hospitaliziranih i dalje ima povoljan trend blagog pada, međutim on prati broj novozaraženih s određenim vremenskim razmakom”, istaknuo je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

Prof. dr. Kristian Vlahoviček sa Zavoda za molekularnu biologiju biološkog odsjeka Prirodoslovno matematičkog fakulteta u Zagrebu potvrdio nam je da u Hrvatskoj sad imamo i češki soj koronavirusa, službeno nazvan B.1.258. Virus je prema tvrdnjama čeških znanstvenika zarazniji od prethodnih sojeva koje su imali i može biti povezan s nešto većim virusnim opterećenjem.

Do sad su kod nas pronađeni britanski, škotski, južnoafrički i newyorški soj, dok za brazilski još nemamo potvrdu.

Profesor Vlahoviček sa svojim je timom sekvencirao genom virusa na 70 uzoraka. Od toga je 60 uzoraka stiglo iz Covid bolnice u Dubravi, a još deset je prikupila prof. dr. Jasmina Vraneš, sa zagrebačkog NZJZ-a "Dr. Andrija Štampar".

Češki soj izoliran je u 20 posto uzoraka.

Britanska, južnoafrička i brazilska varijanta koronavirusa označene su kao sojevi koji posebno zabrinjavaju, dok se sve druge kao što je nigerijska, kalifornijska, njujorška i neke druge još uvijek istražuju i o njima nema puno znanstvenih radova.   

- Češki soj je kombinacija škotske i britanske varijante koronavirusa. Ne zna se još puno oko tog soja, no ima promjene u šiljku proteinu zbog čega se može više širiti, odnosno biti zarazniji – kaže na prof. Vlahoviček i napominje kako treba biti na oprezu jer znamo da se zaraza ovog soja brzo proširila u Češkoj. 

 -Treba stalno pratiti porast tih varijanti virusa, i odmah izolirati zaražene osobe, prije nego što se one prošire u populaciji – dodaje Vlahoviček.

Češki soj koncem veljače otkriven je i u Bosni i Hercegovini gdje zadnji tjedan raste broj zaraženih.

U Hrvatsko je danas evidentirano 667 zaraženih, što je u odnosu na prošli četvrtak, čak 123 osobe više. 

Ministar Vili Beroš je kazao kako u suradnji s Europskim centrom za sprečavanje i kontrolu bolesti (ECDC), Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo u protekli mjesec dana i u naredna četiri tjedna šalje 10 posto pozitivnih uzroka iz Hrvatske slučajnim odabirom iz dokazanih grupiranja na sekvenciranje. Dosad je poslano malo više od 1000 uzoraka te su za 350 došli rezultati. U njima je pronađen britanski, južnoafrički i newyorški soj. 

Britanski soj prisutan je u Vukovarsko-srijemskoj, Sisačko-moslavačkoj, Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj, Splitsko-dalmatinskoj te Šibensko-kninskoj županiji i Zagrebu.  

“U protekla dva tjedna ponovno bilježimo rast zaraženih na tjednoj razini. Broj aktivnih slučajeva na tjednoj razini porastao je 24 posto. Broj hospitaliziranih i dalje ima povoljan trend blagog pada, međutim on prati broj novozaraženih s određenim vremenskim razmakom”, istaknuo je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

U Hrvatskoj pronađen i zarazniji češki soj koronavirusa: ‘Treba ga pratiti i odmah izolirati oboljele da se ne proširi u populaciji‘

Prof. dr. Kristian Vlahoviček sa Zavoda za molekularnu biologiju biološkog odsjeka Prirodoslovno matematičkog fakulteta u Zagrebu potvrdio nam je da u Hrvatskoj sad imamo i češki soj koronavirusa, službeno nazvan B.1.258. Virus je prema tvrdnjama čeških znanstvenika zarazniji od prethodnih sojeva koje su imali i može biti povezan s nešto većim virusnim opterećenjem.

Do sad su kod nas pronađeni britanski, škotski, južnoafrički i newyorški soj, dok za brazilski još nemamo potvrdu.

Profesor Vlahoviček sa svojim je timom sekvencirao genom virusa na 70 uzoraka. Od toga je 60 uzoraka stiglo iz Covid bolnice u Dubravi, a još deset je prikupila prof. dr. Jasmina Vraneš, sa zagrebačkog NZJZ-a "Dr. Andrija Štampar".

Češki soj izoliran je u 20 posto uzoraka.
