Znamo da je mladima uglavnom teško doći do vlastitog krova nad glavom, jer on podrazumijeva dobar posao i plaću, ušteđevinu i kreditnu sposobnost, uključujući i dugoročnu perspektivu.
U vremenima krize to se čini još teže ostvarivim. Međutim, šire nije poznato da smo po kasnome odvajanju od roditelja gotovo na samome vrhu Europske unije.

Prema podacima Eurostata za 2021. godinu, mladi u Hrvatskoj odlaze od roditelja i osamostaljuju se s 33 godine i tri mjeseca. Kasnije od nas odlaze samo u Portugalu, s 33 i pol godine. U Slovačkoj se, recimo, osamostaljuju s 30,9 godina, u Grčkoj s 30,7, u Bugarskoj s 30,3 godine, a u Švedskoj s 19, u Finskoj i Danskoj s 21,2 godine. Prosjek EU-a je 26,5 godina. Dok je prosječna dob muškaraca koji napuštaju roditeljski dom 27,4 godine, prosječna dob žena je 25 godina, tako je u Rumunjskoj i Bugarskoj i u većini država EU-a, osim u Portugalu i Hrvatskoj, piše Tportal.
Takvi podaci svakako zaslužuju širu analizu koja bi zahvatila sociološke, psihološke i ekonomske faktore.
"Roditeljski dom predstavlja sigurnost, ali i svojevrsnu komociju. Teško je otići iz doma u kojemu dominiraju patrijarhalni odnosi – u velikom broju slučajeva u Hrvatskoj još je uvijek tako – tj. u kojima mama kuha, sprema, pegla… Sve se to događa gotovo nesvjesno pa se tjedni pretvaraju u mjesece, a mjeseci u godine. Na kraju, preko noći naše dijete o kojemu se brinemo ima tridesetak godina i još uvijek živi s nama. Valja naglasiti da suživot s roditeljima ne mora nužno označavati lošu stvar. Ono što ga čini lošim je to što vrlo često, u komociji doma u kojem smo odrastali, ne postajemo odgovorni i savjesni građani, već dijelom ostajemo djeca, kaže dr. sc. "Kada u obiteljskom domu postoji zadovoljavajuća količina materijalnih resursa (poput novca ili imovine), ali i nematerijalnih resursa (kao što su pomoć oko pripreme obroka, kućanskih poslova i slično), mladi će ga ujedno manje poželjeti napustiti. Čak i ako odluče u nekom trenu napustiti roditeljsko kućanstvo (npr. zbog studiranja ili rada na sezoni), velik se broj mladih zbog ekonomskih ograničenja, odnosno manjka prihoda, naposljetku vrati u obiteljski dom. Istraživanja su većinom suglasna oko toga da će mladi koji su sigurno privrženi i imaju više autonomije u adolescenciji ‘na vrijeme‘ napustiti roditeljski dom, odnosno neće prolongirati ovu odluku", navodi za Tportal Krešimir Prijatelj s Odjela za psihologiju Sveučilišta u Zadru.
On dodaje da međusobno optuživanje djece i roditelja ne dovodi do konstruktivnih rješenja, a u slučaju perzistirajućih poteškoća i osjećaja disfunkcionalnosti dobro je obratiti se i psihologu ili obiteljskome psihoterapeutu. Psiholog Krešimir Prijatelj ističe i da su pandemija, koja još traje, te ekonomska kriza dodatno utjecali na odgađanje odlaska od roditelja, piše Tportal.

Očito je da vremena za odlazak od roditelja nisu najbolja, ali trend koji se veže za južnu i srednju Europu nije od jučer. Iza njega su duga desetljeća odgoja, psiholoških, sovioloških, ekonomskih i političkih faktora koji su do njega doveli.

Prema podacima Eurostata za 2021. godinu, mladi u Hrvatskoj odlaze od roditelja i osamostaljuju se s 33 godine i tri mjeseca. Kasnije od nas odlaze samo u Portugalu, s 33 i pol godine. U Slovačkoj se, recimo, osamostaljuju s 30,9 godina, u Grčkoj s 30,7, u Bugarskoj s 30,3 godine, a u Švedskoj s 19, u Finskoj i Danskoj s 21,2 godine. Prosjek EU-a je 26,5 godina. Dok je prosječna dob muškaraca koji napuštaju roditeljski dom 27,4 godine, prosječna dob žena je 25 godina, tako je u Rumunjskoj i Bugarskoj i u većini država EU-a, osim u Portugalu i Hrvatskoj, piše Tportal.
Takvi podaci svakako zaslužuju širu analizu koja bi zahvatila sociološke, psihološke i ekonomske faktore.
"Roditeljski dom predstavlja sigurnost, ali i svojevrsnu komociju. Teško je otići iz doma u kojemu dominiraju patrijarhalni odnosi – u velikom broju slučajeva u Hrvatskoj još je uvijek tako – tj. u kojima mama kuha, sprema, pegla… Sve se to događa gotovo nesvjesno pa se tjedni pretvaraju u mjesece, a mjeseci u godine. Na kraju, preko noći naše dijete o kojemu se brinemo ima tridesetak godina i još uvijek živi s nama. Valja naglasiti da suživot s roditeljima ne mora nužno označavati lošu stvar. Ono što ga čini lošim je to što vrlo često, u komociji doma u kojem smo odrastali, ne postajemo odgovorni i savjesni građani, već dijelom ostajemo djeca, kaže dr. sc. Erik Brezovec s Fakulteta hrvatskih studija za Tportal.

"Kada u obiteljskom domu postoji zadovoljavajuća količina materijalnih resursa (poput novca ili imovine), ali i nematerijalnih resursa (kao što su pomoć oko pripreme obroka, kućanskih poslova i slično), mladi će ga ujedno manje poželjeti napustiti. Čak i ako odluče u nekom trenu napustiti roditeljsko kućanstvo (npr. zbog studiranja ili rada na sezoni), velik se broj mladih zbog ekonomskih ograničenja, odnosno manjka prihoda, naposljetku vrati u obiteljski dom. Istraživanja su većinom suglasna oko toga da će mladi koji su sigurno privrženi i imaju više autonomije u adolescenciji ‘na vrijeme‘ napustiti roditeljski dom, odnosno neće prolongirati ovu odluku", navodi za Tportal Krešimir Prijatelj s Odjela za psihologiju Sveučilišta u Zadru.
On dodaje da međusobno optuživanje djece i roditelja ne dovodi do konstruktivnih rješenja, a u slučaju perzistirajućih poteškoća i osjećaja disfunkcionalnosti dobro je obratiti se i psihologu ili obiteljskome psihoterapeutu. Psiholog Krešimir Prijatelj ističe i da su pandemija, koja još traje, te ekonomska kriza dodatno utjecali na odgađanje odlaska od roditelja, piše Tportal.

Očito je da vremena za odlazak od roditelja nisu najbolja, ali trend koji se veže za južnu i srednju Europu nije od jučer. Iza njega su duga desetljeća odgoja, psiholoških, sovioloških, ekonomskih i političkih faktora koji su do njega doveli.
