Iako je na poziciji šefa kabineta predsjednika Vlade Andreja Plenkovića bio i u prethodnom mandatu, o Zvonimiru Frki Petešiću šira javnost gotovo da ništa ne zna.

Tihog Plenkovićevog pozadinca uočili su tek nedavno, kada ga je raskol u Vladinom Znanstvenom savjetu za koronavirus katapultirao u žižu medijskog zanimanja. Uz ostale dužnosti Frka Petešić je, naime, i glavni vladin koordinator ovog savjeta, a zadnjih nekoliko dana postao je i 'glavni krivac' zbog naprasnog otkazivanja suradnje, pa potom reteriranja i vraćanja u ovo vladino savjetodavno tijelo petero vrhunskih znanstvenika.

Odrađivao je Petešić i do sada niz delikatnih zadaća, među kojima i pregovore sa sindikatima. Za pregovore je dušu dao, jer ne gubi lako živce, nije impulzivan i ne reagira na prvu. A kažu da je kao pravi bodul i prilično šparan. Govori blagim tonom kao svećenik, a na funkciju predstojnika premijerova ureda došao je 2017. s mjesta veleposlanika Hrvatske u Maroku. Tamo je pak poslan još za vrijeme dok je šefica diplomacije u Milanovićevoj vladi bila Vesna Pusić. Oženjen je i otac je dviju kćeri.

Rodio se u predgrađu Pariza prije 51 godinu, a otac Marinko, koji je bio politički aktivan pogotovo za vrijeme hrvatskog proljeća, u Francusku se doselio šezdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća.

Obitelj je živjela skromno, podrijetlom su iz mjesta Sali na Dugom otoku. Otac, koji je bio mehaničar, imao je veliku želju otići živjeti na svjetionik. No, ta mu se želja nije ostvarila. Životne prilike su ga odvele u pečalbu gdje se družio s brojnim političkim emigrantima i intelektualcima, što je ostavilo traga na svo petero njegove djece. Marinko Frka Petešić bio je i jedan od osnivača Društva članova Matice hrvatske u Parizu 1970., te prodavač Nikolićeve Hrvatske revije.

U nedavnoj HRT-ovoj emisiji „Nedjeljom u dva“, Zvonimir Frka Petešić je ispričao da od svih očevih prijatelja ponajviše pamti Bruna Bušića, nakon čijeg je ubojstva njegov mlađi brat dobio ime Bruno.

Današnji Plenkovićev predstojnik, kao student je, početkom devedesetih po pariškome metrou organizirao akcije koje su Francuze trebale upoznati sa situacijom u Hrvatskoj. U jednoj od njih je, na dan pada Vukovara, sa skupinom aktivista natpis na stanici "Staljingrad" zamijenio je novim: „Vukovar".

– Bilo je to u šest sati ujutro. Bio sam tada na čelu udruge Hrvatska mladež Pariza. Među ostalim, sudjelovao je i Daniel Markić, današnji šef SOA-e. Pokazalo se to dobrim potezom, akciju su zabilježili svi važniji svjetski mediji – otkrio je hrvatskim medijima Petešić.

Novinaru Aleksandru Stankoviću je pak kazao kako je dugo imao grižnju savjesti jer nije branio Hrvatsku s puškom u ruci. Rekao je kako nije vojno sposoban jer ima operirano rame koje je često ispadalo.

„Otpratio sam veliki broj svojih vršnjaka iz Pariza koji su otišli kao dobrovoljci u rat. Dvadeset i tri muškarca te tri cure. Moj rođak Danijel Grbin u Salima na Dugom otoku je također poginuo u operaciji Maslenica. I to su stvari koje vas jednostavno obilježe. Ja sam imao potrebu, na način na koji sam mogao dati svoj obol…  I sav rad koji mi možemo pružiti i dati je neusporediv s onim što su oni dali. I to mi je svakodnevna motivacija – istaknuo je tada Petešić.  

U Parizu je završio klasičnu gimnaziju Lycée Berthelot, dodiplomski studij iz matematike i fizike, potom diplomirao na geografiji te postao magistar geopolitike. U magistarskom radu napravio je kartografsku analizu rata (Bojišnice, granice i stanovništvo Hrvatske i BiH — kartografska analiza rata 1991–1995.) kod profesora Yvesa Lacostea, utemeljitelja francuske geopolitološke škole.  

Cijelu profesionalnu karijeru proveo je u diplomatskoj službi, između ostalog bio je zadužen i za odnose s javnošću i javnu diplomaciju u veleposlanstvu u Parizu, te bio voditelj službe za javnu diplomaciju Ministarstva vanjskih i europskih poslova. Autor je niza geopolitičkih zemljovida o ratu u Hrvatskoj i BiH objavljenih u stručnoj literaturi i francuskim dnevnim listovima.

Iako je na poziciji šefa kabineta predsjednika Vlade Andreja Plenkovića bio i u prethodnom mandatu, o Zvonimiru Frki Petešiću šira javnost gotovo da ništa ne zna.

Tihog Plenkovićevog pozadinca uočili su tek nedavno, kada ga je raskol u Vladinom Znanstvenom savjetu za koronavirus katapultirao u žižu medijskog zanimanja. Uz ostale dužnosti Frka Petešić je, naime, i glavni vladin koordinator ovog savjeta, a zadnjih nekoliko dana postao je i 'glavni krivac' zbog naprasnog otkazivanja suradnje, pa potom reteriranja i vraćanja u ovo vladino savjetodavno tijelo petero vrhunskih znanstvenika.

Odrađivao je Petešić i do sada niz delikatnih zadaća, među kojima i pregovore sa sindikatima. Za pregovore je dušu dao, jer ne gubi lako živce, nije impulzivan i ne reagira na prvu. A kažu da je kao pravi bodul i prilično šparan. Govori blagim tonom kao svećenik, a na funkciju predstojnika premijerova ureda došao je 2017. s mjesta veleposlanika Hrvatske u Maroku. Tamo je pak poslan još za vrijeme dok je šefica diplomacije u Milanovićevoj vladi bila Vesna Pusić. Oženjen je i otac je dviju kćeri.

Rodio se u predgrađu Pariza prije 51 godinu, a otac Marinko, koji je bio politički aktivan pogotovo za vrijeme hrvatskog proljeća, u Francusku se doselio šezdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća.

Obitelj je živjela skromno, podrijetlom su iz mjesta Sali na Dugom otoku. Otac, koji je bio mehaničar, imao je veliku želju otići živjeti na svjetionik. No, ta mu se želja nije ostvarila. Životne prilike su ga odvele u pečalbu gdje se družio s brojnim političkim emigrantima i intelektualcima, što je ostavilo traga na svo petero njegove djece. Marinko Frka Petešić bio je i jedan od osnivača Društva članova Matice hrvatske u Parizu 1970., te prodavač Nikolićeve Hrvatske revije.

U nedavnoj HRT-ovoj emisiji „Nedjeljom u dva“, Zvonimir Frka Petešić je ispričao da od svih očevih prijatelja ponajviše pamti Bruna Bušića, nakon čijeg je ubojstva njegov mlađi brat dobio ime Bruno.

Današnji Plenkovićev predstojnik, kao student je, početkom devedesetih po pariškome metrou organizirao akcije koje su Francuze trebale upoznati sa situacijom u Hrvatskoj. U jednoj od njih je, na dan pada Vukovara, sa skupinom aktivista natpis na stanici "Staljingrad" zamijenio je novim: „Vukovar".

– Bilo je to u šest sati ujutro. Bio sam tada na čelu udruge Hrvatska mladež Pariza. Među ostalim, sudjelovao je i Daniel Markić, današnji šef SOA-e. Pokazalo se to dobrim potezom, akciju su zabilježili svi važniji svjetski mediji – otkrio je hrvatskim medijima Petešić.

Novinaru Aleksandru Stankoviću je pak kazao kako je dugo imao grižnju savjesti jer nije branio Hrvatsku s puškom u ruci. Rekao je kako nije vojno sposoban jer ima operirano rame koje je često ispadalo.

„Otpratio sam veliki broj svojih vršnjaka iz Pariza koji su otišli kao dobrovoljci u rat. Dvadeset i tri muškarca te tri cure. Moj rođak Danijel Grbin u Salima na Dugom otoku je također poginuo u operaciji Maslenica. I to su stvari koje vas jednostavno obilježe. Ja sam imao potrebu, na način na koji sam mogao dati svoj obol…  I sav rad koji mi možemo pružiti i dati je neusporediv s onim što su oni dali. I to mi je svakodnevna motivacija – istaknuo je tada Petešić.  

U Parizu je završio klasičnu gimnaziju Lycée Berthelot, dodiplomski studij iz matematike i fizike, potom diplomirao na geografiji te postao magistar geopolitike. U magistarskom radu napravio je kartografsku analizu rata (Bojišnice, granice i stanovništvo Hrvatske i BiH — kartografska analiza rata 1991–1995.) kod profesora Yvesa Lacostea, utemeljitelja francuske geopolitološke škole.  

Cijelu profesionalnu karijeru proveo je u diplomatskoj službi, između ostalog bio je zadužen i za odnose s javnošću i javnu diplomaciju u veleposlanstvu u Parizu, te bio voditelj službe za javnu diplomaciju Ministarstva vanjskih i europskih poslova. Autor je niza geopolitičkih zemljovida o ratu u Hrvatskoj i BiH objavljenih u stručnoj literaturi i francuskim dnevnim listovima.

Iako je na poziciji šefa kabineta predsjednika Vlade Andreja Plenkovića bio i u prethodnom mandatu, o Zvonimiru Frki Petešiću šira javnost gotovo da ništa ne zna.

Tihog Plenkovićevog pozadinca uočili su tek nedavno, kada ga je raskol u Vladinom Znanstvenom savjetu za koronavirus katapultirao u žižu medijskog zanimanja. Uz ostale dužnosti Frka Petešić je, naime, i glavni vladin koordinator ovog savjeta, a zadnjih nekoliko dana postao je i 'glavni krivac' zbog naprasnog otkazivanja suradnje, pa potom reteriranja i vraćanja u ovo vladino savjetodavno tijelo petero vrhunskih znanstvenika.

Odrađivao je Petešić i do sada niz delikatnih zadaća, među kojima i pregovore sa sindikatima. Za pregovore je dušu dao, jer ne gubi lako živce, nije impulzivan i ne reagira na prvu. A kažu da j...
