Stižu nove digitalne vozačke dozvole. Trebale bi biti jednake na cijelom tržištu Europske unije. Uz to - uvode se i nova pravila za naplatu prometnih kazni počinjenih u nekoj drugoj zemlji članici, kao i oduzimanje vozačkih dozvola. Osim u fizičkom obliku, bit će dostupna i na telefonima

Brže do vozačke dozvole, ali brže i do počinitelja prekršaja. Prijedlog je to Europske komisije. Digitalna vozačka sve pamti.

“Ima određene benefite, za što kraće vrijeme zamjena vozačke, produženje vozačke dozvole, razmjene podataka, a posebno u kontekstu sankcioniranja vezanih za prekršaje”, rekao je za Dnevnik.hr Sinan Alispahić iz HAK-a.

Sve se obavlja online

Cijeli postupak izdavanja digitalne vozačke dozvole trebao bi biti puno jednostavniji – sve je moguće napraviti online, bit će to prva digitalna vozačka dozvola u svijetu. No osim što će biti na telefonu vozača, obveza je da je imate i u fizičkom obliku.

Vozačka dozvola mogla bi uskoro doživjeti veliku promjenu

Paket za sigurnost cestovnog prometa proširuje prekršaje zbog kojih je moguće izgubiti vozačku, bez obzira na zemlju gdje vozite.

Gubitak je moguć ako vozite 50 km/h više od dopuštenog, vozite pod utjecajem alkohola i droge, izazovete smrtni slučaj, opasno pretječete, vozite u krivom smjeru ili ne poštujete koridor žurnih službi.

“Taj prijedlog je vrlo koristan, naime kako se ponašate u svojoj domicijalnoj zemlji, tako bi se trebali ponašati i u drugim državama jer prometno pravilo je prometno pravilo”, poručio je Rajko Horvat, s Fakulteta prometnih znanosti.

Nulta tolerancija na alkohol za mlade vozače

Na listi priorieta su mladi vozači. Vraća se probno razdoblje nulte tolerancije na vožnju pod utjecajem alkohola

“Očito su istraživanja pokazala da mladim vozačima koji nemaju dovoljno iskustva, u početku upravljanja motornim vozilom treba takva zabrana i mislim da je ona vrlo korisna”, tvrdi Horvat.

Ono što Europa predlaže mi već godinama imamo. Polaganje ispita na materinskom jeziku.

“To je da se omogući kroz digitalizaciju korištenje određenih testova na jezicima osoba koje najčešće su u mobilnosti, borave na područu druge države kako bi se i tim ljudima omogućilo da jednostavno dođu do vozačke dozvole” kaže Alispahić.

Ako još uvijek imate vozačku koja vam je izdana do 65. godine života nju također morate zamijeniti do siječnja 2033.

Glavni cilj Komisije nije samo uvođenje digitalne vozačke, već smanjenje broja stradalih na prometnicama.

Stižu nove digitalne vozačke dozvole. Trebale bi biti jednake na cijelom tržištu Europske unije. Uz to - uvode se i nova pravila za naplatu prometnih kazni počinjenih u nekoj drugoj zemlji članici, kao i oduzimanje vozačkih dozvola. Osim u fizičkom obliku, bit će dostupna i na telefonima

Brže do vozačke dozvole, ali brže i do počinitelja prekršaja. Prijedlog je to Europske komisije. Digitalna vozačka sve pamti.

“Ima određene benefite, za što kraće vrijeme zamjena vozačke, produženje vozačke dozvole, razmjene podataka, a posebno u kontekstu sankcioniranja vezanih za prekršaje”, rekao je za Dnevnik.hr Sinan Alispahić iz HAK-a.

Sve se obavlja online

Cijeli postupak izdavanja digitalne vozačke dozvole trebao bi biti puno jednostavniji – sve je moguće napraviti online, bit će to prva digitalna vozačka dozvola u svijetu. No osim što će biti na telefonu vozača, obveza je da je imate i u fizičkom obliku.

Vozačka dozvola mogla bi uskoro doživjeti veliku promjenu

Paket za sigurnost cestovnog prometa proširuje prekršaje zbog kojih je moguće izgubiti vozačku, bez obzira na zemlju gdje vozite.

Gubitak je moguć ako vozite 50 km/h više od dopuštenog, vozite pod utjecajem alkohola i droge, izazovete smrtni slučaj, opasno pretječete, vozite u krivom smjeru ili ne poštujete koridor žurnih službi.

“Taj prijedlog je vrlo koristan, naime kako se ponašate u svojoj domicijalnoj zemlji, tako bi se trebali ponašati i u drugim državama jer prometno pravilo je prometno pravilo”, poručio je Rajko Horvat, s Fakulteta prometnih znanosti.

Nulta tolerancija na alkohol za mlade vozače

Na listi priorieta su mladi vozači. Vraća se probno razdoblje nulte tolerancije na vožnju pod utjecajem alkohola

“Očito su istraživanja pokazala da mladim vozačima koji nemaju dovoljno iskustva, u početku upravljanja motornim vozilom treba takva zabrana i mislim da je ona vrlo korisna”, tvrdi Horvat.

Ono što Europa predlaže mi već godinama imamo. Polaganje ispita na materinskom jeziku.

“To je da se omogući kroz digitalizaciju korištenje određenih testova na jezicima osoba koje najčešće su u mobilnosti, borave na područu druge države kako bi se i tim ljudima omogućilo da jednostavno dođu do vozačke dozvole” kaže Alispahić.

Ako još uvijek imate vozačku koja vam je izdana do 65. godine života nju također morate zamijeniti do siječnja 2033.

Stižu nove digitalne vozačke dozvole. Trebale bi biti jednake na cijelom tržištu Europske unije. Uz to - uvode se i nova pravila za naplatu prometnih kazni počinjenih u nekoj drugoj zemlji članici, kao i oduzimanje vozačkih dozvola. Osim u fizičkom obliku, bit će dostupna i na telefonima

Brže do vozačke dozvole, ali brže i do počinitelja prekršaja. Prijedlog je to Europske komisije. Digitalna vozačka sve pamti.

“Ima određene benefite, za što kraće vrijeme zamjena vozačke, produženje vozačke dozvole, razmjene podataka, a posebno u kontekstu sankcioniranja vezanih za prekršaje”, rekao je za Dnevnik.hr Sinan Alispahić iz HAK-a.

Cijeli postupak izdavanja digitalne vozačke dozvole trebao bi biti puno jednostavniji – sve je moguće napraviti...
