Uprava Kliničke bolnice Sveti Duh dala je izvanredni otkaz pročelniku Zavoda za patologiju i citologiju, Fabijanu Kneževiću, te pomoćniku glavnog obducenta, Ivanu Merzaku vezano za snimke od prije tri tjedna na kojima se vide tijela na podu patologije.

Kao razlog naveli su "nepoštivanja Pravilnika koji su se evidentno povremeno događali". Izrijekom tvrde, potkrepljujući otkaze da Uprava KB Sveti Duh o leševima na podu nije imala saznanja.

No, Jutarnji list je došao u posjed dokumenta koji datira još od 28. srpnja 2022. godine na kojem je urudžbeni broj dopisa koji je na ruke stigao ravnateljici Ana-Mariji Šimundić, a koji potpisuju upravo smijenjeni Knežević i glavna tehničarka Zavoda Đurđica Svetić Kraljić u kojem pod naslovom "HITNO rješavanje problema u mrtvačnici i obdukcijskoj sali Zavoda za patologiju i citologiju" decidirano piše: "Zbog činjenice da tri tijela pokojnika nitko nije preuzeo, događa se da nema dovoljno mjesta u rashladnim komorama za pokojnike, pogotovo nakon vikenda, te novopridošla mrtva tijela leže na kolicima i na podu mrtvačnice, što nije u skladu s etičkim i epidemiološko-higijenskim pravilnicima o postupanju s umrlim osobama."

Prema ovome, ravnateljica Šimundić govorila je neistinu da nije znala za ovaj problem, a upravo na temelju "Pravilnika o postupku s umirućim i umrlim bolesnicima te o postupku obdukcije" na osnovu kojeg je zaposlenicima dala otkaz, oni su inzistirali još prije gotovo godinu dana.

Iz bolnice su tako naveli da je istraga Povjerenstva za unutarnji nadzor Bolnice ukazala na nesukladnost u izjavama odgovornih osoba - pročelnika Zavoda za patologiju i citologiju te pomoćnika glavnog obducenta - koji su prvotno izjavili da se "Pravilnik o postupku s umirućim i umrlim bolesnicima te o postupku obdukcije" poštivao, a potom da se unatrag više od dva desetljeća "znalo događati da broj pokojnika premaši kapacitet mrtvačnice te da se pokojnici u nedostatku raspoloživih mjesta nažalost polažu na pod".

S druge strane, Jutarnji list je danas došao u posjed pisma koje je pomoćnik obducenta Ivan Merzak poslao u Ministarstvo zdravstva, gdje je napisao da je dobio otkaz nakon 25 godina rada.

Također, i on je napisao da se znalo događati da tijela budu na podu jer kada nema mjesta u rashladnim uređajima. Osvrnuo se i na covid krizu kada je dnevno umiralo puno ljudi, zbog čega je po podu znalo biti i deset tijela u crnim vrećama. Naveo je kako nikad nitko iz Uprave, uključujući ravnateljicu Ana-Mariju Šimundić, nije pitao gdje su sva ta tijela, s obzirom na kapacitete.

Nije bila sabotaža

Iz bolnice su nakon snimki također kazali da je riječ o sabotaži, odnosno da je vjerojatno netko namjerno izvadio tijela i to snimio. Očito nije bilo tako jer je pomoćnik obducenta priznao da se zbog kapaciteta to znalo događati. Stoga čudi prijava DORH-u protiv nepoznatog počinitelja.

"Zgroženi javno objavljenim snimkama preminulih pacijenata na podu mrtvačnice Zavoda za patologiju KBSD, pokrenuta je proceduru unutarnjeg nadzora zbog povrede dostojanstva preminulih, remećenja mira pokojnika i uznemiravanja njihovih obitelji te uništavanja reputacije bolnice. Događaj koji je potresao javnost Uprava KBSD prijavila je Policijskoj upravi i DORH-u", kažu iz Bolnice.

Danas je situaciju komentirao i zagrebački gradonačelnik Tomislav Tomašević, koji je podržao ravnateljicu jer je otkazima riješila problem.

"Utvrđuje odgovornost u slučaju postupanja s tijelima umrlih pacijenata u Zavodu za patologiju kao što je i obećala, a odgovorni su sankcionirani.Ne znam zašto ne bi imala moju potporu", rekao je Tomašević.

Inače, osim o tijelima na podu, Knežević se žalio na neispravnu ventilaciju, koja također nije riješena, na što je upozorio ravnateljicu.

S obzirom na to da je riječ bila o ljetu, Knežević navodi kako uz uvjete toplinskog vala rad u mrtvačnici je gotovo nemoguć zbog izrazito neugodnih mirisa na cijelom Odjelu patologije.

Upozorava i da nema tople vode, te da su tehničari izloženi visokim koncentracijama formalinskih para koje su opasne po zdravlje.

Za kraj, dojučerašnji šef patologije zaključuje da se s obzirom na sve postavlja pitanje etičkog postupanja s umrlim osobama koje su preminule u KB Sveti Duh. A upravo na temelju tog istog, Šimundić mu je uručila otkaz, praveći se da za probleme nikad nije čula.

Uprava Kliničke bolnice Sveti Duh dala je izvanredni otkaz pročelniku Zavoda za patologiju i citologiju, Fabijanu Kneževiću, te pomoćniku glavnog obducenta, Ivanu Merzaku vezano za snimke od prije tri tjedna na kojima se vide tijela na podu patologije.

Kao razlog naveli su "nepoštivanja Pravilnika koji su se evidentno povremeno događali". Izrijekom tvrde, potkrepljujući otkaze da Uprava KB Sveti Duh o leševima na podu nije imala saznanja.

No, Jutarnji list je došao u posjed dokumenta koji datira još od 28. srpnja 2022. godine na kojem je urudžbeni broj dopisa koji je na ruke stigao ravnateljici Ana-Mariji Šimundić, a koji potpisuju upravo smijenjeni Knežević i glavna tehničarka Zavoda Đurđica Svetić Kraljić u kojem pod naslovom "HITNO rješavanje problema u mrtvačnici i obdukcijskoj sali Zavoda za patologiju i citologiju" decidirano piše: "Zbog činjenice da tri tijela pokojnika nitko nije preuzeo, događa se da nema dovoljno mjesta u rashladnim komorama za pokojnike, pogotovo nakon vikenda, te novopridošla mrtva tijela leže na kolicima i na podu mrtvačnice, što nije u skladu s etičkim i epidemiološko-higijenskim pravilnicima o postupanju s umrlim osobama."

Prema ovome, ravnateljica Šimundić govorila je neistinu da nije znala za ovaj problem, a upravo na temelju "Pravilnika o postupku s umirućim i umrlim bolesnicima te o postupku obdukcije" na osnovu kojeg je zaposlenicima dala otkaz, oni su inzistirali još prije gotovo godinu dana.

Iz bolnice su tako naveli da je istraga Povjerenstva za unutarnji nadzor Bolnice ukazala na nesukladnost u izjavama odgovornih osoba - pročelnika Zavoda za patologiju i citologiju te pomoćnika glavnog obducenta - koji su prvotno izjavili da se "Pravilnik o postupku s umirućim i umrlim bolesnicima te o postupku obdukcije" poštivao, a potom da se unatrag više od dva desetljeća "znalo događati da broj pokojnika premaši kapacitet mrtvačnice te da se pokojnici u nedostatku raspoloživih mjesta nažalost polažu na pod".

S druge strane, Jutarnji list je danas došao u posjed pisma koje je pomoćnik obducenta Ivan Merzak poslao u Ministarstvo zdravstva, gdje je napisao da je dobio otkaz nakon 25 godina rada.

Također, i on je napisao da se znalo događati da tijela budu na podu jer kada nema mjesta u rashladnim uređajima. Osvrnuo se i na covid krizu kada je dnevno umiralo puno ljudi, zbog čega je po podu znalo biti i deset tijela u crnim vrećama. Naveo je kako nikad nitko iz Uprave, uključujući ravnateljicu Ana-Mariju Šimundić, nije pitao gdje su sva ta tijela, s obzirom na kapacitete.

Nije bila sabotaža

Iz bolnice su nakon snimki također kazali da je riječ o sabotaži, odnosno da je vjerojatno netko namjerno izvadio tijela i to snimio. Očito nije bilo tako jer je pomoćnik obducenta priznao da se zbog kapaciteta to znalo događati. Stoga čudi prijava DORH-u protiv nepoznatog počinitelja.

"Zgroženi javno objavljenim snimkama preminulih pacijenata na podu mrtvačnice Zavoda za patologiju KBSD, pokrenuta je proceduru unutarnjeg nadzora zbog povrede dostojanstva preminulih, remećenja mira pokojnika i uznemiravanja njihovih obitelji te uništavanja reputacije bolnice. Događaj koji je potresao javnost Uprava KBSD prijavila je Policijskoj upravi i DORH-u", kažu iz Bolnice.

Danas je situaciju komentirao i zagrebački gradonačelnik Tomislav Tomašević, koji je podržao ravnateljicu jer je otkazima riješila problem.

"Utvrđuje odgovornost u slučaju postupanja s tijelima umrlih pacijenata u Zavodu za patologiju kao što je i obećala, a odgovorni su sankcionirani.Ne znam zašto ne bi imala moju potporu", rekao je Tomašević.

Inače, osim o tijelima na podu, Knežević se žalio na neispravnu ventilaciju, koja također nije riješena, na što je upozorio ravnateljicu.

S obzirom na to da je riječ bila o ljetu, Knežević navodi kako uz uvjete toplinskog vala rad u mrtvačnici je gotovo nemoguć zbog izrazito neugodnih mirisa na cijelom Odjelu patologije.

Upozorava i da nema tople vode, te da su tehničari izloženi visokim koncentracijama formalinskih para koje su opasne po zdravlje.

Za kraj, dojučerašnji šef patologije zaključuje da se s obzirom na sve postavlja pitanje etičkog postupanja s umrlim osobama koje su preminule u KB Sveti Duh. A upravo na temelju tog istog, Šimundić mu je uručila otkaz, praveći se da za probleme nikad nije čula.
