Profesor međunarodne ekonomije Mladen Vedriš s Visokog učilišta Effectus komentirao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije proračun za 2023. godinu.

“Glavnina investicija ide preko sredstava EU fondova i pitanje je spremnosti i sposobnosti Hrvatske da te fondove apsorbira i alobira na najbolja moguća mjesta. Logičnost EU fondova je da dignete kvalitetu svoje ekonomije. Ova sredstva trebala bi poslužiti da dignete nacionalni sektor ekonomije, da nacionalne tvrtke stvaraju veću dodanu vrijednost. Tada dolazimo do toga da je prosječna plaća do 50 posto zaposlenih u Hrvatskoj do 6.500 kuna i dok se tu ne odlijepimo nećemo imati veći standard življenja ni jaču poreznu osnovicu”, naglašava Vedriš.

Budžet služi, dodaje, da podupre socijalno i da ljudi mogu preživjeti. Upitni su, smatra, troškovi za mirovine koje rastu i koje će trebati usklađivati te Ministarstvo zdravstva koje je ostalo na istom ili manjem, a znamo koje su dubioze.

“Taj proračun je naprevljan da deficit bude 2,6 posto BDP-a jer je jedan od kriterija za eurozonu da ne budemo preko tri posto u deficitu. Prema nekim vanjskim formalnim parametrima određujemo limite proračuna u smislu financija. Prioritet ulaganja, uz očuvanje socijalne stabilnosti, trebao bi biti i razvoj – zelena tehnologija, IT tehnologija, obnovljivi izvori energije,…”, tvrdi.

Osvrnuo se i na inflaciju rekavši da su potrošačke cijene koje su najbitnije rasle više od 20 posto. Ističe da građani ne žive od prosječne stope inflacije, već od potrošačkih cijena, odnosno na ono što odlazi više od 50 posto budžeta. Za građane je inflacija znatno viša od nominalne prosječne inflacije.

“Ovaj proračun u ovim uvjetima možete smatrati prvim proračunom za iduću godinu. Vrlo vjerojatno će se nakon prvog kvartala razgovarati oko rebalansa”.  Tada više neće biti toliko bitno pitanje 2,6 posto deficita nego će biti važni drugi priroriteti”, navodi Vedriš.

“Eurozona načelno donosi sigurnost, ali to je kao odlazak na Svjetsko prvenstvo. Izvrsno da ste se kvalificirali, ali kako vaš rang stoji, ovisi o tome kako igrate pojedine utakmice”, objašnjava.

U eurozoni su, dodaje, od Njemačke do Grčke i tako dalje, ali vidi se da su im ekonomske pozicije potpuno divergentne.

“Iluzija je da će nas spasiti ulazak u eurozonu. Rast kamatnih stopa će biti usporen jednim dijelom. To ovisi o tome kakvo će biti globalno kretanje i koliko vjerovnici imaju povjerenja u vas kao zemlju, koliko ste kredibilni. Bez obzira na to što ulazimo u eurozonu, zaduživanje Hrvatske je dva do tri puta veće nego prije godinu dana”, naglašava Mladen Vedriš.

Profesor međunarodne ekonomije Mladen Vedriš s Visokog učilišta Effectus komentirao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije proračun za 2023. godinu.

“Glavnina investicija ide preko sredstava EU fondova i pitanje je spremnosti i sposobnosti Hrvatske da te fondove apsorbira i alobira na najbolja moguća mjesta. Logičnost EU fondova je da dignete kvalitetu svoje ekonomije. Ova sredstva trebala bi poslužiti da dignete nacionalni sektor ekonomije, da nacionalne tvrtke stvaraju veću dodanu vrijednost. Tada dolazimo do toga da je prosječna plaća do 50 posto zaposlenih u Hrvatskoj do 6.500 kuna i dok se tu ne odlijepimo nećemo imati veći standard življenja ni jaču poreznu osnovicu”, naglašava Vedriš.

Budžet služi, dodaje, da podupre socijalno i da ljudi mogu preživjeti. Upitni su, smatra, troškovi za mirovine koje rastu i koje će trebati usklađivati te Ministarstvo zdravstva koje je ostalo na istom ili manjem, a znamo koje su dubioze.

“Taj proračun je naprevljan da deficit bude 2,6 posto BDP-a jer je jedan od kriterija za eurozonu da ne budemo preko tri posto u deficitu. Prema nekim vanjskim formalnim parametrima određujemo limite proračuna u smislu financija. Prioritet ulaganja, uz očuvanje socijalne stabilnosti, trebao bi biti i razvoj – zelena tehnologija, IT tehnologija, obnovljivi izvori energije,…”, tvrdi.

Osvrnuo se i na inflaciju rekavši da su potrošačke cijene koje su najbitnije rasle više od 20 posto. Ističe da građani ne žive od prosječne stope inflacije, već od potrošačkih cijena, odnosno na ono što odlazi više od 50 posto budžeta. Za građane je inflacija znatno viša od nominalne prosječne inflacije.

“Ovaj proračun u ovim uvjetima možete smatrati prvim proračunom za iduću godinu. Vrlo vjerojatno će se nakon prvog kvartala razgovarati oko rebalansa”.  Tada više neće biti toliko bitno pitanje 2,6 posto deficita nego će biti važni drugi priroriteti”, navodi Vedriš.

“Eurozona načelno donosi sigurnost, ali to je kao odlazak na Svjetsko prvenstvo. Izvrsno da ste se kvalificirali, ali kako vaš rang stoji, ovisi o tome kako igrate pojedine utakmice”, objašnjava.

U eurozoni su, dodaje, od Njemačke do Grčke i tako dalje, ali vidi se da su im ekonomske pozicije potpuno divergentne.

“Iluzija je da će nas spasiti ulazak u eurozonu. Rast kamatnih stopa će biti usporen jednim dijelom. To ovisi o tome kakvo će biti globalno kretanje i koliko vjerovnici imaju povjerenja u vas kao zemlju, koliko ste kredibilni. Bez obzira na to što ulazimo u eurozonu, zaduživanje Hrvatske je dva do tri puta veće nego prije godinu dana”, naglašava Mladen Vedriš.

Profesor međunarodne ekonomije Mladen Vedriš s Visokog učilišta Effectus komentirao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije proračun za 2023. godinu.

“Glavnina investicija ide preko sredstava EU fondova i pitanje je spremnosti i sposobnosti Hrvatske da te fondove apsorbira i alobira na najbolja moguća mjesta. Logičnost EU fondova je da dignete kvalitetu svoje ekonomije. Ova sredstva trebala bi poslužiti da dignete nacionalni sektor ekonomije, da nacionalne tvrtke stvaraju veću dodanu vrijednost. Tada dolazimo do toga da je prosječna plaća do 50 posto zaposlenih u Hrvatskoj do 6.500 kuna i dok se tu ne odlijepimo nećemo imati veći standard življenja ni jaču poreznu osnovicu”, naglašava Vedriš.
