Stan od 96 kvadrata u samom centru Zagreba u vlasništvu države koji koristi predstojnik Ureda predsjednika Vlade Zvonimir Frka Petešić, ekspresno je obnovljen nakon prvog zagrebačkog potresa u ožujku pretprošle godine, objavio je tjednik Nacional.
Podsjetimo, Frka-Petešić već neko vrijeme koristi državni stan od 96 kvadrata na trećem katu zgrade u samom centru Zagreba. Stanom upravlja tvrtka Državne nekretnine. Kad je Zagreb 22. ožujka 2020. pogodio snažan potres, u većem dijelu stana koji koristi šef Plenkovićevog ureda se nije moglo živjeti zbog oštećenja. Frka-Petešić, piše Nacional, nije morao dugo čekati na obnovu.
Šef Plenkovićeva ureda se zbog objavljenog članka danas obratio javnosti.
"Nakon potresa 22. ožujka u zgradi u kojoj ja živim suvlasnici stanova su se okupili zahvaljujući okolnosti da je jedan od suvlasnika bračni par Čurić, a gospodin je građevinar. Jako brzo se krenulo u obnovu i hitne sanacije", rekao je Frka-Petešić.
"Činjenica je da u toj zgradi osam stanova, jedan je u vlasništvu Državnih nekretnina te su oni uključili tu i Državne nekretnine da bi mogli krenuti u cjelovitu obnovu zgrade jer bez uključivanja svih suvlasnika to ne bi bilo moguće. Oni su najzaslužniji što je to krenulo tako brzo. Ja nisam vlasnik stana pa nisam mogao sudjelovati u tome", rekao je Frka-Petešić, prenosi Index.hr.

Oni su 2. travnja imali taj sastanak svih suvlasnika i krenuli su u tu proceduru i nekoliko stanova je već krenulo u obnovu i nakon toga je krenula obnova stana u kojem ja živim. Obnova je u nekoliko stanova krenula prije nego što je krenula u mom stanu. Državne nekretnine su imale svog podizvođača.", rekao je.
"Nisam urgirao ni kod koga da se krene u što hitniju obnovu. Mislim da je bila zelena naljepnica, ali nisam siguran. Ne znam ni što je s ostalim prostorima u toj zgradi koji su u državnom vlasništvu", dodao je.
"Da se Državne nekretnine nisu uključile u obnovu, usporile bi obnovu cijele zgrade"
"Ja sam najmoprimac i nisam se bavio obnovom. Selio sam se iz jednog stana u drugi dok je trajala obnova, to nije bilo ugodno. Ne znam kad je točno počela obnova zgrade, mislim da je bilo par mjeseci nakon potresa", rekao je.
"Državne nekretnine su pronašle izvođača radova i našli sav taj građevinski materijal, ali najbolje da pitate vlasnike i suvlasnike. Koliko shvaćam, da se Državne nekretnine nisu uključile u obnovu, one bi usporile obnovu cijele zgrade", rekao je Frka Petešić., prenosi Index.hr.

Stan od 96 kvadrata u samom centru Zagreba u vlasništvu države koji koristi predstojnik Ureda predsjednika Vlade Zvonimir Frka Petešić, ekspresno je obnovljen nakon prvog zagrebačkog potresa u ožujku pretprošle godine, objavio je tjednik Nacional.
Podsjetimo, Frka-Petešić već neko vrijeme koristi državni stan od 96 kvadrata na trećem katu zgrade u samom centru Zagreba. Stanom upravlja tvrtka Državne nekretnine. Kad je Zagreb 22. ožujka 2020. pogodio snažan potres, u većem dijelu stana koji koristi šef Plenkovićevog ureda se nije moglo živjeti zbog oštećenja. Frka-Petešić, piše Nacional, nije morao dugo čekati na obnovu.
Šef Plenkovićeva ureda se zbog objavljenog članka danas obratio javnosti.
"Nakon potresa 22. ožujka u zgradi u kojoj ja živim suvlasnici stanova su se okupili zahvaljujući okolnosti da je jedan od suvlasnika bračni par Čurić, a gospodin je građevinar. Jako brzo se krenulo u obnovu i hitne sanacije", rekao je Frka-Petešić.
"Činjenica je da u toj zgradi osam stanova, jedan je u vlasništvu Državnih nekretnina te su oni uključili tu i Državne nekretnine da bi mogli krenuti u cjelovitu obnovu zgrade jer bez uključivanja svih suvlasnika to ne bi bilo moguće. Oni su najzaslužniji što je to krenulo tako brzo. Ja nisam vlasnik stana pa nisam mogao sudjelovati u tome", rekao je Frka-Petešić, prenosi Index.hr.

"Ja sam stjecajem okolnosti u tom stanu te nisam sudjelovao ni na koji način. Oni su 2. travnja imali taj sastanak svih suvlasnika i krenuli su u tu proceduru i nekoliko stanova je već krenulo u obnovu i nakon toga je krenula obnova stana u kojem ja živim. Obnova je u nekoliko stanova krenula prije nego što je krenula u mom stanu. Državne nekretnine su imale svog podizvođača.", rekao je.
"Nisam urgirao ni kod koga da se krene u što hitniju obnovu. Mislim da je bila zelena naljepnica, ali nisam siguran. Ne znam ni što je s ostalim prostorima u toj zgradi koji su u državnom vlasništvu", dodao je.
"Da se Državne nekretnine nisu uključile u obnovu, usporile bi obnovu cijele zgrade"
"Ja sam najmoprimac i nisam se bavio obnovom. Selio sam se iz jednog stana u drugi dok je trajala obnova, to nije bilo ugodno. Ne znam kad je točno počela obnova zgrade, mislim da je bilo par mjeseci nakon potresa", rekao je.
"Državne nekretnine su pronašle izvođača radova i našli sav taj građevinski materijal, ali najbolje da pitate vlasnike i suvlasnike. Koliko shvaćam, da se Državne nekretnine nisu uključile u obnovu, one bi usporile obnovu cijele zgrade", rekao je Frka Petešić., prenosi Index.hr.
