Nakon višemjesečnih pregovaranja Vlada i veledrogerije postigle su dogovor oko rješavanja duga za isporučene a neplaćene lijekove.
Dogovoreno je, piše Jutarnji.hr, da iduća tri mjeseca odnosno do kraja lipnja svaki mjesec veledrogerijama bude plaćeno 300 milijuna kuna za lijekove koji se izdaju na recept u ljekarnama te rebalansom još 135 milijuna kuna čime bi se plaćanje ljekarnama dovelo do roka od 120 dana.
Bolnički dug će se podmirivati tako da svaki mjesec veledrogerijama bude plaćeno 600 milijuna kuna, također do lipnja, a rebalansom još 760 milijuna, čime bi se plaćanje do kraja godine svelo na 180 dana, što je upola manje od trenutnih rokova plaćanja.
Direktor Medike Jasminko Herceg rekao nam je da je zadovoljan postignutim dogovorom i da je uvjeren da će to osigurati njihovo redovito plaćanje dobavljačima i isporuke lijekova bolnicama i ljekarnama.
Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš izvijestio je kako su dogovorili otplatni plan do kraja godine za dug od 6,5 milijardi kuna.
"Jedino zajedno možemo rješavati ove velike izazove koji su već desetljećima među nama, međutim, ova covid kriza ih je doista naglasila do velikih razmjera. Današnji sastanak je još jedan korak ka rješavanju duga prema veledrogerijama", rekao je Beroš nakon nastavka sastanka.
Dogovorili smo određeni otplatni plan do kraja godine i financijske injekcije, izvijestio je ministar zdravstva te zahvalio svim dionicima tog procesa na razumijevanju. Između ostalog, rekao je kako je dogovor rezultat zajedničkog pristupa u rješavanju te problematike i s kratkoročnim ciljem da se riješi trenutna situacija.
"Svi skupa smo suglasni da je naš dugoročni cilj provesti reformu zdravstvenog sustava, kako na prihodovnom, tako i na rashodovnom planu kako bi zdravstveni sustav ubuduće bio financijski održiv'', istaknuo je Beroš te poručio da se ne boji tih izazova.
Ministar financija Zdravko Marić pojasnio je detalje otplatnog plana.
''Iduća tri mjeseca, četvrti, peti i šesti mjesec, ćemo učiniti transfere prema HZZO-u, odnosno Ministarstvu zdravstva kako bi se održavale tekuće obveze ljekarni i bolnica prema veledrogerijama i dobavljačima", rekao je te pojasnio da će te transfere učiniti u okviru preraspodjele državnog proračuna. Mjesečni iznosi će biti 600 milijuna kuna za bolnice i 300 milijuna kuna za ljekarne.
U lipnju računaju na rebalans proračuna i dodatnu injekciju za ljekarne i bolnice koje će svesti rokove plaćanja bolnica na 180 dana, a ljekarni na 120 dana. Dodao je kako će se u šestom mjesecu izvršiti jednokratna isplata od 135 milijuna kuna prema ljekarnama i 760 milijuna kuna prema bolnicama i od onda, do kraja godine, održavanje rokova plaćanja.
"To je dinamika i ročnost koju ćemo nastojati i hoćemo održati do kraja godine. U prijevodu, iz moje perspektive, više nas do kraja godine na ovim sastancima vidjeti nećete", poručio je Marić.
Očekuje da će se, u međuvremenu, složiti i određeni reformski iskorak koji će značiti suzbijanje daljnjeg kumuliranja obveza, što znači da je korak nakon toga, objasnio je ministar, svođenje svih rokova plaćanja preostalog duga unutar zakonskog roka od 60 dana.
Predsjednica HUP-ove Koordinacije veledrogerija Diana Percač zahvalila je ministrima što su pronašli novčana sredstva za otplatu dugova. Izrazila je žaljenje što je došlo do situacije da su neki pacijenti ostali bez lijekova, ali i izrazila nadu da do takve situacije više neće doći.
U razgovoru za Hinu Percač je pojasnila kako će do kraja godine ljekarne redovito dobivati ono što im HZZO svaki mjesec doznačuje, a bolnice iznose koji neće dozvoljavati daljnji rast duga. Zadovoljna je postignutim dogovorom.
"To jesu rokovi van ugovornih i zakonom definiranih, ali su, s obzirom na cijelu situaciju, prihvatljivi rokovi za nas kao veledrogerije, a vjerujem i za naše dobavljače i proizvođače lijekova", istaknula je.

Nakon višemjesečnih pregovaranja Vlada i veledrogerije postigle su dogovor oko rješavanja duga za isporučene a neplaćene lijekove.
Dogovoreno je, piše Jutarnji.hr, da iduća tri mjeseca odnosno do kraja lipnja svaki mjesec veledrogerijama bude plaćeno 300 milijuna kuna za lijekove koji se izdaju na recept u ljekarnama te rebalansom još 135 milijuna kuna čime bi se plaćanje ljekarnama dovelo do roka od 120 dana.
Bolnički dug će se podmirivati tako da svaki mjesec veledrogerijama bude plaćeno 600 milijuna kuna, također do lipnja, a rebalansom još 760 milijuna, čime bi se plaćanje do kraja godine svelo na 180 dana, što je upola manje od trenutnih rokova plaćanja.
Direktor Medike Jasminko Herceg rekao nam je da je zadovoljan postignutim dogovorom i da je uvjeren da će to osigurati njihovo redovito plaćanje dobavljačima i isporuke lijekova bolnicama i ljekarnama.
Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš izvijestio je kako su dogovorili otplatni plan do kraja godine za dug od 6,5 milijardi kuna.
"Jedino zajedno možemo rješavati ove velike izazove koji su već desetljećima među nama, međutim, ova covid kriza ih je doista naglasila do velikih razmjera. Današnji sastanak je još jedan korak ka rješavanju duga prema veledrogerijama", rekao je Beroš nakon nastavka sastanka.
Dogovorili smo određeni otplatni plan do kraja godine i financijske injekcije, izvijestio je ministar zdravstva te zahvalio svim dionicima tog procesa na razumijevanju. Između ostalog, rekao je kako je dogovor rezultat zajedničkog pristupa u rješavanju te problematike i s kratkoročnim ciljem da se riješi trenutna situacija.
"Svi skupa smo suglasni da je naš dugoročni cilj provesti reformu zdravstvenog sustava, kako na prihodovnom, tako i na rashodovnom planu kako bi zdravstveni sustav ubuduće bio financijski održiv'', istaknuo je Beroš te poručio da se ne boji tih izazova.
Ministar financija Zdravko Marić pojasnio je detalje otplatnog plana.
''Iduća tri mjeseca, četvrti, peti i šesti mjesec, ćemo učiniti transfere prema HZZO-u, odnosno Ministarstvu zdravstva kako bi se održavale tekuće obveze ljekarni i bolnica prema veledrogerijama i dobavljačima", rekao je te pojasnio da će te transfere učiniti u okviru preraspodjele državnog proračuna. Mjesečni iznosi će biti 600 milijuna kuna za bolnice i 300 milijuna kuna za ljekarne.
U lipnju računaju na rebalans proračuna i dodatnu injekciju za ljekarne i bolnice koje će svesti rokove plaćanja bolnica na 180 dana, a ljekarni na 120 dana. Dodao je kako će se u šestom mjesecu izvršiti jednokratna isplata od 135 milijuna kuna prema ljekarnama i 760 milijuna kuna prema bolnicama i od onda, do kraja godine, održavanje rokova plaćanja.
"To je dinamika i ročnost koju ćemo nastojati i hoćemo održati do kraja godine. U prijevodu, iz moje perspektive, više nas do kraja godine na ovim sastancima vidjeti nećete", poručio je Marić.
Očekuje da će se, u međuvremenu, složiti i određeni reformski iskorak koji će značiti suzbijanje daljnjeg kumuliranja obveza, što znači da je korak nakon toga, objasnio je ministar, svođenje svih rokova plaćanja preostalog duga unutar zakonskog roka od 60 dana.
Predsjednica HUP-ove Koordinacije veledrogerija Diana Percač zahvalila je ministrima što su pronašli novčana sredstva za otplatu dugova. Izrazila je žaljenje što je došlo do situacije da su neki pacijenti ostali bez lijekova, ali i izrazila nadu da do takve situacije više neće doći.
U razgovoru za Hinu Percač je pojasnila kako će do kraja godine ljekarne redovito dobivati ono što im HZZO svaki mjesec doznačuje, a bolnice iznose koji neće dozvoljavati daljnji rast duga. Zadovoljna je postignutim dogovorom.
"To jesu rokovi van ugovornih i zakonom definiranih, ali su, s obzirom na cijelu situaciju, prihvatljivi rokovi za nas kao veledrogerije, a vjerujem i za naše dobavljače i proizvođače lijekova", istaknula je.
