Ljeto je vrijeme pojačane zaposlenosti, poslodavci se u potrazi za radnicima okreću svim mogućim izvorima, u Hrvatskoj, bližem i daljem okruženju, među svim uzrastima.

Jedan od bazena za zapošljavanje jesu i studenti, kojih posljednjih godina ima zaista puno, a kojima je sada vrijeme pauze od ispitnih rokova i raspoloživi su za tržište rada, ako i sami nisu otišli na odmor.

Iako su njihove satnice nepromijenjene, dodatna pogodnost za studente je što je nedavno za njihov rad povećan porezni limit s 15 na 24 tisuće kuna.

Unatoč svemu tome, poslodavci, u ovom slučaju u Rijeci, ne mogu doći do potrebnoga broja studenata za sezonske poslove.

– Javlja nam se više poslodavaca nego što imamo studenata, a među njima je jako puno novih poslodavaca. Na dan imamo 30 do 40 oglasa. Minimalna satnica je 29,30 kuna, poslodavcima je sve teže doći do radne snage pa povećavaju cijenu sata kako bi privukli studente. U lipnju je izdano 5.385 računa, što znači da je toliko studenata prošli mjesec radilo. Za ovu akademsku godinu imamo u Student servisu prijavljena 7.384 redovna studenta, 536 izvanrednih, a imamo i 463 maturanta, objašnjava Goran Manestar, ravnatelj Studentskog centra Sveučilišta u Rijeci, piše Ingrid Šestan Kučić za Novi list.

Kako studenti imaju znanja stranih jezika, rada na računalima, traženi su za rad na u turizmu, osobito na recepciji, kao i za programiranje, te izradu i održavanja web stranica, za što je satnica 59 kuna.

"Istu satnicu imaju studenti koji rade kao predavači u školama ilii podučavaju u ustanovama.Satnica od 41 kunu nudi se i za prevođenje, projektiranje te rad u Auto CAD-u i sličnim programima. Čišćenje apartmana i plovila plaća se 47 kuna. Satnice u ugostiteljstvu su od 30 do 35 kuna, a rad nedjeljom ili blagdanom plaća se 45 do 55 kuna. Tijekom godine poslodavci najviše traže studente za rad u trgovačkim centrima, a rade i u redarskoj službi te na naplati parkinga. Studentice se zapošljavaju kao hostese, za anketiranja, dijeljenja letaka. Dodatno se provjerava poslovanje poslodavaca koji traže studente, kaže ravnatelj Manestar, piše Novi list.

Reklo bi se da je sve tu, za hrvatske prilike solidno, ali ili je studenta premalo ili nemaju dovoljno motiva da se u sve uključe. Bilo zbog fakultetskih obaveza, potrebe za vlastitim odmorom ili nedovoljnoga financijskoga motiva. Današnji studenti su mobilni i imaju pregled širega tržišta rada, što treba akceptirati i prići im možda s drugačijom, više motivirajućom ponudom.

Ljeto je vrijeme pojačane zaposlenosti, poslodavci se u potrazi za radnicima okreću svim mogućim izvorima, u Hrvatskoj, bližem i daljem okruženju, među svim uzrastima.

Jedan od bazena za zapošljavanje jesu i studenti, kojih posljednjih godina ima zaista puno, a kojima je sada vrijeme pauze od ispitnih rokova i raspoloživi su za tržište rada, ako i sami nisu otišli na odmor.

Iako su njihove satnice nepromijenjene, dodatna pogodnost za studente je što je nedavno za njihov rad povećan porezni limit s 15 na 24 tisuće kuna.

Unatoč svemu tome, poslodavci, u ovom slučaju u Rijeci, ne mogu doći do potrebnoga broja studenata za sezonske poslove.

– Javlja nam se više poslodavaca nego što imamo studenata, a među njima je jako puno novih poslodavaca. Na dan imamo 30 do 40 oglasa. Minimalna satnica je 29,30 kuna, poslodavcima je sve teže doći do radne snage pa povećavaju cijenu sata kako bi privukli studente. U lipnju je izdano 5.385 računa, što znači da je toliko studenata prošli mjesec radilo. Za ovu akademsku godinu imamo u Student servisu prijavljena 7.384 redovna studenta, 536 izvanrednih, a imamo i 463 maturanta, objašnjava Goran Manestar, ravnatelj Studentskog centra Sveučilišta u Rijeci, piše Ingrid Šestan Kučić za Novi list.

Kako studenti imaju znanja stranih jezika, rada na računalima, traženi su za rad na u turizmu, osobito na recepciji, kao i za programiranje, te izradu i održavanja web stranica, za što je satnica 59 kuna.

"Istu satnicu imaju studenti koji rade kao predavači u školama ilii podučavaju u ustanovama.Satnica od 41 kunu nudi se i za prevođenje, projektiranje te rad u Auto CAD-u i sličnim programima. Čišćenje apartmana i plovila plaća se 47 kuna. Satnice u ugostiteljstvu su od 30 do 35 kuna, a rad nedjeljom ili blagdanom plaća se 45 do 55 kuna. Tijekom godine poslodavci najviše traže studente za rad u trgovačkim centrima, a rade i u redarskoj službi te na naplati parkinga. Studentice se zapošljavaju kao hostese, za anketiranja, dijeljenja letaka. Dodatno se provjerava poslovanje poslodavaca koji traže studente, kaže ravnatelj Manestar, piše Novi list.

Reklo bi se da je sve tu, za hrvatske prilike solidno, ali ili je studenta premalo ili nemaju dovoljno motiva da se u sve uključe. Bilo zbog fakultetskih obaveza, potrebe za vlastitim odmorom ili nedovoljnoga financijskoga motiva. Današnji studenti su mobilni i imaju pregled širega tržišta rada, što treba akceptirati i prići im možda s drugačijom, više motivirajućom ponudom.
