Hrvatski premijer Andrej Plenković uživa u danima ponosa i slave.

Ovoga tjedna na sjednici Vlade objavio je dodatni paket pomoći hrvatskom gospodarstvo težak 800 milijuna. Dio tog novca, ciljanog da spasi 70 tisuća radnih mjesta, doći će iz fondova Europske unije.

Još ranije Plenković je slavodobitno objavio da se u Bruxellesu izborio 22 milijarde eura. Što za projekte koji će se financirati europskim novcem, što kroz pomoć Europske komisije državama članicama pogođenima korona-krizom.

Za političara kojega su desni i lijevi suverenisti u startu dočekali na nož, to je veliki rezultat. Plenkovićeva Vlada od početka je išla niz dlaku briselskoj politici.

Nikada – ako je pritisak desnice bio jak - nisu slijedili mađarske i poljske iliberalne trendove. Nisu se pravili važni kao Nizozemci. Niti su iskakali iz kolosjeka paradigme koju je zacrtala Europska komisija.

U Hrvatskoj su ga zbog toga Plenkovića nazivali briselskim „ćatom“. Političarem na daljinski upravljač Europske unije. Čak, kada se situacija u zemlji ozbiljno usijala, i mađaronom. Danas on maše milijardama. A one bi zemlji trebali bar dijelom olakšati izazovna krizna vremena koja su pred nama.

Pitanje za ozbiljnu ekonomsku analizu

- U Hrvatskoj postoji percepcija da se oni koji odu u Bruxelles tamo stavljaju u slugansku poziciju u odnosu na mega strukturu moći, dok istovremeno ti isti ljudi u Hrvatskoj pokušavaju izigravati velike vladare, naprosto jašu nad glavama građana. Ta dvostruka percepcija naš je glavni problem, to naprosto bode oči – smatra politolog prof. dr. Anđelko Milardović, voditelj splitskog Instituta za europske i globalizacijske studije koji je Plenkovića često kritizirao upravo zbog takvog ponašanja.

- Koliko je Hrvatska uplatila novaca u europski proračun, a koliko je iz Bruxellesa dobila pitanje je za ozbiljnu ekonomsku analizu. Premijer danas doista može ironizirati situaciju i reći da je dobio novac zašto što je slušao Bruxelles.

No funkcioniranje po modelu vjetra i suncokreta nije osobina državnika. Državnik nastupa kao jaka osoba, zastupa maksimum interesa, rezolutan je, ne boji se i ima svoj stav – ističe Milardović. Tu crtu je, tvrdi on imao Franjo Tuđman. Ima je, kaže on, i Milanović, koji je često znao uči u klinč sa Europskom komisijom.

-Milanović je uvijek proizvodio stav. Mi smo se s njim mogli slagati ili ne, ali on je imao stav. Plenković ima celofan, ali često nema stav – zaključuje Milardović.

U oporbi nisu fascinirani

- Predsjednik Vlade Andrej Plenković maže oči hrvatskoj javnosti stalnim spominjanjem 22 milijarde eura koje je navodno za Hrvatsku izborio u Bruxellesu. To bez ozbiljnijeg propitivanja prolazi na političkoj i medijskoj pozornici, iako se tu radi o Potemkinovim odnosno „Plenkovićevim selima“ – ističe predsjednik splitskog SDP-a Goran Kotur, koji se u svojoj karijeri detaljno bavio i europskim fondovima, i odnosima moći u Bruxellesu.

- Plenković je u najboljem slučaju prosječan rezultat predstavio kao epohalni uspjeh. Dobit ćemo manje novca iz kohezijske omotnice nego što smo imali na raspolaganju u prethodnom sedmogodišnjem razdoblju. Za poljoprivredu i ruralni razvoj dobit ćemo više novca, ali to je postupno povećavanje definirano još kod ulaska u EU – upozorava Kotur.

On ne bježi od toga da će Hrvatska dobiti veći iznos - u usporedbi s prosjekom EU-a - bespovratnih sredstava u odnosu na zajmove iz instrumenta pomoći „EU sljedeće generacije“. No ističe da je to „samo zbog toga što nam je ekonomija u izuzetno lošem stanju“.

U svojoj kritici  Kotur se poziva na brojke.

- Hrvatska će tijekom sedam godina u proračun EU-a platiti članarinu od oko četiri i pol milijarde eura, dok je iz sadašnjeg sedmogodišnjeg financijskog okvira povukla tek oko četiri milijarde eura. Čak i kad bi povukli sve novce koji su nam na raspolaganju maksimalan neto iznos bespovratnih sredstava bi iznosio, prema dostupnim podatcima, manje od 15 milijardi eura. Kad bi se tu uračunalo koliko se novca kroz provedbu projekata prelije natrag u druge članice EU-a, konačni iznos bio bi i znatno manji. Toliki novac na „hrpi“ je samo naizgled impresivan, dok je u stvarnosti skroman i nedostatan za ozbiljniji razvojni iskorak. To je slično kao kad netko pripremi večeru za pet ljudi, što na prvi pogled izgleda impresivno, dok se ne otkrije da je pozvao 50 ljudi – zaključuje predsjednik splitskog SDP-a.

Hrvatski premijer Andrej Plenković uživa u danima ponosa i slave.

Ovoga tjedna na sjednici Vlade objavio je dodatni paket pomoći hrvatskom gospodarstvo težak 800 milijuna. Dio tog novca, ciljanog da spasi 70 tisuća radnih mjesta, doći će iz fondova Europske unije.

Još ranije Plenković je slavodobitno objavio da se u Bruxellesu izborio 22 milijarde eura. Što za projekte koji će se financirati europskim novcem, što kroz pomoć Europske komisije državama članicama pogođenima korona-krizom.

Za političara kojega su desni i lijevi suverenisti u startu dočekali na nož, to je veliki rezultat. Plenkovićeva Vlada od početka je išla niz dlaku briselskoj politici.

Nikada – ako je pritisak desnice bio jak - nisu slijedili mađarske i poljske iliberalne trendove. Nisu se pravili važni kao Nizozemci. Niti su iskakali iz kolosjeka paradigme koju je zacrtala Europska komisija.

U Hrvatskoj su ga zbog toga Plenkovića nazivali briselskim „ćatom“. Političarem na daljinski upravljač Europske unije. Čak, kada se situacija u zemlji ozbiljno usijala, i mađaronom. Danas on maše milijardama. A one bi zemlji trebali bar dijelom olakšati izazovna krizna vremena koja su pred nama.

Pitanje za ozbiljnu ekonomsku analizu

- U Hrvatskoj postoji percepcija da se oni koji odu u Bruxelles tamo stavljaju u slugansku poziciju u odnosu na mega strukturu moći, dok istovremeno ti isti ljudi u Hrvatskoj pokušavaju izigravati velike vladare, naprosto jašu nad glavama građana. Ta dvostruka percepcija naš je glavni problem, to naprosto bode oči – smatra politolog prof. dr. Anđelko Milardović, voditelj splitskog Instituta za europske i globalizacijske studije koji je Plenkovića često kritizirao upravo zbog takvog ponašanja.

- Koliko je Hrvatska uplatila novaca u europski proračun, a koliko je iz Bruxellesa dobila pitanje je za ozbiljnu ekonomsku analizu. Premijer danas doista može ironizirati situaciju i reći da je dobio novac zašto što je slušao Bruxelles.

No funkcioniranje po modelu vjetra i suncokreta nije osobina državnika. Državnik nastupa kao jaka osoba, zastupa maksimum interesa, rezolutan je, ne boji se i ima svoj stav – ističe Milardović. Tu crtu je, tvrdi on imao Franjo Tuđman. Ima je, kaže on, i Milanović, koji je često znao uči u klinč sa Europskom komisijom.

-Milanović je uvijek proizvodio stav. Mi smo se s njim mogli slagati ili ne, ali on je imao stav. Plenković ima celofan, ali često nema stav – zaključuje Milardović.

U oporbi nisu fascinirani

- Predsjednik Vlade Andrej Plenković maže oči hrvatskoj javnosti stalnim spominjanjem 22 milijarde eura koje je navodno za Hrvatsku izborio u Bruxellesu. To bez ozbiljnijeg propitivanja prolazi na političkoj i medijskoj pozornici, iako se tu radi o Potemkinovim odnosno „Plenkovićevim selima“ – ističe predsjednik splitskog SDP-a Goran Kotur, koji se u svojoj karijeri detaljno bavio i europskim fondovima, i odnosima moći u Bruxellesu.

- Plenković je u najboljem slučaju prosječan rezultat predstavio kao epohalni uspjeh. Dobit ćemo manje novca iz kohezijske omotnice nego što smo imali na raspolaganju u prethodnom sedmogodišnjem razdoblju. Za poljoprivredu i ruralni razvoj dobit ćemo više novca, ali to je postupno povećavanje definirano još kod ulaska u EU – upozorava Kotur.

On ne bježi od toga da će Hrvatska dobiti veći iznos - u usporedbi s prosjekom EU-a - bespovratnih sredstava u odnosu na zajmove iz instrumenta pomoći „EU sljedeće generacije“. No ističe da je to „samo zbog toga što nam je ekonomija u izuzetno lošem stanju“.

U svojoj kritici  Kotur se poziva na brojke.

- Hrvatska će tijekom sedam godina u proračun EU-a platiti članarinu od oko četiri i pol milijarde eura, dok je iz sadašnjeg sedmogodišnjeg financijskog okvira povukla tek oko četiri milijarde eura. Čak i kad bi povukli sve novce koji su nam na raspolaganju maksimalan neto iznos bespovratnih sredstava bi iznosio, prema dostupnim podatcima, manje od 15 milijardi eura. Kad bi se tu uračunalo koliko se novca kroz provedbu projekata prelije natrag u druge članice EU-a, konačni iznos bio bi i znatno manji. Toliki novac na „hrpi“ je samo naizgled impresivan, dok je u stvarnosti skroman i nedostatan za ozbiljniji razvojni iskorak. To je slično kao kad netko pripremi večeru za pet ljudi, što na prvi pogled izgleda impresivno, dok se ne otkrije da je pozvao 50 ljudi – zaključuje predsjednik splitskog SDP-a.

Hrvatski premijer Andrej Plenković uživa u danima ponosa i slave.

Ovoga tjedna na sjednici Vlade objavio je dodatni paket pomoći hrvatskom gospodarstvo težak 800 milijuna. Dio tog novca, ciljanog da spasi 70 tisuća radnih mjesta, doći će iz fondova Europske unije.

Još ranije Plenković je slavodobitno objavio da se u Bruxellesu izborio 22 milijarde eura. Što za projekte koji će se financirati europskim novcem, što kroz pomoć Europske komisije državama članicama pogođenima korona-krizom.

Za političara kojega su desni i lijevi suverenisti u startu dočekali na nož, to je veliki rezultat. Plenkovićeva Vlada od početka je išla niz dlaku briselskoj politici.

Nikada – ako je pritisak desnice bio jak - nisu slijedili mađarske i poljske iliberalne trendove. Nisu se pravili...
