Emisija Provjereno Nove TV večeras donosi apsurdnu priču o mladoj ženi koja je, uz uredne papire, kupila stan na kredit i uložila u njegovu renovaciju, a sada ona i njezin suprug - ostaju bez njega. Priča je ovo o grešci u sustavu koju će poprilično skupo platiti nedužna osoba.

Ivana je završila fakultet kemijskog inženjerstva i zaposlila se u jednoj farmaceutskoj tvrtki. Upoznala je čovjeka svog života, udala se i krenula u potragu za stanom. Pronašla ga je putem agencije za nekretnine s kojom je, kao i s bivšom vlasnicom, potpisala ugovor. I agencija i bivša vlasnica u ugovorima pod punom materijalnom i kaznenom odgovornošću jamčili su da je nekretnina raspoloživa za prodaju, da nije opterećena vanknjižnim ili skrivenim teretima niti pravima trećih osoba. Ivana potom dobiva kredit Zagrebačke banke i subvenciju APN-a. Sve ugovore i vlasničke listove pregledale su i njihove pravne službe i nije bilo nikakvih aktivnih zabilježbi.

„Nakon što sam se upisala u zemljišne knjige kao vlasnica stana počinjemo s renoviranjem stana, kupovinom namještaja da bih mjesec dana kasnije dobila prigovor na upis mene kao vlasnika“, priča Ivana Jerković Erak.

Prigovor na upis vlasništva stigao je od polusestre jednog od bivših vlasnika koja živi u Švedskoj. Naime, jedna od vlasnica stana dobila ga je kao nasljedstvo od roditelja, potom ga prodala ženi od koje ga je Ivana kupila. Problem je, kaže, nastao kada je nasljednica prešutjela da nije jedina.

Polusestra koja živi u Švedskoj, izostavljena iz nasljedstva, podignula je tužbu za utvrđivanjem rodbinske veze koju je i dobila nakon sedam godina sudskog procesa i sada Ivana, koja je stan kupila s urednim papirima, brisovnom tužbom ostaje bez njega.

„Ne samo da smo izgubili stan, mi smo platili porez na stan, renovirali smo stan - uložili smo puno novaca. Tu su sudski troškovi koje moramo nastaviti plaćati. A najgore od svega što banka inzistira da vraćamo kredit“, kaže Ivana.

Emisija Provjereno Nove TV večeras donosi apsurdnu priču o mladoj ženi koja je, uz uredne papire, kupila stan na kredit i uložila u njegovu renovaciju, a sada ona i njezin suprug - ostaju bez njega. Priča je ovo o grešci u sustavu koju će poprilično skupo platiti nedužna osoba.

Ivana je završila fakultet kemijskog inženjerstva i zaposlila se u jednoj farmaceutskoj tvrtki. Upoznala je čovjeka svog života, udala se i krenula u potragu za stanom. Pronašla ga je putem agencije za nekretnine s kojom je, kao i s bivšom vlasnicom, potpisala ugovor. I agencija i bivša vlasnica u ugovorima pod punom materijalnom i kaznenom odgovornošću jamčili su da je nekretnina raspoloživa za prodaju, da nije opterećena vanknjižnim ili skrivenim teretima niti pravima trećih osoba. Ivana potom dobiva kredit Zagrebačke banke i subvenciju APN-a. Sve ugovore i vlasničke listove pregledale su i njihove pravne službe i nije bilo nikakvih aktivnih zabilježbi.

„Nakon što sam se upisala u zemljišne knjige kao vlasnica stana počinjemo s renoviranjem stana, kupovinom namještaja da bih mjesec dana kasnije dobila prigovor na upis mene kao vlasnika“, priča Ivana Jerković Erak.

Prigovor na upis vlasništva stigao je od polusestre jednog od bivših vlasnika koja živi u Švedskoj. Naime, jedna od vlasnica stana dobila ga je kao nasljedstvo od roditelja, potom ga prodala ženi od koje ga je Ivana kupila. Problem je, kaže, nastao kada je nasljednica prešutjela da nije jedina.

Polusestra koja živi u Švedskoj, izostavljena iz nasljedstva, podignula je tužbu za utvrđivanjem rodbinske veze koju je i dobila nakon sedam godina sudskog procesa i sada Ivana, koja je stan kupila s urednim papirima, brisovnom tužbom ostaje bez njega.

„Ne samo da smo izgubili stan, mi smo platili porez na stan, renovirali smo stan - uložili smo puno novaca. Tu su sudski troškovi koje moramo nastaviti plaćati. A najgore od svega što banka inzistira da vraćamo kredit“, kaže Ivana.

Emisija Provjereno Nove TV večeras donosi apsurdnu priču o mladoj ženi koja je, uz uredne papire, kupila stan na kredit i uložila u njegovu renovaciju, a sada ona i njezin suprug - ostaju bez njega. Priča je ovo o grešci u sustavu koju će poprilično skupo platiti nedužna osoba.

Ivana je završila fakultet kemijskog inženjerstva i zaposlila se u jednoj farmaceutskoj tvrtki. Upoznala je čovjeka svog života, udala se i krenula u potragu za stanom. Pronašla ga je putem agencije za nekretnine s kojom je, kao i s bivšom vlasnicom, potpisala ugovor. I agencija i bivša vlasnica u ugovorima pod punom materijalnom i kaznenom odgovornošću jamčili su da je nekretnina raspoloživa za prodaju, da nije opterećena vanknjižnim ili skrivenim teretima niti pravima trećih osoba.
