Stanje je katastrofalno. Od 1964. do danas nije bila tako velika voda. Prije tri dana osobno sam se kupao u rijeci, ali Kupa je postala sasvim drugačija i divlja. To je bujična i snažna rijeka koja se digla u zadnjih 8 sati čak četiri metra. Gusti Laz, Grbajel, Guče selo i Kuželj su odsječeni. Do njih je nemoguće doći‘, kazao je RTL-u predsjednik Mjesnog odbora Brod na Kupi Davorin Klobučar.

‘Situacija nije dobra, kiša i dalje neumorno pada. Kupa iz minutu u minutu navire. Brani se ono što se obraniti da, poput stambenih objekata te se postavljaju vreće s pijeskom kako voda ne bi prodrla. Pomažu vatrogasci i pripadnici Crvenog križa.
Mještani Broda na Kupi i ostalih mjesta boje se da je najgore tek pred njima, ali nadaju se da će s jutrom vodostaj Kupe početi padati, a to je opet loša vijest sa one koji žive nizvodno od Kupe, tako u gradu Karlovcu tijekom sutrašnjeg dana očekuju vrhunac vala‘, kazala je.
Državni hidrometeorološki zavod (DHMZ) će tijekom vikenda imati dežurstva da bi se osigurali svi podaci za rad hidroprognostičkog modela, a voditeljica Služba za hidrološke studije, analize i prognoze Tatjana Vujnović najavila je da će vrhunac Kupe u Karlovcu biti sa subote na nedjelju.
Voditeljica Ispostave Hrvatskih voda u Karlovcu Biljana Željeznjak rekla je pak Hini da se ipak ne očekuje da bi vodostaj Kupe na vrhuncu bitno prelazio 750 centimetara, a što znači da se očekuje uvođenje “samo redovitih mjera obrane od poplave”.
Pojasnila je također da uzvodno od Karlovca, zbog obilnih padalina na rijekama i potocima na slivu Kupe, kako u Gorskom kotaru, tako i Sloveniji, rastu vodostaji te se formirao vodeni val koji dolazi prema Karlovcu i dići će vodostaj Kupe još i znatno više, ali ne preko granica redovne obrane od poplave.
Željeznjak očekuje da će i Korana u Karlovcu također imati visok vodostaj, ali također ne značajni, a pogotovo ne Mrežnicu.
Glavni centar Obrane od poplave Hrvatskih voda izvijestio je da je zbog kiše koja je pala i još uvijek pada na gornjem toku rijeke Kupe, već došlo do naglog porasta vodostaja te ulaska u mjere obrana od poplava s tendencijom daljnjeg porasta vodostaja.
Tijekom subote u Karlovcu se očekuje ulazak u mjere obrana od poplava, a vrhunac će biti u nedjelju u ranim noćnim satima.
Prema današnjim popodnevnim podacima, najviše oborine je zabilježeno i prognozirano za sliv Kupe. Također je zbog obilnih oborina moguć porast vodostaja i na ostalim pritokama rijeke Save.
U Karlovcu je u petak u 19 sati Kupa u jedan sat narasla za 30 centimetara i iznosi 381 centimetar, a Korana mjeri 300 centimetara, što je dva centimetra više nego sat ranije.

‘Situacija nije dobra, kiša i dalje neumorno pada. Kupa iz minutu u minutu navire. Brani se ono što se obraniti da, poput stambenih objekata te se postavljaju vreće s pijeskom kako voda ne bi prodrla. Pomažu vatrogasci i pripadnici Crvenog križa.
Mještani Broda na Kupi i ostalih mjesta boje se da je najgore tek pred njima, ali nadaju se da će s jutrom vodostaj Kupe početi padati, a to je opet loša vijest sa one koji žive nizvodno od Kupe, tako u gradu Karlovcu tijekom sutrašnjeg dana očekuju vrhunac vala‘, kazala je.
Državni hidrometeorološki zavod (DHMZ) će tijekom vikenda imati dežurstva da bi se osigurali svi podaci za rad hidroprognostičkog modela, a voditeljica Služba za hidrološke studije, analize i prognoze Tatjana Vujnović najavila je da će vrhunac Kupe u Karlovcu biti sa subote na nedjelju.
Voditeljica Ispostave Hrvatskih voda u Karlovcu Biljana Željeznjak rekla je pak Hini da se ipak ne očekuje da bi vodostaj Kupe na vrhuncu bitno prelazio 750 centimetara, a što znači da se očekuje uvođenje “samo redovitih mjera obrane od poplave”.
Pojasnila je također da uzvodno od Karlovca, zbog obilnih padalina na rijekama i potocima na slivu Kupe, kako u Gorskom kotaru, tako i Sloveniji, rastu vodostaji te se formirao vodeni val koji dolazi prema Karlovcu i dići će vodostaj Kupe još i znatno više, ali ne preko granica redovne obrane od poplave.
Željeznjak očekuje da će i Korana u Karlovcu također imati visok vodostaj, ali također ne značajni, a pogotovo ne Mrežnicu.
Glavni centar Obrane od poplave Hrvatskih voda izvijestio je da je zbog kiše koja je pala i još uvijek pada na gornjem toku rijeke Kupe, već došlo do naglog porasta vodostaja te ulaska u mjere obrana od poplava s tendencijom daljnjeg porasta vodostaja.
Tijekom subote u Karlovcu se očekuje ulazak u mjere obrana od poplava, a vrhunac će biti u nedjelju u ranim noćnim satima.
Prema današnjim popodnevnim podacima, najviše oborine je zabilježeno i prognozirano za sliv Kupe. Također je zbog obilnih oborina moguć porast vodostaja i na ostalim pritokama rijeke Save.
U Karlovcu je u petak u 19 sati Kupa u jedan sat narasla za 30 centimetara i iznosi 381 centimetar, a Korana mjeri 300 centimetara, što je dva centimetra više nego sat ranije.
