Zagrebačko - splitski kirurg, dr. Hrvoje Tomasović, koji već nekoliko godina živi u Samoboru, poznat je kao osoba "bez dlake na jeziku", a zbog svog, na Facebooku napisanog mišljenja, nedavno je imao problema s policijom koja mu je pokucala na vrata.
Dakle, dr. Tomasoviću je "puknuo film", nakon što je inozemni turist, nedavno, točnije 8. kolovoza s jahte u blizini skradinske Rive, skočio na leđa labudu, uslijed čega se nesretna životinja 10-tak minuta mučila i na koncu uginula.
Revna šibenska policija provela je istragu smrtonosnog skoka na labuda i zaključila kako protiv "ubojice ptica" neće podnjeti nikakvu prijavu.

I to je "razjarilo" poznatog liječnika, koji se dohvatio tipkovnice i između ostalog napisao: "Jebem mater našoj policiji i ovome govnu sto puta što je ubio labuda, a policija samo blejala na to! 20 godina zatvora bi mi dobio za ovo! 20 bez mogućnosti skraćenja! Jesmo li mi stvarno zemlja za iživljavanje debilima koji dolaze ovdje ljeti ili smo država sa zakonom. Što to govno od stranca nije skočilo u Švicarskoj na labuda i ubilo ga? Što mislite što bi mu rekla policija? Da je nesretni slučaj? Stavili bi ga direktno u ludnicu i zatvorili na deset godina i pretvorili u Zombija od lijekova! Pa jesmo li mi normalni da ovo dozvoljavamo?"
To je bio post koji je "razljutio" hrvatsku policiju, koja je dr. Tomasoviću pokucala na vrata, u njegovoj kući u Samoboru. Međutim, nisu ga našli jer je liječnik bio na poslu.
- Prije svega drago mi je da policija revno kontrolira društvene mreže, pa tako i Facebook. Srećom nisam bio u Skradinu i vidio kako taj idiot skače na labuda, jer bi vjerojatno ja tada upao u još veći problem.
Uz veliki broj svjedoka, video snimki, objava na portalima koji su prenjeli tu vijest, bahati turist nije bio priveden policiji, nije bio uhapšen, niti kažnjen. Zamislite što bi se dogodilo da, recimo u Budimpešti neki Hrvat u ZOO vrtu skoči s pet metara visine labudu na leđa i ubije ga. Kako bi reagirala mađarska policija i mađarsko društvo?
Dok je on skakao, odnosno skočio na jadnog labuda, ekipa s jahte na kojoj su uživali u hrvatskim ljepotama, smijala se i snimala cijeli taj događaj. Njima je to bilo smiješno, kazuje dr. Tomasović.
Naš sugovornik je posebno ljut na reakciju policije i na odgovor društva na činjenicu da netko može nekažnjeno ubijati i zlostavljati životinje, posebno zaštićene vrste kao što je labud.

- Ljut sam što se niti jedna udruga za zaštitu životinja nije udostojila odgovoriti ili poslati protestnu notu na ovaj bezumni čin, kazuje dr. Tomasović.
Kako, u trenutku dolaska policije na njegov kućni prag, nije bio kod kuće, dr. Tomasović je naknadno "posjetio" samoborsku policiju.
- Uručili su mi obavijest da će policija protiv mene podnjeti optužni prijedlog, zbog prekršaja iz članka 17. iz Zakona o javnom redu i miru.
Za to je previđena novčana kazna od 50 do 200 njemačkih maraka (DM). Samo želim znati gdje mogu kupiti DM kako bih platio kaznu, kazuje dr. Tomasović.

Naš sugovornik smatra da ništa loše nije napravio.
- To je bio moj opravdani revolt prema sistemu koji dozvoljava da se ubijaju životinje bez ikakve kazne.
Pa, zaista mi nije jasno što se ovo događa i kako policija u ovom događaju nije utvrdila, barem počinjenje nekog prekršaja, zbog kojeg je trebalo tog "turista" prijaviti i kazniti ga, pa barem i sa iznosom između 50 i 200 DM, zaključuje dr. Hrvoje Tomasović.
Bilo kako bilo policija je riješila teško prekršajno (ne)djelo pisanja misli po facebooku, što će zasigurno poboljšati policijsku statistiku na kraju godine.
Rješavanjem ovog slučaja, poslali smo jasnu poruku da je Hrvatska mala zemlja za veliki odmor i ubijanje zaštićenih životinjskih vrsta. Pa, tko voli nek izvoli.

Zagrebačko - splitski kirurg, dr. Hrvoje Tomasović, koji već nekoliko godina živi u Samoboru, poznat je kao osoba "bez dlake na jeziku", a zbog svog, na Facebooku napisanog mišljenja, nedavno je imao problema s policijom koja mu je pokucala na vrata.
Dakle, dr. Tomasoviću je "puknuo film", nakon što je inozemni turist, nedavno, točnije 8. kolovoza s jahte u blizini skradinske Rive, skočio na leđa labudu, uslijed čega se nesretna životinja 10-tak minuta mučila i na koncu uginula.
Revna šibenska policija provela je istragu smrtonosnog skoka na labuda i zaključila kako protiv "ubojice ptica" neće podnjeti nikakvu prijavu.

I to je "razjarilo" poznatog liječnika, koji se dohvatio tipkovnice i između ostalog napisao: "Jebem mater našoj policiji i ovome govnu sto puta što je ubio labuda, a policija samo blejala na to! 20 godina zatvora bi mi dobio za ovo! 20 bez mogućnosti skraćenja! Jesmo li mi stvarno zemlja za iživljavanje debilima koji dolaze ovdje ljeti ili smo država sa zakonom. Što to govno od stranca nije skočilo u Švicarskoj na labuda i ubilo ga? Što mislite što bi mu rekla policija? Da je nesretni slučaj? Stavili bi ga direktno u ludnicu i zatvorili na deset godina i pretvorili u Zombija od lijekova! Pa jesmo li mi normalni da ovo dozvoljavamo?"
To je bio post koji je "razljutio" hrvatsku policiju, koja je dr. Tomasoviću pokucala na vrata, u njegovoj kući u Samoboru. Međutim, nisu ga našli jer je liječnik bio na poslu.
- Prije svega drago mi je da policija revno kontrolira društvene mreže, pa tako i Facebook. Srećom nisam bio u Skradinu i vidio kako taj idiot skače na labuda, jer bi vjerojatno ja tada upao u još veći problem.
Uz veliki broj svjedoka, video snimki, objava na portalima koji su prenjeli tu vijest, bahati turist nije bio priveden policiji, nije bio uhapšen, niti kažnjen. Zamislite što bi se dogodilo da, recimo u Budimpešti neki Hrvat u ZOO vrtu skoči s pet metara visine labudu na leđa i ubije ga. Kako bi reagirala mađarska policija i mađarsko društvo?
Dok je on skakao, odnosno skočio na jadnog labuda, ekipa s jahte na kojoj su uživali u hrvatskim ljepotama, smijala se i snimala cijeli taj događaj. Njima je to bilo smiješno, kazuje dr. Tomasović.
Naš sugovornik je posebno ljut na reakciju policije i na odgovor društva na činjenicu da netko može nekažnjeno ubijati i zlostavljati životinje, posebno zaštićene vrste kao što je labud.

- Ljut sam što se niti jedna udruga za zaštitu životinja nije udostojila odgovoriti ili poslati protestnu notu na ovaj bezumni čin, kazuje dr. Tomasović.
Kako, u trenutku dolaska policije na njegov kućni prag, nije bio kod kuće, dr. Tomasović je naknadno "posjetio" samoborsku policiju.
- Uručili su mi obavijest da će policija protiv mene podnjeti optužni prijedlog, zbog prekršaja iz članka 17. iz Zakona o javnom redu i miru.
Za to je previđena novčana kazna od 50 do 200 njemačkih maraka (DM). Samo želim znati gdje mogu kupiti DM kako bih platio kaznu, kazuje dr. Tomasović.

Naš sugovornik smatra da ništa loše nije napravio.
- To je bio moj opravdani revolt prema sistemu koji dozvoljava da se ubijaju životinje bez ikakve kazne.
Pa, zaista mi nije jasno što se ovo događa i kako policija u ovom događaju nije utvrdila, barem počinjenje nekog prekršaja, zbog kojeg je trebalo tog "turista" prijaviti i kazniti ga, pa barem i sa iznosom između 50 i 200 DM, zaključuje dr. Hrvoje Tomasović.
Bilo kako bilo policija je riješila teško prekršajno (ne)djelo pisanja misli po facebooku, što će zasigurno poboljšati policijsku statistiku na kraju godine.
Rješavanjem ovog slučaja, poslali smo jasnu poruku da je Hrvatska mala zemlja za veliki odmor i ubijanje zaštićenih životinjskih vrsta. Pa, tko voli nek izvoli.
