U trgovinama nedostaje svinjskog vrata s kostima i svinjske plećke bez kosti, a Božić je doslovno pred vratima.

Riječ je o “socijalnim” namirnicama čije je cijene ograničila Vlada na 25 kuna po kilogramu, kako bi bili pristupačni svim socijalnim kategorijama stanovništva. Veselje građana, poglavito umirovljenika, koji su se nadali omrsiti božićnih dana kratko je potrajalo jer - ovakve jeftine svinjetine nema u mesnicama.

Trgovcima se očito ne isplati prodavati svinjetinu po tim cijenama pa su našli legalan način kako izigrati naredbu Vlade i to na vrlo jednostavan način. Masovno se nudi vratina bez kosti i plećka s kosti, i to po puno većim cijenama od 24,99 kuna. Zakon je ispoštovan, sve je legalno, svinjetine ima, i plećke, i buta, i vratine samo što je duplo skuplja. Jeftina plećka i vratina se oglašavaju čak i u katalozima, ali kada dođete u dućan tako jeftinog mesa nema. Trgovci se ograđuju da su kataloške cijene do isteka zaliha, a zalihe svinjske vratine s kosti i plećke bez kosti su slabe ili ih nema nikako. Ono što stigne u trgovine kupci razgrabe za nekoliko minuta pa tako mjere Vlade RH u ovom slučaju nisu od velike koristi osiromašenim građanima.

Trgovci kontra proizvođača, i obratno

Proizvođači optužuju trgovce da ne žele stavljati u prodaju ove kategorije mesa jer nemaju marže na tako niskoj cijeni dok trgovci optužuju proizvođače da ne žele prodavati svinjetinu po ovakvim cijenama. Naime, trgovcu je unosnije samljeti plećku u mljeveno meso i prodavati je takvu za pedesetak kuna nego držati socijalnu cijenu odreska od 24,99 kuna.

Njihova računica je jasna. Ako ne mogu nabaviti plećku bez kosti da se uklope u cijenu 24,99, onda takvog mesa jednostavno nema. Prodaju druge vrste mesa koje nisu zaštićene, but, kare, gdje oni imaju svoju zaradu. Logično je da trgovački lanci nisu socijalne ustanove. Oni ne brinu o dobrobiti građana, već o vlastitom profitu pa bi Vlada RH trebala revidirati mjere koje je donijela na način da subvencionira izgubljenu dobit i trgovcima i proizvođačima kako bi građanima bile dostupne jeftine kategorije svinjskog mesa. U protivnom, socijalna mjera jeftine svinjetine samo je mrtvo slovo na papiru, odnosno populizam od kojega nema koristi.

Proizvođači svinja s kojima smo razgovarali nezadovoljni su ovakvim mjerama Vlade. Smatraju da je trebalo ograničiti cijenu plavog dizela za farmere koji bi onda proizvodili jeftinije meso, a ne ograničavati cijene za dvije kategorije mesa čime se otvara prostor za manipulaciju trgovaca.

Nismo u skladu s EU-om

Tako misle brojni proizvođači koji su već smanjili proizvodnju i zbrajaju gubitke. Smatraju da bi im vlada trebala nadoknaditi razliku do realne prodajne cijene svinjskog mesa. Upozoravaju da je Hrvatska jedina država koja nije uredila tržište svinjskog mesa prema EU direktivama. Zato se događaju ovakvi apsurdi s cijenom svinjetine u dućanima gdje se tko zna kakva uvozna svinjetina prodaje po dampinškim cijenama nižima od nabavne cijene, dok istodobno domaći proizvođači propadaju jer je njihovo meso skuplje.

Prošle godine u Hrvatskoj je zaklano 700 tisuća svinja. Iako za ovu godinu nema statističkih podataka sasvim je jasno da će brojka biti značajno manja jer domaći farmeri smanjuju proizvodnju, neki čak i potpuno gase farme zbog enormnih poskupljenja energije i stočne hrane. Istovremeno u Hrvatsku se uvoze viškovi svinjskog mesa iz zemalja Europske unije koje je najčešće niže kvalitete i pred istekom roka trajanje. Takva svinjetina se nudi osiromašenim hrvatskim građanima koji gledaju kako kupiti što jeftinije meso bez obzira na podrijetlo, kvalitetu pa i rok trajanja. Nažalost i takvo meso je puno skuplje od 24,99 kuna koliko je propisala Vlada RH.

U ovoj poplavi nelogičnosti uz izravne proizvođače žrtve su i potrošači koji ne mogu dobiti nešto što im je obećano, u ovom slučaju jeftino svinjsko meso.

- Trgovci se opravdavaju da imaju premalo takvog mesa, a proizvođači kažu da im se ne isplati proizvoditi po takvoj cijeni. U takvoj situaciji pate najviše kupci - potrošači koji ne mogu dobiti robu po utvrđenoj cijeni - smatra Ana Knežević, predsjednica udruge za zaštitu potrošača.

- Što će nam zaštićena cijena svinjetine od 24,99 ako se ne može kupiti vrat s kosti ili plećka bez kosti. O tome bi trebali razmisliti oni koji su takve mjere donijeli - poručuje Knežević koja naglašava da ovo nije ništa drugo nego jedna od oblika prijevare potrošača.

- Ne mogu kupci regulirati ovu situaciju. To je na državi koja je mjere donijela i odredila zaštitne cijene. Logično je da onda nadoknadi gubitke i trgovcima i proizvođačima, pa da svinjsko meso bude dostupno svima - rezolutna je Knežević.

Čvarci skuplji od pršuta!

I dok Vlada ograničava cijenu svinjetine na 24,99 kuna, cijena čvaraka odletjela je u nebo. Istina, čvarci nisu tradicionalna božićna delicija, ali dobro dođu za zagrijavanje u zimskim danima. Čvarci su najskuplji među svinjskim delicijama. Skuplji su čak i od pršuta, sušene pancete, buđole ili kulena. Cijena im se kreće u rasponu od 130 do 250 kuna. S obzirom na paprene cijene čvaraka neki će zasigurno krenuti u topljenje svinjske slanine kako bi odjednom dobili i mast i čvarke.

U trgovinama nedostaje svinjskog vrata s kostima i svinjske plećke bez kosti, a Božić je doslovno pred vratima.

Riječ je o “socijalnim” namirnicama čije je cijene ograničila Vlada na 25 kuna po kilogramu, kako bi bili pristupačni svim socijalnim kategorijama stanovništva. Veselje građana, poglavito umirovljenika, koji su se nadali omrsiti božićnih dana kratko je potrajalo jer - ovakve jeftine svinjetine nema u mesnicama.

Trgovcima se očito ne isplati prodavati svinjetinu po tim cijenama pa su našli legalan način kako izigrati naredbu Vlade i to na vrlo jednostavan način. Masovno se nudi vratina bez kosti i plećka s kosti, i to po puno većim cijenama od 24,99 kuna. Zakon je ispoštovan, sve je legalno, svinjetine ima, i plećke, i buta, i vratine samo što je duplo skuplja. Jeftina plećka i vratina se oglašavaju čak i u katalozima, ali kada dođete u dućan tako jeftinog mesa nema. Trgovci se ograđuju da su kataloške cijene do isteka zaliha, a zalihe svinjske vratine s kosti i plećke bez kosti su slabe ili ih nema nikako. Ono što stigne u trgovine kupci razgrabe za nekoliko minuta pa tako mjere Vlade RH u ovom slučaju nisu od velike koristi osiromašenim građanima.

Trgovci kontra proizvođača, i obratno

Proizvođači optužuju trgovce da ne žele stavljati u prodaju ove kategorije mesa jer nemaju marže na tako niskoj cijeni dok trgovci optužuju proizvođače da ne žele prodavati svinjetinu po ovakvim cijenama. Naime, trgovcu je unosnije samljeti plećku u mljeveno meso i prodavati je takvu za pedesetak kuna nego držati socijalnu cijenu odreska od 24,99 kuna.

Njihova računica je jasna. Ako ne mogu nabaviti plećku bez kosti da se uklope u cijenu 24,99, onda takvog mesa jednostavno nema. Prodaju druge vrste mesa koje nisu zaštićene, but, kare, gdje oni imaju svoju zaradu. Logično je da trgovački lanci nisu socijalne ustanove. Oni ne brinu o dobrobiti građana, već o vlastitom profitu pa bi Vlada RH trebala revidirati mjere koje je donijela na način da subvencionira izgubljenu dobit i trgovcima i proizvođačima kako bi građanima bile dostupne jeftine kategorije svinjskog mesa. U protivnom, socijalna mjera jeftine svinjetine samo je mrtvo slovo na papiru, odnosno populizam od kojega nema koristi.

Proizvođači svinja s kojima smo razgovarali nezadovoljni su ovakvim mjerama Vlade. Smatraju da je trebalo ograničiti cijenu plavog dizela za farmere koji bi onda proizvodili jeftinije meso, a ne ograničavati cijene za dvije kategorije mesa čime se otvara prostor za manipulaciju trgovaca.

Nismo u skladu s EU-om

Tako misle brojni proizvođači koji su već smanjili proizvodnju i zbrajaju gubitke. Smatraju da bi im vlada trebala nadoknaditi razliku do realne prodajne cijene svinjskog mesa. Upozoravaju da je Hrvatska jedina država koja nije uredila tržište svinjskog mesa prema EU direktivama. Zato se događaju ovakvi apsurdi s cijenom svinjetine u dućanima gdje se tko zna kakva uvozna svinjetina prodaje po dampinškim cijenama nižima od nabavne cijene, dok istodobno domaći proizvođači propadaju jer je njihovo meso skuplje.

Prošle godine u Hrvatskoj je zaklano 700 tisuća svinja. Iako za ovu godinu nema statističkih podataka sasvim je jasno da će brojka biti značajno manja jer domaći farmeri smanjuju proizvodnju, neki čak i potpuno gase farme zbog enormnih poskupljenja energije i stočne hrane. Istovremeno u Hrvatsku se uvoze viškovi svinjskog mesa iz zemalja Europske unije koje je najčešće niže kvalitete i pred istekom roka trajanje. Takva svinjetina se nudi osiromašenim hrvatskim građanima koji gledaju kako kupiti što jeftinije meso bez obzira na podrijetlo, kvalitetu pa i rok trajanja. Nažalost i takvo meso je puno skuplje od 24,99 kuna koliko je propisala Vlada RH.

U ovoj poplavi nelogičnosti uz izravne proizvođače žrtve su i potrošači koji ne mogu dobiti nešto što im je obećano, u ovom slučaju jeftino svinjsko meso.

- Trgovci se opravdavaju da imaju premalo takvog mesa, a proizvođači kažu da im se ne isplati proizvoditi po takvoj cijeni. U takvoj situaciji pate najviše kupci - potrošači koji ne mogu dobiti robu po utvrđenoj cijeni - smatra Ana Knežević, predsjednica udruge za zaštitu potrošača.

- Što će nam zaštićena cijena svinjetine od 24,99 ako se ne može kupiti vrat s kosti ili plećka bez kosti. O tome bi trebali razmisliti oni koji su takve mjere donijeli - poručuje Knežević koja naglašava da ovo nije ništa drugo nego jedna od oblika prijevare potrošača.

- Ne mogu kupci regulirati ovu situaciju. To je na državi koja je mjere donijela i odredila zaštitne cijene. Logično je da onda nadoknadi gubitke i trgovcima i proizvođačima, pa da svinjsko meso bude dostupno svima - rezolutna je Knežević.

Čvarci skuplji od pršuta!

I dok Vlada ograničava cijenu svinjetine na 24,99 kuna, cijena čvaraka odletjela je u nebo. Istina, čvarci nisu tradicionalna božićna delicija, ali dobro dođu za zagrijavanje u zimskim danima. Čvarci su najskuplji među svinjskim delicijama. Skuplji su čak i od pršuta, sušene pancete, buđole ili kulena. Cijena im se kreće u rasponu od 130 do 250 kuna. S obzirom na paprene cijene čvaraka neki će zasigurno krenuti u topljenje svinjske slanine kako bi odjednom dobili i mast i čvarke.
