Pritisak migranata na hrvatsku granicu u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine oslabio je u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine, pokazuju podaci Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova. Slična je situacija u Sloveniji i Bosni i Hercegovini, a podaci ukazuju na to da je migrantska ruta aktivnija u Srbiji, odakle migranti pokušavaju ući u Mađarsku pa dalje u Sloveniju. No naši sugovornici strahuju kako ovo zatišje neće potrajati ako se nastavi eskalacija sukoba u Afganistanu. Oni upozoravaju da bi daljnje napredovanje talibana u toj zemlji moglo potaknuti novi val migracije tamošnjeg civilnog stanovništva prema Europi, a u tom slučaju i prema Hrvatskoj, piše Jutarnji.

Prema podacima MUP-a, u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine granična policija evidentirala je 7434 nezakonita prelaska državne granice, što je 11,2% manje nego u istom razdoblju 2020. godine, kada su evidentirana 8374. Najčešće je riječ o državljanima Afganistana, Pakistana, Bangladeša, Sirije i Kosova. Najveći pritisak nezakonitih migracija i dalje je na području policijskih uprava ličko-senjske, sisačko-moslavačke i karlovačke.

Ilegalni kampovi

U istom razdoblju ove godine slovenska policija bilježi 3343 ilegalna prelaska granice, što je za 34,8 posto manje nego u istom razdoblju 2021. U Bosni i Hercegovini u ovom se trenutku nalazi oko 7500 migranata, što je znatno manji broj nego prošlih godina.

Prema podacima BiH vlasti, u tamošnjim prihvatnim centrima smješteno je oko 50 posto migranata manje nego prošle godine. U Srbiji je pak službeno evidentirano oko četiri tisuće migranata, no neslužbeni je broj daleko veći. Migranti koji se nalaze u toj zemlji, umjesto preko BiH, na teritorij EU u sve većem broju pokušavaju ući preko Mađarske, pa je uz srbijansko-mađarsku granicu uspostavljeno više ilegalnih kampova.

Jedan takav ovog je mjeseca rasformirala srbijanska policija. Da je pritisak na Mađarsku sve veći, potvrđuju i u hrvatskom MUP-u. Prema njihovim navodima, razlog smanjenja nezakonitih prelazaka hrvatske granice jest "učinkovita zaštita hrvatske vanjske granice koja je potakla dio migranata na pronalaženje novih slabih točaka na vanjskoj granici EU, odnosno premještanje migranata iz BiH u Srbiju te pokušaji prelaska preko Rumunjske i Mađarske".

Da je pritisak na Mađarsku sve veći, ukazuju i podaci slovenske policije da je u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine znatno povećan broj ilegalnih pokušaja ulaska migranata iz Mađarske u Sloveniju.

Slovenci vraćaju

Sve jača zaštita hrvatske vanjske granice ima i svoju cijenu. U proračunu MUP-a za ovu godinu za suzbijanje nezakonitih migracija osigurano je 52,850.000 kuna, a u prvih šest mjeseci evidentirani su i plaćeni troškovi u iznosu od 41,592.622 kune.

Dakle, u prvih šest mjeseci već je potrošeno oko 80 posto osiguranih proračunskih sredstava. Taj novac potrošen je na prekovremeni rad, terenski dodatak, smještaj i prehranu policijskih službenika na vanjskoj granici te troškove goriva i održavanja vozila koja se koriste u nadzoru granice. U MUP-u kažu kako će navedeni troškovi biti plaćeni iz europskih sredstava.

Dio migranata ipak iz Hrvatske uspije ući u Sloveniju, a u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine slovenska policija je u postupku readmisije u Hrvatsku vratila njih 1590. U MUP-u tvrde kako je uglavnom riječ o strancima koji u Hrvatskoj imaju status tražitelja međunarodne zaštite i koji višekratno, a neki deset i više puta, nezakonito prelaze odnosno pokušavaju prijeći granicu sa Slovenijom te ih hrvatska ili slovenska policija nakon hvatanja vraćaju u Hrvatsku.

S obzirom na to da je za većinu migranata Hrvatska isključivo tranzitna zemlja, većina njih zloupotrebljava institut međunarodne zaštite. To najzornije potvrđuje podatak da je u 2020. u Hrvatskoj podneseno 1655 zahtjeva za međunarodnu zaštitu, a 31. prosinca 2020. godine u smještajnim kapacitetima nalazilo se samo 325 tražitelja međunarodne zaštite.

Nadalje, do 7. srpnja ove godine 1263 osobe izrazile su namjeru za međunarodnom zaštitom, dok se na isti dan, na različitim lokacijama, na skrbi nalazi 448 tražitelja međunarodne zaštite

Pritisak migranata na hrvatsku granicu u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine oslabio je u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine, pokazuju podaci Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova. Slična je situacija u Sloveniji i Bosni i Hercegovini, a podaci ukazuju na to da je migrantska ruta aktivnija u Srbiji, odakle migranti pokušavaju ući u Mađarsku pa dalje u Sloveniju. No naši sugovornici strahuju kako ovo zatišje neće potrajati ako se nastavi eskalacija sukoba u Afganistanu. Oni upozoravaju da bi daljnje napredovanje talibana u toj zemlji moglo potaknuti novi val migracije tamošnjeg civilnog stanovništva prema Europi, a u tom slučaju i prema Hrvatskoj, piše Jutarnji.

Prema podacima MUP-a, u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine granična policija evidentirala je 7434 nezakonita prelaska državne granice, što je 11,2% manje nego u istom razdoblju 2020. godine, kada su evidentirana 8374. Najčešće je riječ o državljanima Afganistana, Pakistana, Bangladeša, Sirije i Kosova. Najveći pritisak nezakonitih migracija i dalje je na području policijskih uprava ličko-senjske, sisačko-moslavačke i karlovačke.

Ilegalni kampovi

U istom razdoblju ove godine slovenska policija bilježi 3343 ilegalna prelaska granice, što je za 34,8 posto manje nego u istom razdoblju 2021. U Bosni i Hercegovini u ovom se trenutku nalazi oko 7500 migranata, što je znatno manji broj nego prošlih godina.

Prema podacima BiH vlasti, u tamošnjim prihvatnim centrima smješteno je oko 50 posto migranata manje nego prošle godine. U Srbiji je pak službeno evidentirano oko četiri tisuće migranata, no neslužbeni je broj daleko veći. Migranti koji se nalaze u toj zemlji, umjesto preko BiH, na teritorij EU u sve većem broju pokušavaju ući preko Mađarske, pa je uz srbijansko-mađarsku granicu uspostavljeno više ilegalnih kampova.

Jedan takav ovog je mjeseca rasformirala srbijanska policija. Da je pritisak na Mađarsku sve veći, potvrđuju i u hrvatskom MUP-u. Prema njihovim navodima, razlog smanjenja nezakonitih prelazaka hrvatske granice jest "učinkovita zaštita hrvatske vanjske granice koja je potakla dio migranata na pronalaženje novih slabih točaka na vanjskoj granici EU, odnosno premještanje migranata iz BiH u Srbiju te pokušaji prelaska preko Rumunjske i Mađarske".

Da je pritisak na Mađarsku sve veći, ukazuju i podaci slovenske policije da je u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine znatno povećan broj ilegalnih pokušaja ulaska migranata iz Mađarske u Sloveniju.

Slovenci vraćaju

Sve jača zaštita hrvatske vanjske granice ima i svoju cijenu. U proračunu MUP-a za ovu godinu za suzbijanje nezakonitih migracija osigurano je 52,850.000 kuna, a u prvih šest mjeseci evidentirani su i plaćeni troškovi u iznosu od 41,592.622 kune.

Dakle, u prvih šest mjeseci već je potrošeno oko 80 posto osiguranih proračunskih sredstava. Taj novac potrošen je na prekovremeni rad, terenski dodatak, smještaj i prehranu policijskih službenika na vanjskoj granici te troškove goriva i održavanja vozila koja se koriste u nadzoru granice. U MUP-u kažu kako će navedeni troškovi biti plaćeni iz europskih sredstava.

Dio migranata ipak iz Hrvatske uspije ući u Sloveniju, a u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine slovenska policija je u postupku readmisije u Hrvatsku vratila njih 1590. U MUP-u tvrde kako je uglavnom riječ o strancima koji u Hrvatskoj imaju status tražitelja međunarodne zaštite i koji višekratno, a neki deset i više puta, nezakonito prelaze odnosno pokušavaju prijeći granicu sa Slovenijom te ih hrvatska ili slovenska policija nakon hvatanja vraćaju u Hrvatsku.

S obzirom na to da je za većinu migranata Hrvatska isključivo tranzitna zemlja, većina njih zloupotrebljava institut međunarodne zaštite. To najzornije potvrđuje podatak da je u 2020. u Hrvatskoj podneseno 1655 zahtjeva za međunarodnu zaštitu, a 31. prosinca 2020. godine u smještajnim kapacitetima nalazilo se samo 325 tražitelja međunarodne zaštite.

Nadalje, do 7. srpnja ove godine 1263 osobe izrazile su namjeru za međunarodnom zaštitom, dok se na isti dan, na različitim lokacijama, na skrbi nalazi 448 tražitelja međunarodne zaštite

Pritisak migranata na hrvatsku granicu u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine oslabio je u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine, pokazuju podaci Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova. Slična je situacija u Sloveniji i Bosni i Hercegovini, a podaci ukazuju na to da je migrantska ruta aktivnija u Srbiji, odakle migranti pokušavaju ući u Mađarsku pa dalje u Sloveniju. No naši sugovornici strahuju kako ovo zatišje neće potrajati ako se nastavi eskalacija sukoba u Afganistanu. Oni upozoravaju da bi daljnje napredovanje talibana u toj zemlji moglo potaknuti novi val migracije tamošnjeg civilnog stanovništva prema Europi, a u tom slučaju i prema Hrvatskoj, piše Jutarnji.

Prema podacima MUP-a, u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine granična policija evidentirala je 7434 nezakonita prelaska...
