Na poziv Radničke fronte da im se jave trgovci i radnici iz trgovačkih lanaca javio se i jedan vozač kamiona. Ovo je njegova priča: 

- Razne priče postoje o ovom trgovačkom lancu kao poslodavcu iz noćne more, tj. najgorem poslodavcu. Sve te priče su istinite. Ovo pišem jer više nisam radnik u toj firmi. Radio sam na radnom mjestu - vozač teškog teretnog vozila. Što se radi sve unutar firme samo je vrh sante leda, da bi bilo jasno kakvih sve nepravilnosti ima i ajmo reci neprofesionalni odnos šefova prema radnicima, trebalo bi raditi u firmi.

Svako jutro dolazimo u 5, kamioni su natovareni sa 15 ili više paleta, ovisi kako se slaže roba u skladištu. Napominjem da je prosječna paleta teška od 200 pa čak do 1400 kg, a vozač ne zna kakve su palete dok ne otvori tereni prostor i vidi. Onda ti se smrači kad skužiš šta si dobio. Naime, cijeli teret na ruke nosiš sam od kamiona do skladišta.

Da bude jasnije - kamion je težak 10 tona, a još kad se doda min 10 tona robe, a nekad bude i preko 12 tona, (npr. paleta mlijeka je samo 960 kg ili paleta šećera itd.). Sam, bez pomoćnika kao idiot istovaraš, ne znaš kad će te kičma uhvatiti ili nedaj bože da slomiš nogu.

Neki vozači imaju protekcije kod šefova distribucije (neću imenovati prepoznaju se i ovako u tekstu). Malo ih je potrebno nečim podmiti - suhomesnato, kulen koji, malo ribe, a neki i malo koju novčanicu privatno tutnu - i dobiju linije tj. trgovine u koje idu lakše palete koje mogu preko rampe pregurati u skladište. To se stalno ponavlja, iz dana u dan.

Među najtežim linijama je jedna trgovina koja se nalazi na tržnici u jednom većem gradu. Kamion može stati oko 100 metara od trgovine, a vozač sam donijeti robu. Ponekad bude 6-10 i više paleta, bude tu mlijeka, piva, šećera itd., a vozač nema pomoćnika jer ništa nije dao šefovima ispod stola. Nekad se ručno istovara 15-16 paleta. Direktore i šefove ne zanima kako ćeš ti sam istovariti, ali to se mora.

Zna se dogoditi da dođeš nakon završenog posla i onda ti šef kaže da imaš još jednu turu, stisneš zube, odradiš i onda dođeš kući plačući od bolova koji su takvi da ne možeš ujutro ustati.

Razmišljaš da ujutro daš otkaz, ali vidiš malo djete i ženu i slomi se u tebi sve pa popiješ tablete samo da ne boli i ajmo isto opet isto samo druga linija. Ima tu i laganih linija, ali ne možeš ih dobiti jer posebni vozači imaju tu čast.

Ima na tu temu još puno za pisati ali i iz ovog malog dijela se vidi kakav je moj bivši poslodavac.

Plaća eh… da bi imao normalu plaću, moraš dobiti neku stimulaciju i nagrade koje šefovi djele kako im se dopadneš. Netko dobije 1000 kn, a neko 20. A taj što dobije 200 kn (pročitaj početak teksta) ubije se od posla, a onaj što da mito ima lakše linije. Pa prekovremenih za mene nema, a za pojedince ima i to ohoooo te im tako bude lijepa plaća.

Zašto vozači kamiona ne mogu imati fiksnu neto plaću od minimalno 6500?

Gdje su kolegijalni odnosi šefova i vozača?

Zašto umorni vozači, kad dođu s terena na kojem su prebacili preko ruke cca 12 i više tona robe, još jednu turu moraju odvesti?

Zašto se forsiraju vozači do krajnjih granica izdržljivosti?

Zašto ne zaposle pomoćnike da se olakša vozačima?

Da li je nekome palo napamet od glavešina u Zagrebu da dođu da popričaju sa vozačima, da vide kako im je? - napisao je taj vozač.

Na poziv Radničke fronte da im se jave trgovci i radnici iz trgovačkih lanaca javio se i jedan vozač kamiona. Ovo je njegova priča: 

- Razne priče postoje o ovom trgovačkom lancu kao poslodavcu iz noćne more, tj. najgorem poslodavcu. Sve te priče su istinite. Ovo pišem jer više nisam radnik u toj firmi. Radio sam na radnom mjestu - vozač teškog teretnog vozila. Što se radi sve unutar firme samo je vrh sante leda, da bi bilo jasno kakvih sve nepravilnosti ima i ajmo reci neprofesionalni odnos šefova prema radnicima, trebalo bi raditi u firmi.

Svako jutro dolazimo u 5, kamioni su natovareni sa 15 ili više paleta, ovisi kako se slaže roba u skladištu. Napominjem da je prosječna paleta teška od 200 pa čak do 1400 kg, a vozač ne zna kakve su palete dok ne otvori tereni prostor i vidi. Onda ti se smrači kad skužiš šta si dobio. Naime, cijeli teret na ruke nosiš sam od kamiona do skladišta.

Da bude jasnije - kamion je težak 10 tona, a još kad se doda min 10 tona robe, a nekad bude i preko 12 tona, (npr. paleta mlijeka je samo 960 kg ili paleta šećera itd.). Sam, bez pomoćnika kao idiot istovaraš, ne znaš kad će te kičma uhvatiti ili nedaj bože da slomiš nogu.

Neki vozači imaju protekcije kod šefova distribucije (neću imenovati prepoznaju se i ovako u tekstu). Malo ih je potrebno nečim podmiti - suhomesnato, kulen koji, malo ribe, a neki i malo koju novčanicu privatno tutnu - i dobiju linije tj. trgovine u koje idu lakše palete koje mogu preko rampe pregurati u skladište. To se stalno ponavlja, iz dana u dan.

Među najtežim linijama je jedna trgovina koja se nalazi na tržnici u jednom većem gradu. Kamion može stati oko 100 metara od trgovine, a vozač sam donijeti robu. Ponekad bude 6-10 i više paleta, bude tu mlijeka, piva, šećera itd., a vozač nema pomoćnika jer ništa nije dao šefovima ispod stola. Nekad se ručno istovara 15-16 paleta. Direktore i šefove ne zanima kako ćeš ti sam istovariti, ali to se mora.

Zna se dogoditi da dođeš nakon završenog posla i onda ti šef kaže da imaš još jednu turu, stisneš zube, odradiš i onda dođeš kući plačući od bolova koji su takvi da ne možeš ujutro ustati.

Razmišljaš da ujutro daš otkaz, ali vidiš malo djete i ženu i slomi se u tebi sve pa popiješ tablete samo da ne boli i ajmo isto opet isto samo druga linija. Ima tu i laganih linija, ali ne možeš ih dobiti jer posebni vozači imaju tu čast.

Ima na tu temu još puno za pisati ali i iz ovog malog dijela se vidi kakav je moj bivši poslodavac.

Plaća eh… da bi imao normalu plaću, moraš dobiti neku stimulaciju i nagrade koje šefovi djele kako im se dopadneš. Netko dobije 1000 kn, a neko 20. A taj što dobije 200 kn (pročitaj početak teksta) ubije se od posla, a onaj što da mito ima lakše linije. Pa prekovremenih za mene nema, a za pojedince ima i to ohoooo te im tako bude lijepa plaća.

Zašto vozači kamiona ne mogu imati fiksnu neto plaću od minimalno 6500?

Gdje su kolegijalni odnosi šefova i vozača?

Zašto umorni vozači, kad dođu s terena na kojem su prebacili preko ruke cca 12 i više tona robe, još jednu turu moraju odvesti?

Zašto se forsiraju vozači do krajnjih granica izdržljivosti?

Zašto ne zaposle pomoćnike da se olakša vozačima?

Da li je nekome palo napamet od glavešina u Zagrebu da dođu da popričaju sa vozačima, da vide kako im je? - napisao je taj vozač.

Na poziv Radničke fronte da im se jave trgovci i radnici iz trgovačkih lanaca javio se i jedan vozač kamiona. Ovo je njegova priča: 

- Razne priče postoje o ovom trgovačkom lancu kao poslodavcu iz noćne more, tj. najgorem poslodavcu. Sve te priče su istinite. Ovo pišem jer više nisam radnik u toj firmi. Radio sam na radnom mjestu - vozač teškog teretnog vozila. Što se radi sve unutar firme samo je vrh sante leda, da bi bilo jasno kakvih sve nepravilnosti ima i ajmo reci neprofesionalni odnos šefova prema radnicima, trebalo bi raditi u firmi.

Svako jutro dolazimo u 5, kamioni su natovareni sa 15 ili više paleta, ovisi kako se slaže roba u skladištu. Napominjem da je prosječna paleta teška od 200 pa čak do 1400 kg, a vozač ne zna kakve su palete dok ne otvori tereni...
