Naša je realnost da imamo 75 posto umirovljenika koji su na granici siromaštva s mirovinama do 2700 kuna.

Hrvatska je u potpunosti potplaćena, od 2007. traje stagnacija plaća, bilo bi najbolje da se plaće ugovorno reguliraju i korigiraju prema stopi inflacije pa bi se onda vidjelo koliko poslodavci, i državni i privatni, duguju radnicima. Inflacija nanosi puno veću štetu siromašnima, a još je veća tragedija što se siromašni ne mogu zaštititi jer nemaju novca.

Rekao nam je to prof. dr. Drago Jakovčević, koji ističe da inflacija smanjuje dohotke i naškodi malom čovjeku kojemu, na žalost, gdje god radi, nisu ugovoreni standardi ugovora o radu kakve, na primjer, ima velik broj poslodavaca u Njemačkoj i cijela Amerika, da se plaća korigira za stopu porasta cijena na malo, odnosno za stopu inflacije.

Svaki mjesec je gore

Koliko će pretrpjeti šokova i udaraca plaće, tek ćemo vidjeti, a neki ekonomisti za ovu godinu predviđaju i inflaciju od 10 posto.

A inflacija u siječnju iznosila je 5,7 posto i bila je identična nominalnom godišnjem rastu plaća u siječnju pa su tako plaće, bez obzira na to što su bile nominalno veće, realno ostale na razini iz siječnja prošle godine. U veljači je inflacija bila 6,3 posto, a tog su mjeseca na godišnjoj razini cijene skočile više od plaća koje su porasle za 5,9 posto, objavio je Državni zavod za statistiku.

Tako je inflacija odnijela 0,4 posto od realne vrijednosti plaća. Neto plaća iz veljače od 7452 kune realno je 0,4 posto slabija od plaće iz prošlogodišnje veljače. Ili, ovogodišnja plaća od 7452 kune manje vrijedi nego 7038 kuna plaće iz veljače prošle godine, kada nismo mogli ni pretpostaviti ovogodišnji rast cijena ili rat u Ukrajini.

Nije to sve, inflacija u ožujku iznosila je još više, porasla je na 7,3 posto, a tek ćemo idućeg mjeseca znati koliko je odnijela vrijednosti plaća.

Krešimira Severa, predsjednika Nezavisnih hrvatskih sindikata, pitali smo hoće li sindikati tražiti da se plaće usklađuju sa stopom inflacije.

- Mi smo nekad imali tu varijantu da se plaće korigiraju za stopu inflacije i onda smo je napustili na inicijativu poslodavaca i vlasti koji su tada isticali da se rastom plaća u skladu s inflacijom, a ne s proizvodnosti, potiče daljnja potražnja i produbljuje inflacija.

Stava smo da se radi o tome da je ugrožena egzistencija i opstanak velikog dijela ljudi i da tu nije pitanje dotiskivanja novca, nego poslodavci moraju iznaći model u kojem će se privremeno, dok traje takvo stanje, odreći nekih drugih ulaganja i troškova, a da se pritom pokriju povećani troškovi isplate plaća.

To trebaju napraviti i javne vlasti i odustati od nekih troškova i prenamijeniti novac kako bi se moglo koliko toliko ići s plaćama gore – rekao nam je Sever, kojeg smo pitali hoće li onda sindikati tražiti da se plaće usklađuju sa stopom inflacije...

- Ne možete u privatnom sektoru donijeti zakon koji će to osigurati, mi smo to preporučili svim svojim sindikatima za kolektivno pregovaranje. U uvjetima u kojima imaju važeće kolektivne ugovore preporučili smo da se pokrenu razgovori i rasprave o povećanju plaća iz nekih unutarnjih rezervi ili barem da se ide u jednokratne dodatke koji bi do daljnjeg vrijedili dok se stanje ne stabilizira bez obzira na odgovore poslodavaca koji su najavljivali da, s obzirom na povećane ulazne troškove, ne samo da neće moći povećavati plaće, nego će morati odustati od nekih materijalnih prava, pogotovo od neoporezivih dijelova kako bi podmirili povećane troškove - kaže Krešimir Sever.

Prosječne plaće koje trpe udarce inflacije ne uspije zaraditi više od 60 posto zaposlenih u zemlji. U Hrvatskoj više od 60 posto od svih 1,33 milijuna zaposlenih u pravnim osobama ili čak 803 tisuće ljudi zarađuje manje od 7452 kune državnog prosjeka plaće za veljaču, a 335 tisuća ljudi u veljači je primilo manje od 4800 kuna plaće.

Medijalna neto plaća za veljaču iznosila je 6151 kunu i to znači da je polovica zaposlenih prima manje plaće od medijalne, a ostala polovica više od toga.

Po sektorima, najviša prosječna mjesečna isplaćena neto plaća iznosi 16.787 kuna i isplaćena je u proizvodnji osnovnih farmaceutskih proizvoda i farmaceutskih pripravaka, a najmanje zarađuju zaštitari jer je u veljači u zaštitnim i istražnim djelatnostima prosječna plaća iznosila 4758 kuna.

Naša je realnost da imamo 75 posto umirovljenika koji su na granici siromaštva s mirovinama do 2700 kuna.

Hrvatska je u potpunosti potplaćena, od 2007. traje stagnacija plaća, bilo bi najbolje da se plaće ugovorno reguliraju i korigiraju prema stopi inflacije pa bi se onda vidjelo koliko poslodavci, i državni i privatni, duguju radnicima. Inflacija nanosi puno veću štetu siromašnima, a još je veća tragedija što se siromašni ne mogu zaštititi jer nemaju novca.

Rekao nam je to prof. dr. Drago Jakovčević, koji ističe da inflacija smanjuje dohotke i naškodi malom čovjeku kojemu, na žalost, gdje god radi, nisu ugovoreni standardi ugovora o radu kakve, na primjer, ima velik broj poslodavaca u Njemačkoj i cijela Amerika, da se plaća korigira za stopu porasta cijena na malo, odnosno za stopu inflacije.

Svaki mjesec je gore

Koliko će pretrpjeti šokova i udaraca plaće, tek ćemo vidjeti, a neki ekonomisti za ovu godinu predviđaju i inflaciju od 10 posto.

A inflacija u siječnju iznosila je 5,7 posto i bila je identična nominalnom godišnjem rastu plaća u siječnju pa su tako plaće, bez obzira na to što su bile nominalno veće, realno ostale na razini iz siječnja prošle godine. U veljači je inflacija bila 6,3 posto, a tog su mjeseca na godišnjoj razini cijene skočile više od plaća koje su porasle za 5,9 posto, objavio je Državni zavod za statistiku.

Tako je inflacija odnijela 0,4 posto od realne vrijednosti plaća. Neto plaća iz veljače od 7452 kune realno je 0,4 posto slabija od plaće iz prošlogodišnje veljače. Ili, ovogodišnja plaća od 7452 kune manje vrijedi nego 7038 kuna plaće iz veljače prošle godine, kada nismo mogli ni pretpostaviti ovogodišnji rast cijena ili rat u Ukrajini.

Nije to sve, inflacija u ožujku iznosila je još više, porasla je na 7,3 posto, a tek ćemo idućeg mjeseca znati koliko je odnijela vrijednosti plaća.

Krešimira Severa, predsjednika Nezavisnih hrvatskih sindikata, pitali smo hoće li sindikati tražiti da se plaće usklađuju sa stopom inflacije.

- Mi smo nekad imali tu varijantu da se plaće korigiraju za stopu inflacije i onda smo je napustili na inicijativu poslodavaca i vlasti koji su tada isticali da se rastom plaća u skladu s inflacijom, a ne s proizvodnosti, potiče daljnja potražnja i produbljuje inflacija.

Stava smo da se radi o tome da je ugrožena egzistencija i opstanak velikog dijela ljudi i da tu nije pitanje dotiskivanja novca, nego poslodavci moraju iznaći model u kojem će se privremeno, dok traje takvo stanje, odreći nekih drugih ulaganja i troškova, a da se pritom pokriju povećani troškovi isplate plaća.

To trebaju napraviti i javne vlasti i odustati od nekih troškova i prenamijeniti novac kako bi se moglo koliko toliko ići s plaćama gore – rekao nam je Sever, kojeg smo pitali hoće li onda sindikati tražiti da se plaće usklađuju sa stopom inflacije...

- Ne možete u privatnom sektoru donijeti zakon koji će to osigurati, mi smo to preporučili svim svojim sindikatima za kolektivno pregovaranje. U uvjetima u kojima imaju važeće kolektivne ugovore preporučili smo da se pokrenu razgovori i rasprave o povećanju plaća iz nekih unutarnjih rezervi ili barem da se ide u jednokratne dodatke koji bi do daljnjeg vrijedili dok se stanje ne stabilizira bez obzira na odgovore poslodavaca koji su najavljivali da, s obzirom na povećane ulazne troškove, ne samo da neće moći povećavati plaće, nego će morati odustati od nekih materijalnih prava, pogotovo od neoporezivih dijelova kako bi podmirili povećane troškove - kaže Krešimir Sever.

Prosječne plaće koje trpe udarce inflacije ne uspije zaraditi više od 60 posto zaposlenih u zemlji. U Hrvatskoj više od 60 posto od svih 1,33 milijuna zaposlenih u pravnim osobama ili čak 803 tisuće ljudi zarađuje manje od 7452 kune državnog prosjeka plaće za veljaču, a 335 tisuća ljudi u veljači je primilo manje od 4800 kuna plaće.

Medijalna neto plaća za veljaču iznosila je 6151 kunu i to znači da je polovica zaposlenih prima manje plaće od medijalne, a ostala polovica više od toga.

Po sektorima, najviša prosječna mjesečna isplaćena neto plaća iznosi 16.787 kuna i isplaćena je u proizvodnji osnovnih farmaceutskih proizvoda i farmaceutskih pripravaka, a najmanje zarađuju zaštitari jer je u veljači u zaštitnim i istražnim djelatnostima prosječna plaća iznosila 4758 kuna.
