Zvali su ga „teflon“ političar.

Otkako je sredinom devedesetih krenuo njegov politički uspon, Milana Bandića pratio je niz ozbiljnih afera. No nijedna od njih nije mu se zalijepila toliko da našteti njegovom imidžu na izborima.

Uvijek je uvjerljivo pobjeđivao svoje suparnike. Sve odreda poznata i ugledna urbana zagrebačka imena koja su se svim silama trudila upozoriti da zagrebački gradonačelnik baš i nije najpogodnija osoba da upravlja glavnim hrvatskim gradom.

A bilo je tu doslovno svega. Poslova dodjeljivanih kumovima, zamjene gradskih zemljišta, skupih nadstrešnica, zlatnih WC-a, čak i fiktivnih razvoda. Bandića je, naime, još od sredine devedesetih bio glas da se formalno razveo od supruge Vesne kako bi im pripao stan od četrdesetak kvadrata u zagrebačkoj Preradovićevoj ulici. Kada je 2000. postao gradonačelnik, sa direktorom Croatia busa Leonom Sulićem je sklopio ugovor o zamjeni zemljišta na, kako je naknadno posumnjao DORH, štetu grada. Zemljište je, naime, procijenjeno na 94 eura po metru četvornom. A vrijedilo je najmanje 219 eura.

U jeku obračuna tadašnje Vlade Ivice Račana sa bespravnom gradnjom 2001. godine otkriveno je da je Bandić u Samoborskom gorju bez građevinske dozvole izgradio vikendicu. Godinu dana kasnije pod utjecajem alkohola (navodno je bila riječ o 1,6 promila) skrivio je prometnu nesreću, a onda se junačio pred policajcima odbijajući im dati dokumente. Zbog toga se incidenta morao povući za pozicije gradonačelnika.

Samo privremeno, jer se 2005. pobjedom na lokalnim izborima ponovno vraća u sedlo. Nakon čega je uslijedila nova afera: ona vezana uz njegov stan od 125 kvadrata u Bužanovoj ulici vrijedan 370 tisuća eura. Kojega Bandić od svoje plaće nije mogao kupiti. Od listopada 2007. Bandićeve zamjene zemljišta našle su se pod povećalom Uskoka. Parcele u Maksimiru mijenjao je za zemljištima u Sesvetskom kraljevcu, čiji su vlasnici bili – studenti. Čime je Zagreb oštećen za više od šest milijuna eura.

Dolazi iduća godina, a s njom i iduća afera. Te 2008. premlaćen je direktor Zagrebačkih cesta Igor Rađenović, SDP-ovac koji je pokušao zaustaviti kriminal u toj tvrtki. Onda se 2009. uoči lokalnih izbora pojavio „zlatni“ WC. Dva montažna toaleta na stajalištu autobusa u Dubravi su umjesto 100 tisuća plaćena milijun i pol kuna. Izvođač je bio Milan Penava, inače Bandićev kum, a posao je dobio - izravnom pogodbom.

Uskok je 2011. propitivao i zakonitost posla postavljanja 600 nadstrešnica na tramvajskim i autobusnim stajalištima, čime je Zagreb te poslove pretplatio za 20 milijuna kuna. Izvđač je bila tvrtka u vlasništvu Bandićevog prijatelja Željka Šelendića.

A onda je 2014. u večernjim satima Bandić uhapšen. I pripraćen u Remetinac. Teretilo ga se da je u aferi Agram Zagreb oštetio za 219 milijuna kuna. Nakon mjesec dana pušten je na slobodu, a onda ponovno pritvoren. Jer je svjedokinju u procesu pokušao nagovoriti da promijeni iskaz. U aferi Agram USKOK je teretio Bandića i njegove suradnike iz Zagrebačkog holdinga da su pogodovali C.I.O.S. grupi Petra Pripuza u poslu zbrinjavanja otpada, oštetivši pritom Zagreb za 2 milijuna kuna.

Sudilo mu se i za aferu „Štandovi“ u kojoj je štandove Gradskih tržnica bez naknade ustupio udruzi „U ime obitelji“ Željke Markić za prikupljanje potpisa za referendum o braku.  Oštetivši pritom zagrebački proračun za 300 tisuća kuna. U tom je procesu Bandić nepravomoćno oslobođen. USKOK se na presudu žalio Vrhovnom sudu. No taj je postupak, kao i suđenje u aferi Agram, sada definitivno stavljan ad acta.

Zvali su ga „teflon“ političar.

Otkako je sredinom devedesetih krenuo njegov politički uspon, Milana Bandića pratio je niz ozbiljnih afera. No nijedna od njih nije mu se zalijepila toliko da našteti njegovom imidžu na izborima.

Uvijek je uvjerljivo pobjeđivao svoje suparnike. Sve odreda poznata i ugledna urbana zagrebačka imena koja su se svim silama trudila upozoriti da zagrebački gradonačelnik baš i nije najpogodnija osoba da upravlja glavnim hrvatskim gradom.

A bilo je tu doslovno svega. Poslova dodjeljivanih kumovima, zamjene gradskih zemljišta, skupih nadstrešnica, zlatnih WC-a, čak i fiktivnih razvoda. Bandića je, naime, još od sredine devedesetih bio glas da se formalno razveo od supruge Vesne kako bi im pripao stan od četrdesetak kvadrata u zagrebačkoj Preradovićevoj ulici. Kada je 2000. postao gradonačelnik, sa direktorom Croatia busa Leonom Sulićem je sklopio ugovor o zamjeni zemljišta na, kako je naknadno posumnjao DORH, štetu grada. Zemljište je, naime, procijenjeno na 94 eura po metru četvornom. A vrijedilo je najmanje 219 eura.

U jeku obračuna tadašnje Vlade Ivice Račana sa bespravnom gradnjom 2001. godine otkriveno je da je Bandić u Samoborskom gorju bez građevinske dozvole izgradio vikendicu. Godinu dana kasnije pod utjecajem alkohola (navodno je bila riječ o 1,6 promila) skrivio je prometnu nesreću, a onda se junačio pred policajcima odbijajući im dati dokumente. Zbog toga se incidenta morao povući za pozicije gradonačelnika.

Samo privremeno, jer se 2005. pobjedom na lokalnim izborima ponovno vraća u sedlo. Nakon čega je uslijedila nova afera: ona vezana uz njegov stan od 125 kvadrata u Bužanovoj ulici vrijedan 370 tisuća eura. Kojega Bandić od svoje plaće nije mogao kupiti. Od listopada 2007. Bandićeve zamjene zemljišta našle su se pod povećalom Uskoka. Parcele u Maksimiru mijenjao je za zemljištima u Sesvetskom kraljevcu, čiji su vlasnici bili – studenti. Čime je Zagreb oštećen za više od šest milijuna eura.

Dolazi iduća godina, a s njom i iduća afera. Te 2008. premlaćen je direktor Zagrebačkih cesta Igor Rađenović, SDP-ovac koji je pokušao zaustaviti kriminal u toj tvrtki. Onda se 2009. uoči lokalnih izbora pojavio „zlatni“ WC. Dva montažna toaleta na stajalištu autobusa u Dubravi su umjesto 100 tisuća plaćena milijun i pol kuna. Izvođač je bio Milan Penava, inače Bandićev kum, a posao je dobio - izravnom pogodbom.

Uskok je 2011. propitivao i zakonitost posla postavljanja 600 nadstrešnica na tramvajskim i autobusnim stajalištima, čime je Zagreb te poslove pretplatio za 20 milijuna kuna. Izvđač je bila tvrtka u vlasništvu Bandićevog prijatelja Željka Šelendića.

A onda je 2014. u večernjim satima Bandić uhapšen. I pripraćen u Remetinac. Teretilo ga se da je u aferi Agram Zagreb oštetio za 219 milijuna kuna. Nakon mjesec dana pušten je na slobodu, a onda ponovno pritvoren. Jer je svjedokinju u procesu pokušao nagovoriti da promijeni iskaz. U aferi Agram USKOK je teretio Bandića i njegove suradnike iz Zagrebačkog holdinga da su pogodovali C.I.O.S. grupi Petra Pripuza u poslu zbrinjavanja otpada, oštetivši pritom Zagreb za 2 milijuna kuna.

Sudilo mu se i za aferu „Štandovi“ u kojoj je štandove Gradskih tržnica bez naknade ustupio udruzi „U ime obitelji“ Željke Markić za prikupljanje potpisa za referendum o braku.  Oštetivši pritom zagrebački proračun za 300 tisuća kuna. U tom je procesu Bandić nepravomoćno oslobođen. USKOK se na presudu žalio Vrhovnom sudu. No taj je postupak, kao i suđenje u aferi Agram, sada definitivno stavljan ad acta.
