Udruga Glas poduzetnika (UGP) smatra da Vladine mjere za ublažavanje rasta cijena zbog poskupljenja energenata idu u dobrom smjeru, no da je riječ o vatrogasnim mjerama s kojima se kasni te predlažu da stupe na snagu odmah, a ne od travnja, izvijestili su u srijedu iz te Udruge.
Vlada je u srijedu predstavila 4,8 milijardi kuna vrijedan paket mjera za ublažavanje rasta cijena energenata, kojima će se rast cijena električne energije limitirati na 9,6 posto te plina na najviše 20 posto, a među mjerama su sniženje stope PDV-a na plin i neke poljoprivredne proizvode, subvencije na cijenu plina za kućanstva, promjene u sustavu naknada socijalno ugroženima, jednokratne naknade za umirovljenike itd.
"Udruga Glas poduzetnika smatra kako donesene mjere za ublažavanje rasta cijena zbog poskupljenja energenata idu u dobrom smjeru, no s istima se kasni, stoga apeliramo na Vladu da startaju odmah, a ne od travnja, a i ne vide se nikakve reforme na obzoru", navodi se u priopćenju UGP-a.
Iz Udruge su izrazili zadovoljstvo što se prihvatio i njihov prijedlog za smanjivanja PDV-a na plin na 5 posto. No, ističu kako ne vide niti jedan razlog zašto mjere stupaju na snagu tek u travnju. Do tada će, kažu, mnogi poduzetnici zbog poskupljenja biti na koljenima. Stoga predlažu stupanje tih mjera na snagu odmah.
Napominju i kako val poskupljenja poduzetnici već osjećaju jer plaćaju i tri puta veću cijenu plina, a praktički je poskupjelo sve - od hrane, građevinskog materijala, pa do rada. "Poduzetništvo je već na udaru te ako se prvenstveno njima ne pripomogne, inflacija će jako rasti, što će u konačnici dovesti do toga da će ispaštati cijelo hrvatsko gospodarstvo", poručili su iz UGP-a.
Navode i kao su u Hrvatskoj cijene energenata za poduzetnike i građanstvo ogromne, a na štetu gospodarstva, što je, kažu, "u potpunosti suludo". UGP traži istu tarifu za sve jer je "naš jedini izlaz kao društva upravo razvoj poduzetništva i to prvenstveno malog i srednjeg, uz jake i jasne reforme".
Vezano uz mjeru smanjenja PDV-a na plin sa 25 na 5 posto u razdoblju od 1. travnja ove godine do 31. ožujka 2023. iz UGP-a drže kako se i PDV na struju treba smanjiti s 13 na 5 posto.
Osvrnuvši se na potporu koju će dobiti mikro, mali i srednji poduzetnici s prosječnom godišnjom potrošnjom struje do 10 gigavatsati (GWh) od 15 lipa po kWh, naglašavaju da je "nužno povećati iznos od 15 lipa po kWh, jer će ova mjera samo djelomično pomoći onima koji dobiju povećani račun".
Također ih zanima koja je konkretna mjera za plin budući da je smanjenje PDV-a prolazna stavka te će pomoći samo paušalnim obrtnicima. Kako bi se izbjegla velika šteta na teret poduzetnika, u mjerama je bilo potrebno ograničiti cijenu plina na 0,382 kn/kWh, navode iz UGP-a.
"Podržavamo mjere, no smatramo da se s istima kasni i da su nažalost uvijek i samo vatrogasne. Ono što tražimo su ključne reforme kako bismo kao društvo napravili iskorak", kazao je predsjednik UGP-a Hrvoje Bujas.
Smatra i da su nam potrebni novi modeli energetske politike za građanstvo i za poduzetnike, što znači ujednačavanje cijene za jedne i druge. "Zašto bi poduzetnici uvijek trebali nositi sav teret društva? Želimo napokon i tu temu staviti na stol!", kazao je Bujas.
Iz Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) su kazali kako je današnji paket mjera koje je predstavila Vlada na tragu onoga što su posljednjih tjedana razgovarali s Vladom.
"Mjere su na tragu onoga što smo posljednjih nekoliko tjedna razgovarali s Vladom. Paket je sveobuhvatan i smatramo da će rezultirati suzbijanjem poskupljenja. Hrvatska udruga poslodavca će pratiti provedbu mjera i zalagati se za daljnje rasterećenje poslovanja poduzetnika", istaknuo je glavni direktor HUP-a Damir Zorić.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika (UGP) smatra da Vladine mjere za ublažavanje rasta cijena zbog poskupljenja energenata idu u dobrom smjeru, no da je riječ o vatrogasnim mjerama s kojima se kasni te predlažu da stupe na snagu odmah, a ne od travnja, izvijestili su u srijedu iz te Udruge.
Vlada je u srijedu predstavila 4,8 milijardi kuna vrijedan paket mjera za ublažavanje rasta cijena energenata, kojima će se rast cijena električne energije limitirati na 9,6 posto te plina na najviše 20 posto, a među mjerama su sniženje stope PDV-a na plin i neke poljoprivredne proizvode, subvencije na cijenu plina za kućanstva, promjene u sustavu naknada socijalno ugroženima, jednokratne naknade za umirovljenike itd.
"Udruga Glas poduzetnika smatra kako donesene mjere za ublažavanje rasta cijena zbog poskupljenja energenata idu u dobrom smjeru, no s istima se kasni, stoga apeliramo na Vladu da startaju odmah, a ne od travnja, a i ne vide se nikakve reforme na obzoru", navodi se u priopćenju UGP-a.
Iz Udruge su izrazili zadovoljstvo što se prihvatio i njihov prijedlog za smanjivanja PDV-a na plin na 5 posto. No, ističu kako ne vide niti jedan razlog zašto mjere stupaju na snagu tek u travnju. Do tada će, kažu, mnogi poduzetnici zbog poskupljenja biti na koljenima. Stoga predlažu stupanje tih mjera na snagu odmah.
Napominju i kako val poskupljenja poduzetnici već osjećaju jer plaćaju i tri puta veću cijenu plina, a praktički je poskupjelo sve - od hrane, građevinskog materijala, pa do rada. "Poduzetništvo je već na udaru te ako se prvenstveno njima ne pripomogne, inflacija će jako rasti, što će u konačnici dovesti do toga da će ispaštati cijelo hrvatsko gospodarstvo", poručili su iz UGP-a.
Navode i kao su u Hrvatskoj cijene energenata za poduzetnike i građanstvo ogromne, a na štetu gospodarstva, što je, kažu, "u potpunosti suludo". UGP traži istu tarifu za sve jer je "naš jedini izlaz kao društva upravo razvoj poduzetništva i to prvenstveno malog i srednjeg, uz jake i jasne reforme".
Vezano uz mjeru smanjenja PDV-a na plin sa 25 na 5 posto u razdoblju od 1. travnja ove godine do 31. ožujka 2023. iz UGP-a drže kako se i PDV na struju treba smanjiti s 13 na 5 posto.
Osvrnuvši se na potporu koju će dobiti mikro, mali i srednji poduzetnici s prosječnom godišnjom potrošnjom struje do 10 gigavatsati (GWh) od 15 lipa po kWh, naglašavaju da je "nužno povećati iznos od 15 lipa po kWh, jer će ova mjera samo djelomično pomoći onima koji dobiju povećani račun".
Također ih zanima koja je konkretna mjera za plin budući da je smanjenje PDV-a prolazna stavka te će pomoći samo paušalnim obrtnicima. Kako bi se izbjegla velika šteta na teret poduzetnika, u mjerama je bilo potrebno ograničiti cijenu plina na 0,382 kn/kWh, navode iz UGP-a.
"Podržavamo mjere, no smatramo da se s istima kasni i da su nažalost uvijek i samo vatrogasne. Ono što tražimo su ključne reforme kako bismo kao društvo napravili iskorak", kazao je predsjednik UGP-a Hrvoje Bujas.
Smatra i da su nam potrebni novi modeli energetske politike za građanstvo i za poduzetnike, što znači ujednačavanje cijene za jedne i druge. "Zašto bi poduzetnici uvijek trebali nositi sav teret društva? Želimo napokon i tu temu staviti na stol!", kazao je Bujas.
Iz Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) su kazali kako je današnji paket mjera koje je predstavila Vlada na tragu onoga što su posljednjih tjedana razgovarali s Vladom.
"Mjere su na tragu onoga što smo posljednjih nekoliko tjedna razgovarali s Vladom. Paket je sveobuhvatan i smatramo da će rezultirati suzbijanjem poskupljenja. Hrvatska udruga poslodavca će pratiti provedbu mjera i zalagati se za daljnje rasterećenje poslovanja poduzetnika", istaknuo je glavni direktor HUP-a Damir Zorić.
