- Od 1. travnja će stupiti na snagu jedan dosta veliki, intenzivan paket koji je usmjeren na ublažavanje očekivanog rasta cijena. Od 1. travnja stupaju na snagu iz nekoliko razloga, dolazi do promjene stope PDV-a na hranu, a tada dolazi i do promjena cijena plina, rekao je Zvonimir Savić, posebni savjetnik predsjednika Vlade RH gostujući u Dobro jutro, Hrvatska.
Objasnio je da su cijene plina za kućanstva zagarantirana do 1. travnja, a bilo je potrebno napraviti procjene, izračune i utjecaje koliko bi došlo do porasta cijene plina, koliko intenzivno mjere moraju biti jake da bi ublažavanje rasta cijena energenata bilo što je moguće blaže.
Paket je, ističe, prilično intenzivan i ima podršku gotovo svih slojeva društva. Ovaj paket je jedan od izdašnijih i obuhvatnijih na razini EU-a.
Što se tiče cijena plina, Savić je rekao da kada ne bi bilo nikakvih Vladinih aktivnosti i mjera, za kućanstva bi cijene rasle do 79%. Dodao je da u posljednjih pola godine u svim državama EU-a je cijena plina za kućanstvo rasla, Hrvatska i Mađarska jedine imaju nepromijenjenu cijenu plina.
- Očekivani rast cijena nakon 1. travnja je oko 76%, s Vladinim mjerama očekuje se porast do 48%, a dodatnom subvencijom od 10 lipa/kWh, taj očekivani rast cijena plina bi bio oko 17%, još dodatno, osobe koje imaju pravo na vaučere za subvencije, ostvaruju još povoljniju cijenu plina i struje, rekao je.
Uspoređujući naše mjere i mjere drugih država EU-a, Savić ističe da su gledali što su druge države pripremale ili donosile, naše mjere su, po opsegu i intenzitetu, među najjačima u EU-u. One su, dodaje, zahvatile sve slojeve društva.
- PDV se značajno smanjuje, prvenstveno se smanjuje PDV na plin, privremeno na 5%, a bio je na 25%, što je izuzetno velika razlika. Smanjuje se i na jedan dio prehrambenih proizvoda s 13% na 5%, dodao je.
Što se tiče umirovljenika, Savić je rekao da je za njih predviđen dodatni paket koji je vrijedan oko 470 mil kn, obuhvaća 720.000 umirovljenika, a odnosi se na jednokratnu pomoć.
- Predviđen je sustav sličan koji je bio za vrijeme COVID krize, kada su također isplaćene jednokratne pomoći, dodao je.
Na pitanje kako možemo biti sigurni da će trgovci stvarno smanjiti i maloprodajne cijene, rekao je da su neki najveći trgovački lanci najavili manje cijene, neki su to već i napravili. Tu vidimo, dodaje, društvenu solidarnost.
Objasnio je kako cijeli paket predviđen da se proračunski može izdržati, postoje i izvori koji će to kompenzirati, te nije potreban rebalans proračuna.
Odgovarajući na pitanje postoji li mogućnost za još nekim valom inflacije, Savić je naglasio da je u Hrvatskoj dobro, ako gledamo u odnosu na druge zemlje EU-a, naša prosječna stopa inflacije je blaža u odnosu na onu na razini prosjeka EU-a.
- Imamo mehanizme koji to mogu kontrolirati. Što se tiče očekivane stope inflacije, prije nekoliko dana je EK dala prognozu i za Hrvatsku da bi ove godine stopa inflacije trebala biti 3,5%, vjerojatno će biti nešto veća, ali već iduće godine očekuju stopu od 1,6%. To je posljedica očekivanog ublažavanja i zaustavljanja cijena energenata, dodao je.
Možemo očekivati u kratkoročnom razdoblju, rekao je Savić u Dobro jutro, Hrvatska., smanjenje inflatornih pritisaka i dolazak u mirnije vode. Da bi do toga došli brže i lakše, predviđene su ovakve velike mjere.
Što se tiče poduzetnika, Savić ističe da su i oni zahvaćeni ovim mjerama, subvencije su oko 15 lp/kWh. Obuhvaćeno je 45.000 mjernih mjesta, što je veliki broj.

- Od 1. travnja će stupiti na snagu jedan dosta veliki, intenzivan paket koji je usmjeren na ublažavanje očekivanog rasta cijena. Od 1. travnja stupaju na snagu iz nekoliko razloga, dolazi do promjene stope PDV-a na hranu, a tada dolazi i do promjena cijena plina, rekao je Zvonimir Savić, posebni savjetnik predsjednika Vlade RH gostujući u Dobro jutro, Hrvatska.
Objasnio je da su cijene plina za kućanstva zagarantirana do 1. travnja, a bilo je potrebno napraviti procjene, izračune i utjecaje koliko bi došlo do porasta cijene plina, koliko intenzivno mjere moraju biti jake da bi ublažavanje rasta cijena energenata bilo što je moguće blaže.
Paket je, ističe, prilično intenzivan i ima podršku gotovo svih slojeva društva. Ovaj paket je jedan od izdašnijih i obuhvatnijih na razini EU-a.
Što se tiče cijena plina, Savić je rekao da kada ne bi bilo nikakvih Vladinih aktivnosti i mjera, za kućanstva bi cijene rasle do 79%. Dodao je da u posljednjih pola godine u svim državama EU-a je cijena plina za kućanstvo rasla, Hrvatska i Mađarska jedine imaju nepromijenjenu cijenu plina.
- Očekivani rast cijena nakon 1. travnja je oko 76%, s Vladinim mjerama očekuje se porast do 48%, a dodatnom subvencijom od 10 lipa/kWh, taj očekivani rast cijena plina bi bio oko 17%, još dodatno, osobe koje imaju pravo na vaučere za subvencije, ostvaruju još povoljniju cijenu plina i struje, rekao je.
Uspoređujući naše mjere i mjere drugih država EU-a, Savić ističe da su gledali što su druge države pripremale ili donosile, naše mjere su, po opsegu i intenzitetu, među najjačima u EU-u. One su, dodaje, zahvatile sve slojeve društva.
- PDV se značajno smanjuje, prvenstveno se smanjuje PDV na plin, privremeno na 5%, a bio je na 25%, što je izuzetno velika razlika. Smanjuje se i na jedan dio prehrambenih proizvoda s 13% na 5%, dodao je.
Što se tiče umirovljenika, Savić je rekao da je za njih predviđen dodatni paket koji je vrijedan oko 470 mil kn, obuhvaća 720.000 umirovljenika, a odnosi se na jednokratnu pomoć.
- Predviđen je sustav sličan koji je bio za vrijeme COVID krize, kada su također isplaćene jednokratne pomoći, dodao je.
Na pitanje kako možemo biti sigurni da će trgovci stvarno smanjiti i maloprodajne cijene, rekao je da su neki najveći trgovački lanci najavili manje cijene, neki su to već i napravili. Tu vidimo, dodaje, društvenu solidarnost.
Objasnio je kako cijeli paket predviđen da se proračunski može izdržati, postoje i izvori koji će to kompenzirati, te nije potreban rebalans proračuna.
Odgovarajući na pitanje postoji li mogućnost za još nekim valom inflacije, Savić je naglasio da je u Hrvatskoj dobro, ako gledamo u odnosu na druge zemlje EU-a, naša prosječna stopa inflacije je blaža u odnosu na onu na razini prosjeka EU-a.
- Imamo mehanizme koji to mogu kontrolirati. Što se tiče očekivane stope inflacije, prije nekoliko dana je EK dala prognozu i za Hrvatsku da bi ove godine stopa inflacije trebala biti 3,5%, vjerojatno će biti nešto veća, ali već iduće godine očekuju stopu od 1,6%. To je posljedica očekivanog ublažavanja i zaustavljanja cijena energenata, dodao je.
Možemo očekivati u kratkoročnom razdoblju, rekao je Savić u Dobro jutro, Hrvatska., smanjenje inflatornih pritisaka i dolazak u mirnije vode. Da bi do toga došli brže i lakše, predviđene su ovakve velike mjere.
Što se tiče poduzetnika, Savić ističe da su i oni zahvaćeni ovim mjerama, subvencije su oko 15 lp/kWh. Obuhvaćeno je 45.000 mjernih mjesta, što je veliki broj.
