Iako je udio cijepljenih u domovima za starije osobe već neko vrijeme visok, i u njima imamo zaraženih cijepljenih korisnika koji će na jesen najvjerojatnije trebati i treću dozu cjepiva, najavljuje za Jutarnji list Jasmina Vraneš, voditeljica službe mikrobiologije Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Andrija Štampar.

- Imunitet starijih osoba je slabiji, traje kraće i ne stvara se dovoljno antitijela pa su korisnike mogli zaraziti necijepljeni zaposlenici. To najbolje govori da bi svi zaposlenici koji rade u tim ustanovama trebali biti cijepljeni, a moguće je da će stariji trebati i treću dozu cjepiva - tumači dr. Vraneš.

Cijela Europa priprema se za jesen, kad bi, prema sadašnjim pokazateljima, epidemija mogla ponovno ući u ozbiljno uzlaznu putanju. Hrvatska, iako je pri začelju država EU po udjelu cijepljenih građana, konkretni plan još uvijek nema: jasno je da bi zaposlenici u sektorima u kojima se radi s najosjetljivijom populacijom trebali biti cijepljeni, no nije sigurno hoće li država posegnuti za mjerom obaveznog cijepljenja u zdravstvu, socijali i školstvu ili će od necijepljenih zaposlenika tražiti da se svaka dva dana testiraju - najvjerojatnije o svojem trošku.

Nešto je slično, ali još radikalnije, odlučila Njemačka: od listopada više neće financirati testiranje na covid-19 onima koji se mogu cijepiti, a to ne žele. Francuska je pak prije dva dana uvela obaveznu covid-potvrdu za ulaz u restorane, kafiće, trgovačke centre, za vožnju vlakom ili autobusom, a prošlog mjeseca bez nje se ne može ni u muzeje, kina i na bazene. Upravo je tako nešto, kako saznajemo, i hrvatski plan B. No, Francuska je propisala i da se do 15. rujna moraju cijepiti svi zaposleni u zdravstvu, osim onih koji imaju neki zdravstveni problem kontraindiciran s cijepljenjem.

Velika Britanija, nakon što je uvela obvezu cijepljenja za zdravstvene djelatnike, uskoro uvodi i obvezu cijepljenja za zaposlene u domovima za starije. U Škotskoj zdravstveni se djelatnici moraju cijepiti ili svaki drugi dan sami plaćati testiranje.

U Hrvatskoj je jučer bilo 246 novozaraženih, što je 30 posto više nego prije tjedan dana. I bolnice se sve više pune. Naravno, pitanje je znače li te veće brojke i strože epidemiološke mjere.

Naime, trenutne mjere kojima se ograničavaju veća okupljanja te radno vrijeme ugostiteljskih objekta na snazi su do 15. kolovoza, a potom bi Stožer trebao odlučivati kolika je ugroza, odnosno koliko brzo raste broj zaraženih i treba li dodatno intervenirati.

Prema trenutačno dostupnim informacijama, vjerojatno je da se do kraja kolovoza neće mijenjati epidemiološka pravila odnosno da mjere neće biti strože od ovih trenutnih. Što se pak tiče pravila igre koja bi mogla slijediti tijekom rujna, ona će ovisiti o epidemiološkoj situaciji koja ni za Hrvatsku ni za ostatak Europe nije obećavajuća. Činjenica da je u Hrvatskoj cijepljeno tek 41 posto građana razlog je što bi planovi za jesen već trebali biti na stolu, ali čini se da ih resorni ministar Vili Beroš zasad nema.

Činjenicu da se covid-19 u Hrvatskoj unatoč više od milijun turista ne širi očekivanom brzinom vjerojatno možemo zahvaliti tome tome što je, po svoj prilici, visoki udio turista cijepljen.

- Onim snažnim lockdownom prošle godine nadali smo se maksimalno smanjiti zarazu do dolaska cjepiva, a onda se cijepiti i zaboraviti zatvaranja. No, sad smo u situaciji da svi žele da se mjere ukinu, ali za tu odluku nemamo uporište u broju cijepljenih. To znači da ćemo i dalje morati pokušati balansirati. Presudno će biti vidjeti koliko nam se puni zdravstveni sustav jer nije bitno imamo li i tisuću 'prehlađenih', ali ako oni završe u bolnici, onda će biti problema - objašnjava epidemiolog prof.dr. Ozren Polašek sa splitskog Medicinskog fakulteta.

Naglašava kako nas je ovaj virus toliko puta prevario pa su prognoze vrlo nezahvalne, ali je izvjesno da će se zdravstveni sustav puniti uglavnom necijepljenima. Sve je jasnije da s koronom postoje zapravo samo dvije opcije: ili obavezno cijepljenje ili ukidanje mjera bez obzira na broj cijepljenih, što će značiti da će ljudi i značajno više umirati.

Iako je udio cijepljenih u domovima za starije osobe već neko vrijeme visok, i u njima imamo zaraženih cijepljenih korisnika koji će na jesen najvjerojatnije trebati i treću dozu cjepiva, najavljuje za Jutarnji list Jasmina Vraneš, voditeljica službe mikrobiologije Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Andrija Štampar.

- Imunitet starijih osoba je slabiji, traje kraće i ne stvara se dovoljno antitijela pa su korisnike mogli zaraziti necijepljeni zaposlenici. To najbolje govori da bi svi zaposlenici koji rade u tim ustanovama trebali biti cijepljeni, a moguće je da će stariji trebati i treću dozu cjepiva - tumači dr. Vraneš.

Cijela Europa priprema se za jesen, kad bi, prema sadašnjim pokazateljima, epidemija mogla ponovno ući u ozbiljno uzlaznu putanju. Hrvatska, iako je pri začelju država EU po udjelu cijepljenih građana, konkretni plan još uvijek nema: jasno je da bi zaposlenici u sektorima u kojima se radi s najosjetljivijom populacijom trebali biti cijepljeni, no nije sigurno hoće li država posegnuti za mjerom obaveznog cijepljenja u zdravstvu, socijali i školstvu ili će od necijepljenih zaposlenika tražiti da se svaka dva dana testiraju - najvjerojatnije o svojem trošku.

Nešto je slično, ali još radikalnije, odlučila Njemačka: od listopada više neće financirati testiranje na covid-19 onima koji se mogu cijepiti, a to ne žele. Francuska je pak prije dva dana uvela obaveznu covid-potvrdu za ulaz u restorane, kafiće, trgovačke centre, za vožnju vlakom ili autobusom, a prošlog mjeseca bez nje se ne može ni u muzeje, kina i na bazene. Upravo je tako nešto, kako saznajemo, i hrvatski plan B. No, Francuska je propisala i da se do 15. rujna moraju cijepiti svi zaposleni u zdravstvu, osim onih koji imaju neki zdravstveni problem kontraindiciran s cijepljenjem.

Velika Britanija, nakon što je uvela obvezu cijepljenja za zdravstvene djelatnike, uskoro uvodi i obvezu cijepljenja za zaposlene u domovima za starije. U Škotskoj zdravstveni se djelatnici moraju cijepiti ili svaki drugi dan sami plaćati testiranje.

U Hrvatskoj je jučer bilo 246 novozaraženih, što je 30 posto više nego prije tjedan dana. I bolnice se sve više pune. Naravno, pitanje je znače li te veće brojke i strože epidemiološke mjere.

Naime, trenutne mjere kojima se ograničavaju veća okupljanja te radno vrijeme ugostiteljskih objekta na snazi su do 15. kolovoza, a potom bi Stožer trebao odlučivati kolika je ugroza, odnosno koliko brzo raste broj zaraženih i treba li dodatno intervenirati.

Prema trenutačno dostupnim informacijama, vjerojatno je da se do kraja kolovoza neće mijenjati epidemiološka pravila odnosno da mjere neće biti strože od ovih trenutnih. Što se pak tiče pravila igre koja bi mogla slijediti tijekom rujna, ona će ovisiti o epidemiološkoj situaciji koja ni za Hrvatsku ni za ostatak Europe nije obećavajuća. Činjenica da je u Hrvatskoj cijepljeno tek 41 posto građana razlog je što bi planovi za jesen već trebali biti na stolu, ali čini se da ih resorni ministar Vili Beroš zasad nema.

Činjenicu da se covid-19 u Hrvatskoj unatoč više od milijun turista ne širi očekivanom brzinom vjerojatno možemo zahvaliti tome tome što je, po svoj prilici, visoki udio turista cijepljen.

- Onim snažnim lockdownom prošle godine nadali smo se maksimalno smanjiti zarazu do dolaska cjepiva, a onda se cijepiti i zaboraviti zatvaranja. No, sad smo u situaciji da svi žele da se mjere ukinu, ali za tu odluku nemamo uporište u broju cijepljenih. To znači da ćemo i dalje morati pokušati balansirati. Presudno će biti vidjeti koliko nam se puni zdravstveni sustav jer nije bitno imamo li i tisuću 'prehlađenih', ali ako oni završe u bolnici, onda će biti problema - objašnjava epidemiolog prof.dr. Ozren Polašek sa splitskog Medicinskog fakulteta.

Naglašava kako nas je ovaj virus toliko puta prevario pa su prognoze vrlo nezahvalne, ali je izvjesno da će se zdravstveni sustav puniti uglavnom necijepljenima. Sve je jasnije da s koronom postoje zapravo samo dvije opcije: ili obavezno cijepljenje ili ukidanje mjera bez obzira na broj cijepljenih, što će značiti da će ljudi i značajno više umirati.
