Epidemiologinja HZJZ-a Dijana Mayer poručila je u utorak kako Hrvatska i njeni građani sigurno neće koristiti cjepivo protiv koronavirusa koje je odobrila Ruska Federacija, a za koje, napominje, ne postoje znanstveni dokazi o učinkovitosti.
"Rusko Ministarstvo zdravlja je odobrilo to cjepivo, ali nema znanstvenih dokaza za to cjepivo. Čak nije ni na listi Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije. Cjepivo je trenutno u prvoj fazi kliničkog ispitivanja, a ispitivanja se sastoje od četiri faze. Tek nakon treće faze može se registrirati za širu uporabu", rekla je za Mayer RTL "Danas".
Naglasila je kako je "gotovo sigurna" da Hrvatska neće koristiti to cjepivo.
Ruska najava odobrenja za cjepivo protiv koronavirusa nakon manje od dva mjeseca kliničkih ispitivanja na ljudima izazvala je uzbunu među stručnjacima za javno zdravlje, koji kažu kako je teško vjerovati cjepivu za koje nisu objavljeni svi podaci iz tih ispitivanja.
Nerealno je da bi se u listopadu trebalo početi cijepiti s ruskom cjepivom
"Mediji pišu da bi trebali početi cijepiti u listopadu, što mi je puno preoptimistično, mogu slobodno reći i nerealno jer dobro se zna koliko traje ispitivanje lijeka i cjepiva. Oni su navodno već u petom mjesecu počeli s kliničkim studijama, do desetog mjeseca to je skoro pa nemoguće", poručila je Mayer.
Napomenula je da se u prvoj fazi testiranja koristi šest do dest zdravih dobrovoljaca ili teško bolesnih ljudi, a u slučaju Rusije , navodi,do sada je poznato da je cjepivo primilo 67 osoba, za nju premalo da se donose bilo kakvi zaključci.
Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin objavio je da je sigurno cjepivo koje je razvio moskovski institut Gamaleja, te da je dano jednoj od njegovih kćeri.
"Imam kćer i sigurno je ne bih cijepila tim cjepivom. Kad cjepivo bude zaista sigurno, učinkovito, znanstveno dokazano, svakako ću svoje dijete cijepiti", kazala je Mayer.
Istaknula je da su u HZJZ-u zadovoljni epidemiološkim rezultatima, s obzirom da u Hrvatskoj trenutno ima milijun ljudi više, to jest turista.
"Jako smo zadovoljni kako je epidemija pod kontrolom. Te brojke su nam više manje slične, nije zabilježen nekakav veliki porast s obzirom na turiste", naglasila je Mayer.
Nije precizirala hoće li epidemiolozi preporučiti pooštravanje mjera s obzirom na nova žarišta koja se pojavljuju u noćnim klubovima na obali, ali i naglasila da su problem zatvoreni prostori i nepridržavanje mjera.

Epidemiologinja HZJZ-a Dijana Mayer poručila je u utorak kako Hrvatska i njeni građani sigurno neće koristiti cjepivo protiv koronavirusa koje je odobrila Ruska Federacija, a za koje, napominje, ne postoje znanstveni dokazi o učinkovitosti.
"Rusko Ministarstvo zdravlja je odobrilo to cjepivo, ali nema znanstvenih dokaza za to cjepivo. Čak nije ni na listi Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije. Cjepivo je trenutno u prvoj fazi kliničkog ispitivanja, a ispitivanja se sastoje od četiri faze. Tek nakon treće faze može se registrirati za širu uporabu", rekla je za Mayer RTL "Danas".
Naglasila je kako je "gotovo sigurna" da Hrvatska neće koristiti to cjepivo.
Ruska najava odobrenja za cjepivo protiv koronavirusa nakon manje od dva mjeseca kliničkih ispitivanja na ljudima izazvala je uzbunu među stručnjacima za javno zdravlje, koji kažu kako je teško vjerovati cjepivu za koje nisu objavljeni svi podaci iz tih ispitivanja.
Nerealno je da bi se u listopadu trebalo početi cijepiti s ruskom cjepivom
"Mediji pišu da bi trebali početi cijepiti u listopadu, što mi je puno preoptimistično, mogu slobodno reći i nerealno jer dobro se zna koliko traje ispitivanje lijeka i cjepiva. Oni su navodno već u petom mjesecu počeli s kliničkim studijama, do desetog mjeseca to je skoro pa nemoguće", poručila je Mayer.
Napomenula je da se u prvoj fazi testiranja koristi šest do dest zdravih dobrovoljaca ili teško bolesnih ljudi, a u slučaju Rusije , navodi,do sada je poznato da je cjepivo primilo 67 osoba, za nju premalo da se donose bilo kakvi zaključci.
Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin objavio je da je sigurno cjepivo koje je razvio moskovski institut Gamaleja, te da je dano jednoj od njegovih kćeri.
"Imam kćer i sigurno je ne bih cijepila tim cjepivom. Kad cjepivo bude zaista sigurno, učinkovito, znanstveno dokazano, svakako ću svoje dijete cijepiti", kazala je Mayer.
Istaknula je da su u HZJZ-u zadovoljni epidemiološkim rezultatima, s obzirom da u Hrvatskoj trenutno ima milijun ljudi više, to jest turista.
"Jako smo zadovoljni kako je epidemija pod kontrolom. Te brojke su nam više manje slične, nije zabilježen nekakav veliki porast s obzirom na turiste", naglasila je Mayer.
Nije precizirala hoće li epidemiolozi preporučiti pooštravanje mjera s obzirom na nova žarišta koja se pojavljuju u noćnim klubovima na obali, ali i naglasila da su problem zatvoreni prostori i nepridržavanje mjera.
