U zagrebačkoj Kliničkoj bolnici Sveti Duh dvoje pacijenata preminulo je kraljem veljače u čekaonici Hitnog prijema, potvrdili su iz bolnice na upit portala Zagreb.info.
Pacijenti su preminuli na ležećim transportnim kolicima u čekaonici, a oni su, kako doznajemo, zbog popunjenosti svih kreveta u opservaciji hitnog prijema, umjesto u bolnički krevet smješteni u ležeća transportna kolica.
Prvi je pacijent preminuo u noći s 20. na 21. veljače, a njegovo je beživotno tijelo navodno u jutarnjim satima otkrila obitelj čiji su članovi došli posjetiti pacijenta i pronašli ga mrtvog u čekaonici.
Samo nekoliko dana kasnije slično se dogodilo i s pacijentom dopremljenim iz doma umirovljenika. Dovezen je radi rutinske zamjene urinarnog katetera, a nakon zamjene pacijent je u ležećim transportnim kolicima u čekaonici čekao ranije pozvani sanitetski prijevoz koji ga je trebao vratiti u dom. Kada su stigli djelatnici saniteta, uočili su u čekaonici da je pacijent po kojega su došli – mrtav, piše Zagreb.info.
Obitelj jednoga od preminulih angažirala je i odvjetnika i sada traže izuzimanje medicinske dokumentacije pokojnika i video zapis s nadzornih kamera u bolnici, potvrđeno je za Zagreb.info.
Iz Uprave Svetog Duha su potvrdili da su se oba ova slučaja dogodila, ali i objasnili da takve situacije na Hitnom prijemu bolnice nisu rijetkost.
”Središnji hitni prijem Kliničke bolnice Sveti Duh ustrojen je na način da su na jednom mjestu objedinjene internistička, neurološka, kirurška i urološka djelatnost, a pacijenti se primaju i zbrinjavaju prema stupnju hitnosti koji kod dolaska utvrđuje trijažna sestra, kako je to predviđeno zakonskim propisima, uz neprestano prisustvo liječnika specijalista hitne medicine”, objašnjavaju.
Dodaju da smrt na Središnjem hitnom prijemu nije rijetkost jer često dolaze teško oboljeli pacijenti. Otkrili su i koliko je pacijenata ove godine preminulo na Hitnoj.
”Nama dolaze teški pacijenti, visoke životne dobi sa brojnim pridruženim bolestima koji su često vitalno ugroženi, tako da se nažalost zna dogoditi da pacijenti tijekom zbrinjavanja preminu. Od početka godine je u našem središnjem hitnom prijemu nažalost preminulo ukupno 26 bolesnika, 14 u siječnju, 8 u veljači i 4 u ožujku”, naveli su.
Bolnica dodaje da pacijenti kojima je potreban sanitetski prijevoz isti nakon otpusta iz Središnjeg hitnog prijema čekaju u zajedničkoj čekaonici. Njoj, dodaju, sanitet ima najbliži i najbolji pristup.
”Pod neprestanim su nadzorom dvije medicinske sestre, nisu nikada prepušteni sami sebi i medicinsko osoblje, osim što ih samoinicijativno obilazi, reagira odmah i na svaki poziv”, poručuje Uprava KB-a Sveti Duh.
Svaki smrtni ishod prezentira se i analizira na jutarnjim stručnim kolegijima u svrhu utvrđivanja činjenica i daljnjeg postupanja, kažu iz bolnice i tvrde da je u oba ova slučaja liječenje provedeno prema svim pravilima struke.
”Djelatnici naše bolnice predano rade i daju sve od sebe kako bi pomogli pacijentima i ublažili njihove patnje, i to čine 24 sata dnevno, 365 dana u godini. Za nas je svaki ljudski život bitan i svaka nas smrt potrese”, zaključili su.

U zagrebačkoj Kliničkoj bolnici Sveti Duh dvoje pacijenata preminulo je kraljem veljače u čekaonici Hitnog prijema, potvrdili su iz bolnice na upit portala Zagreb.info.
Pacijenti su preminuli na ležećim transportnim kolicima u čekaonici, a oni su, kako doznajemo, zbog popunjenosti svih kreveta u opservaciji hitnog prijema, umjesto u bolnički krevet smješteni u ležeća transportna kolica.
Prvi je pacijent preminuo u noći s 20. na 21. veljače, a njegovo je beživotno tijelo navodno u jutarnjim satima otkrila obitelj čiji su članovi došli posjetiti pacijenta i pronašli ga mrtvog u čekaonici.
Samo nekoliko dana kasnije slično se dogodilo i s pacijentom dopremljenim iz doma umirovljenika. Dovezen je radi rutinske zamjene urinarnog katetera, a nakon zamjene pacijent je u ležećim transportnim kolicima u čekaonici čekao ranije pozvani sanitetski prijevoz koji ga je trebao vratiti u dom. Kada su stigli djelatnici saniteta, uočili su u čekaonici da je pacijent po kojega su došli – mrtav, piše Zagreb.info.
Obitelj jednoga od preminulih angažirala je i odvjetnika i sada traže izuzimanje medicinske dokumentacije pokojnika i video zapis s nadzornih kamera u bolnici, potvrđeno je za Zagreb.info.
Iz Uprave Svetog Duha su potvrdili da su se oba ova slučaja dogodila, ali i objasnili da takve situacije na Hitnom prijemu bolnice nisu rijetkost.
”Središnji hitni prijem Kliničke bolnice Sveti Duh ustrojen je na način da su na jednom mjestu objedinjene internistička, neurološka, kirurška i urološka djelatnost, a pacijenti se primaju i zbrinjavaju prema stupnju hitnosti koji kod dolaska utvrđuje trijažna sestra, kako je to predviđeno zakonskim propisima, uz neprestano prisustvo liječnika specijalista hitne medicine”, objašnjavaju.
Dodaju da smrt na Središnjem hitnom prijemu nije rijetkost jer često dolaze teško oboljeli pacijenti. Otkrili su i koliko je pacijenata ove godine preminulo na Hitnoj.
”Nama dolaze teški pacijenti, visoke životne dobi sa brojnim pridruženim bolestima koji su često vitalno ugroženi, tako da se nažalost zna dogoditi da pacijenti tijekom zbrinjavanja preminu. Od početka godine je u našem središnjem hitnom prijemu nažalost preminulo ukupno 26 bolesnika, 14 u siječnju, 8 u veljači i 4 u ožujku”, naveli su.
Bolnica dodaje da pacijenti kojima je potreban sanitetski prijevoz isti nakon otpusta iz Središnjeg hitnog prijema čekaju u zajedničkoj čekaonici. Njoj, dodaju, sanitet ima najbliži i najbolji pristup.
”Pod neprestanim su nadzorom dvije medicinske sestre, nisu nikada prepušteni sami sebi i medicinsko osoblje, osim što ih samoinicijativno obilazi, reagira odmah i na svaki poziv”, poručuje Uprava KB-a Sveti Duh.
Svaki smrtni ishod prezentira se i analizira na jutarnjim stručnim kolegijima u svrhu utvrđivanja činjenica i daljnjeg postupanja, kažu iz bolnice i tvrde da je u oba ova slučaja liječenje provedeno prema svim pravilima struke.
”Djelatnici naše bolnice predano rade i daju sve od sebe kako bi pomogli pacijentima i ublažili njihove patnje, i to čine 24 sata dnevno, 365 dana u godini. Za nas je svaki ljudski život bitan i svaka nas smrt potrese”, zaključili su.
