GfK Panel kućanstava, koji prati potrošnju proizvoda za kućanstvo, zabilježio je da su hrvatski građani od 24. veljače do 15. ožujka u dućanima potrošili 300 milijuna kuna više na hranu, piće, osobnu njegu i kemijska sredstva nego u istom razdoblju lani.

Najviše su se kupovali sol, smrznuta gotova jela, konzervirano meso i riba te vino i žestoka pića. 

GFK je analizirao 20 milijuna košarica kupljenih u spomenutom razdoblju ove godine i usporedio to s usporediva tri tjedna u 2019. godini.

Listu top 20 kategorija s najvećim rastom prodaje otvara sol čija je prodaja porasla 290 posto. Brašno i kvasac koji su, uz wc papir, postali sinonim "korona šopinga" tek su na 6.i 7. mjestu po rastu vrijednosti. Sapun je tek na 20.mjestu. Toaletni papir je na 31.mjestu od ukupno 130 analiziranih kategorija.

U prva tri tjedna korona šopinga vino i žestoka alkoholna pića rastu većom stopom rasta u odnosu na rast kategorije sapuna.

Izvrsno su se prodavale i delikatesne gotove salate, riža, konzervirano voće i povrće, šećer, kreme i losioni, gotovi kolači, sredstva za čiščenje wc-a...  

S druge strane, riblje delikatese i depilatori na vrhu su top liste 20 kategorija koje su u prva tri  tjedna "korona šopinga" zabilježile vrijednosni pad. Iz analize košarice vidljivo je da se hrvatski građani planiraju manje brijati, manje održavati higijenu zuba, ali i popiti manje piva.

Slabije nego inače prodavali su se uz ostalo smrznuto voće, svježi pekarski proizvodi, bezalkoholna gazirana pića, pivo i bombonijere.

Očekivano najveći dobitnik je online prodaja kod koje je potrošnja rasla čak 51 posto, dok je najveći gubitnik tržnica s padom vrijednosti od osam posto. Pekarnicama i malim trgovinama također je pao tržišni udjel.

Kod trgovačkih lanaca, Konzum Super, Konzum klik, Plodine, Spar, Tommy, dm i Bipa povećali su tržišne udjele u spomenuta tri tjedna.

Zanimljivo je da se udio potražnje za artiklima na akcijama, odnosno promocijama smanjio, za razliku od "normalnih" vremena kada često kupujemo većinu onoga što je "na akciji".

Analiza je pokazala i da kupci u dobi do 34 godine nisu potrošili ni kunu više nego obično, oni od 35 do 44 godine blago su povećali potrošnju, dok su stariji od 45 znatno više trošili.

Kupci niže kupovne moći nisu se opskrbili zalihama, dok su oni najviše prihodovne mogli napravili najveće zalihe. Zalihe su najviše punili samci dok je to kod višečlanih kućanstava bitno manje izraženo.

Postoje i značajne regionalne razlike pa su primjerice  Zagrepčani, Slavonci, Istrani  i Primorci prednjačili u pripremi zaliha, dok je to u središnjoj Hrvatskoj i Dalmaciji manje izraženo. Zalihe  su u jednakoj mjeri stvarali oni koji se izjašnjavaju kao iznimno zabrinuti zbog koronavirusa kao i oni koji nisu osobito zabrinuti.

GfK Panel kućanstava, koji prati potrošnju proizvoda za kućanstvo, zabilježio je da su hrvatski građani od 24. veljače do 15. ožujka u dućanima potrošili 300 milijuna kuna više na hranu, piće, osobnu njegu i kemijska sredstva nego u istom razdoblju lani.

Najviše su se kupovali sol, smrznuta gotova jela, konzervirano meso i riba te vino i žestoka pića. 

GFK je analizirao 20 milijuna košarica kupljenih u spomenutom razdoblju ove godine i usporedio to s usporediva tri tjedna u 2019. godini.

Listu top 20 kategorija s najvećim rastom prodaje otvara sol čija je prodaja porasla 290 posto. Brašno i kvasac koji su, uz wc papir, postali sinonim "korona šopinga" tek su na 6.i 7. mjestu po rastu vrijednosti. Sapun je tek na 20.mjestu. Toaletni papir je na 31.mjestu od ukupno 130 analiziranih kategorija.

U prva tri tjedna korona šopinga vino i žestoka alkoholna pića rastu većom stopom rasta u odnosu na rast kategorije sapuna.

Izvrsno su se prodavale i delikatesne gotove salate, riža, konzervirano voće i povrće, šećer, kreme i losioni, gotovi kolači, sredstva za čiščenje wc-a...  

S druge strane, riblje delikatese i depilatori na vrhu su top liste 20 kategorija koje su u prva tri  tjedna "korona šopinga" zabilježile vrijednosni pad. Iz analize košarice vidljivo je da se hrvatski građani planiraju manje brijati, manje održavati higijenu zuba, ali i popiti manje piva.

Slabije nego inače prodavali su se uz ostalo smrznuto voće, svježi pekarski proizvodi, bezalkoholna gazirana pića, pivo i bombonijere.

Očekivano najveći dobitnik je online prodaja kod koje je potrošnja rasla čak 51 posto, dok je najveći gubitnik tržnica s padom vrijednosti od osam posto. Pekarnicama i malim trgovinama također je pao tržišni udjel.

Kod trgovačkih lanaca, Konzum Super, Konzum klik, Plodine, Spar, Tommy, dm i Bipa povećali su tržišne udjele u spomenuta tri tjedna.

Zanimljivo je da se udio potražnje za artiklima na akcijama, odnosno promocijama smanjio, za razliku od "normalnih" vremena kada često kupujemo većinu onoga što je "na akciji".

Analiza je pokazala i da kupci u dobi do 34 godine nisu potrošili ni kunu više nego obično, oni od 35 do 44 godine blago su povećali potrošnju, dok su stariji od 45 znatno više trošili.

Kupci niže kupovne moći nisu se opskrbili zalihama, dok su oni najviše prihodovne mogli napravili najveće zalihe. Zalihe su najviše punili samci dok je to kod višečlanih kućanstava bitno manje izraženo.

Postoje i značajne regionalne razlike pa su primjerice  Zagrepčani, Slavonci, Istrani  i Primorci prednjačili u pripremi zaliha, dok je to u središnjoj Hrvatskoj i Dalmaciji manje izraženo. Zalihe  su u jednakoj mjeri stvarali oni koji se izjašnjavaju kao iznimno zabrinuti zbog koronavirusa kao i oni koji nisu osobito zabrinuti.

GfK Panel kućanstava, koji prati potrošnju proizvoda za kućanstvo, zabilježio je da su hrvatski građani od 24. veljače do 15. ožujka u dućanima potrošili 300 milijuna kuna više na hranu, piće, osobnu njegu i kemijska sredstva nego u istom razdoblju lani.

Najviše su se kupovali sol, smrznuta gotova jela, konzervirano meso i riba te vino i žestoka pića. 

GFK je analizirao 20 milijuna košarica kupljenih u spomenutom razdoblju ove godine i usporedio to s usporediva tri tjedna u 2019. godini.

Listu top 20 kategorija s najvećim rastom prodaje otvara sol čija je prodaja porasla 290 posto. Brašno i kvasac koji su, uz wc papir, postali sinonim "korona šopinga" tek su na 6.i 7. mjestu po rastu vrijednosti. Sapun je tek na 20.mjestu. Toaletni papir je na 31.mjestu od...
