Zamjenica ravnatelja Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, Ivana Pavić Šimetin, gostovala je u Dnevniku N1 televizije gdje je govorila o cijepljenju.

- Danas smo postigli rekord od više od milijun utrošenih doza. Moram reći da je veliki obuhvat cjepiva za starije od 65 godina. Što više raste životna dob to je veći udio cijepljenih. Ovi iznad 100 godina su gotovo svi cijepljeni. Ne možemo čekati da se sve te osobe cijepe prije nego što se cijepe zdravi ispod 65 godina.

U zdravoj populaciji moramo raditi prioritete jer su neki kolektivi rizičniji za zarazu ili u potpunosti ovise od toga, recimo da osoba mora biti cijepljenja da bi mogla putovati. Paralelno moramo omogućavati cijepljenje za starije od 65 i s kroničnim bolestima. Svatko tko se želi cijepiti a stariji je i ima kronične bolesti mora se javiti obiteljskom liječniku ili HZJZ-u-  kazala je ona na početku te dodala kako je interes za cijepljenje i dalje velik te se traži doza više, a osvrnula se i na slučaj u Rijeci gdje je liječnica bračnom paru rekla da nema cjepiva.

U ponedjeljak još Pfizera

 

- Ona uputa koju županijski zavodi imaju je da u distribuciji cjepiva prioritet moraju imati obiteljski liječnici tako da mogu uzeti dovoljno doza za svoju rizičnu populaciju. Tako da ako liječnik nije uspio uzeti ovaj tjedan, sljedeći tjedan će. U ponedjeljak dolazi 174.000 doza Pfizera. Uvijek je nezgodno govoriti o pojedinačnim dijagnozama, ali nisam sigurna da endometrioza ulazi u bolesti koje povećavaju rizik- detaljnije je objasnila.

- Mi smo sad u fazi kada cijelo vrijeme moramo imati omogućeno cijepljenje za sve iz prve faze, zdravstvene djelatnike, djelatnike i korisnike u domovima za starije i nemoćne i za sve iz druge faze, ali uz to ide to cijepljenje osoba koje su ispod 65 i koje nemaju nekakve bolesti koje uvećavaju rizik da teže oblike bolesti covida-19. Tu se rade prioriteti u odnosu na vrstu posla koji rade, okruženja u kojem žive. Neki poslovi nose veći rizik, tu imamo i prioritet cijepljenja u smislu promocije cijepljenja široj populaciji. Svaki županijski zavod odlučuje o prioritetima- tvrdi za N1 zamjenica Krunoslava Capaka koja dodaje kako je moguće uskoro procijepiti polovicu stanovništva. 

- Sigurno se u svibnju i lipnju može se procijepiti polovica stanovništva s obzirom na količinu doza. S obzirom na interes koji bilježimo i dinamiku cijepljenja koju imamo sigurno da je moguće- dodala je i nakon toga prokomentirala AstraZenecu. 

"AstraZeneca ima prednosti"

 

- Mi od početka govorimo da AstraZeneca ima prednosti. To je jedino cjepivo koje je, kada je registrirano, imao istraživanje koje je imalo dokazano da smanjuje učinak virusa na nos i ždrijelo. Ako i obole nakon cijepljenja, ljudi imaju statistički manju mogućnost da zaraze druge. To je izrazito bitno ako se ne cijepimo samo zbog sebe nego i zbog ljudi oko sebe. Ono ima prednost i da se doza može razmaknuti na 12 tjedana.

I to nam je dalo mogućnost da cijepimo konstantno prvu dozu. Sva 4 cjepiva su takva da nemaju niti jedne dobi, ni spola ni zdravstvenog stanja zbog čega bi se neko cjepivo trebalo izbjeći. Idemo prema onome treba se cijepiti što prije s onime što je na raspolaganju. Puno je bolje cijepiti se s onime što imamo nego čekati drugo cjepivo- objasnila je te dodala kako je u Hrvatskoj i dalje velika zainteresiranost za cijepljenje, a većinom se tu radi o radno sposobnim pojedincima koji rade u realnom sektoru.

Zamjenica ravnatelja Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, Ivana Pavić Šimetin, gostovala je u Dnevniku N1 televizije gdje je govorila o cijepljenju.

- Danas smo postigli rekord od više od milijun utrošenih doza. Moram reći da je veliki obuhvat cjepiva za starije od 65 godina. Što više raste životna dob to je veći udio cijepljenih. Ovi iznad 100 godina su gotovo svi cijepljeni. Ne možemo čekati da se sve te osobe cijepe prije nego što se cijepe zdravi ispod 65 godina.

U zdravoj populaciji moramo raditi prioritete jer su neki kolektivi rizičniji za zarazu ili u potpunosti ovise od toga, recimo da osoba mora biti cijepljenja da bi mogla putovati. Paralelno moramo omogućavati cijepljenje za starije od 65 i s kroničnim bolestima. Svatko tko se želi cijepiti a stariji je i ima kronične bolesti mora se javiti obiteljskom liječniku ili HZJZ-u-  kazala je ona na početku te dodala kako je interes za cijepljenje i dalje velik te se traži doza više, a osvrnula se i na slučaj u Rijeci gdje je liječnica bračnom paru rekla da nema cjepiva.

U ponedjeljak još Pfizera

 

- Ona uputa koju županijski zavodi imaju je da u distribuciji cjepiva prioritet moraju imati obiteljski liječnici tako da mogu uzeti dovoljno doza za svoju rizičnu populaciju. Tako da ako liječnik nije uspio uzeti ovaj tjedan, sljedeći tjedan će. U ponedjeljak dolazi 174.000 doza Pfizera. Uvijek je nezgodno govoriti o pojedinačnim dijagnozama, ali nisam sigurna da endometrioza ulazi u bolesti koje povećavaju rizik- detaljnije je objasnila.

- Mi smo sad u fazi kada cijelo vrijeme moramo imati omogućeno cijepljenje za sve iz prve faze, zdravstvene djelatnike, djelatnike i korisnike u domovima za starije i nemoćne i za sve iz druge faze, ali uz to ide to cijepljenje osoba koje su ispod 65 i koje nemaju nekakve bolesti koje uvećavaju rizik da teže oblike bolesti covida-19. Tu se rade prioriteti u odnosu na vrstu posla koji rade, okruženja u kojem žive. Neki poslovi nose veći rizik, tu imamo i prioritet cijepljenja u smislu promocije cijepljenja široj populaciji. Svaki županijski zavod odlučuje o prioritetima- tvrdi za N1 zamjenica Krunoslava Capaka koja dodaje kako je moguće uskoro procijepiti polovicu stanovništva. 

- Sigurno se u svibnju i lipnju može se procijepiti polovica stanovništva s obzirom na količinu doza. S obzirom na interes koji bilježimo i dinamiku cijepljenja koju imamo sigurno da je moguće- dodala je i nakon toga prokomentirala AstraZenecu. 

"AstraZeneca ima prednosti"

 

- Mi od početka govorimo da AstraZeneca ima prednosti. To je jedino cjepivo koje je, kada je registrirano, imao istraživanje koje je imalo dokazano da smanjuje učinak virusa na nos i ždrijelo. Ako i obole nakon cijepljenja, ljudi imaju statistički manju mogućnost da zaraze druge. To je izrazito bitno ako se ne cijepimo samo zbog sebe nego i zbog ljudi oko sebe. Ono ima prednost i da se doza može razmaknuti na 12 tjedana.

I to nam je dalo mogućnost da cijepimo konstantno prvu dozu. Sva 4 cjepiva su takva da nemaju niti jedne dobi, ni spola ni zdravstvenog stanja zbog čega bi se neko cjepivo trebalo izbjeći. Idemo prema onome treba se cijepiti što prije s onime što je na raspolaganju. Puno je bolje cijepiti se s onime što imamo nego čekati drugo cjepivo- objasnila je te dodala kako je u Hrvatskoj i dalje velika zainteresiranost za cijepljenje, a većinom se tu radi o radno sposobnim pojedincima koji rade u realnom sektoru.

Capakova zamjenica uvjerava kako AstraZeneca ima prednosti nad drugim cjepivima: ‘Ljudi imaju statistički manju mogućnost zaraziti druge‘

Zamjenica ravnatelja Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, Ivana Pavić Šimetin, gostovala je u Dnevniku N1 televizije gdje je govorila o cijepljenju.

- Danas smo postigli rekord od više od milijun utrošenih doza. Moram reći da je veliki obuhvat cjepiva za starije od 65 godina. Što više raste životna dob to je veći udio cijepljenih. Ovi iznad 100 godina su gotovo svi cijepljeni. Ne možemo čekati da se sve te osobe cijepe prije nego što se cijepe zdravi ispod 65 godina.

U zdravoj populaciji moramo raditi prioritete jer su neki kolektivi rizičniji za zarazu ili u potpunosti ovise od toga, recimo da osoba mora biti cijepljenja da bi mogla putovati. Paralelno moramo omogućavati cijepljenje za starije od 65 i s kroničnim bolestima. Svatko tko se želi cijepiti a stariji je i ima kron...
