Izbori su pred vratima, otvorena su brojna pitanja, a među njima i ono koliko će aktualna situacija u zdravstvenom sustavu imati utjecaja na izbore, piše Jutarnji list.
Prema rezultatima istraživanja HealthComm Foruma, građani poručuju - ako želite naš glas, dajte nam konkretna rješenja za probleme u zdravstvenom sustavu. Ukratko, građani znatno lošije ocjenjuju zdravstvo nego prije četiri godine i velika većina, njih čak 88 posto, tvrdi da će im na odluku o odabiru političke opcije u najvećoj mjeri utjecati programi usmjereni na poboljšanje kvalitete zdravstvene skrbi. Konkretno, prosječna ocjena zdravstva 2020. bila je 3,3, a danas je pala na jako niskih 2,7. Pritom samo 13 posto građana hrvatskom zdravstvu daje ocjenu vrlo dobar, a gotovo nitko odličan, dok tek svaki šesti građanin smatra da je zdravstveni sustav fokusiran na pacijenta.
Riječju, građani poručuju strankama da im je tema zdravlja vrlo važna te da veće šanse imaju oni koji će ponuditi rješenje za sve veće probleme u tom sustavu. Da to ipak nisu samo financije, potvrđuju podaci prema kojima je u protekle četiri godine izdvajanje za zdravlje poraslo s oko 3,5 na više od pet milijardi eura lani. Istodobno je broj osiguranika pao za čak 200.000.
"Očito je da su građani razočarani jer javni zdravstveni sustav ne ispunjava očekivanja - pravo na zdravlje. To znači da će na izborni rezultat utjecati i to kakav će odgovor dati političke elite na važno pitanje kako okrenuti katastrofalni trend. Živimo kraće i imamo značajno manji broj godina u punom zdravlju, poglavito u odnosu na čak dvadesetak zemalja EU. Također smo na vrhu pretilih u EU, a kronične nezarazne te zloćudne bolesti u vrhu su uzroka smrtnosti. Očito je vrijeme za novi društveni ugovor u zdravstvu i to će biti glavna tema ovogodišnjeg HealthComm Foruma", kaže Nina Išek Međugorac, izvršna direktorica Val grupe i direktorica HealthComm Foruma, uoči drugog izdanja tog događanja koje će se 6. i 7. lipnja održati u Zagrebu.
Išek Međugorac ističe kako je istraživanje pokazalo da čak 87 posto građana među tri najvažnije teme u odabiru političkih stranaka na izborima posebno ističe zdravstvo, što je sedam postotnih poena više nego 2020. godine. Pritom čak 61 posto građana smatra da programi o poboljšanju zdravstvene skrbi izrazito utječu na njihovu odluku o glasovanju, i to značajno više nego 2020. godine kad je to smatralo 46 posto građana.
Važnost zdravstvenih tema posebno se ističe u kontekstu sve lošijih zdravstvenih pokazatelja u hrvatskom društvu. Prosječni građanin u Hrvatskoj živi kraće od svojih susjeda u EU, usvojio je nezdrave životne stilove, a sve se više njih suočava s kroničnim bolestima. Tek svaki šesti građanin smatra da je zdravstveni sustav fokusiran na pacijente, njih samo 17 posto daje visoku ocjenu javnom zdravstvu, a pet posto privatnom.
Za njih 56 posto važno je hitno riješiti liste čekanja za dijagnostiku i liječenje, poglavito zloćudnih bolesti, što je više negoli 2020. kad je to bilo važno za 33,4 posto građana. Također, 77 posto građana drži da je za boljitak sustava nužna reorganizacija i promjena upravljanja, a njih 62 posto smatra da je potrebno više sredstava. Čak 78 posto građana smatra da je dostupnost novih, inovativnih lijekova u Hrvatskoj manja nego u ostatku EU, a još veći dio građana, njih 83 posto, vidi to kao problem.

NOVI DRUŠTVENI UGOVOR U ZDRAVSTVU
Novi društveni ugovor u zdravstvu i problemi u sustavu tema su HealthComm Foruma na kojem će se 6. i 7. lipnja razgovarati u Zagrebu s predstavnicima javnog i privatnog zdravstva, nacionalne i lokalnih vlasti, farmaceutske industrije, strukovnih udruženja, udruga pacijenata i medija te dugih relevantnih sudionika. Izbori su pred vratima, otvorena su brojna pitanja, a među njima i ono koliko će aktualna situacija u zdravstvenom sustavu imati utjecaja na izbore, piše Jutarnji list.
Prema rezultatima istraživanja HealthComm Foruma, građani poručuju - ako želite naš glas, dajte nam konkretna rješenja za probleme u zdravstvenom sustavu. Ukratko, građani znatno lošije ocjenjuju zdravstvo nego prije četiri godine i velika većina, njih čak 88 posto, tvrdi da će im na odluku o odabiru političke opcije u najvećoj mjeri utjecati programi usmjereni na poboljšanje kvalitete zdravstvene skrbi. Konkretno, prosječna ocjena zdravstva 2020. bila je 3,3, a danas je pala na jako niskih 2,7. Pritom samo 13 posto građana hrvatskom zdravstvu daje ocjenu vrlo dobar, a gotovo nitko odličan, dok tek svaki šesti građanin smatra da je zdravstveni sustav fokusiran na pacijenta.
Riječju, građani poručuju strankama da im je tema zdravlja vrlo važna te da veće šanse imaju oni koji će ponuditi rješenje za sve veće probleme u tom sustavu. Da to ipak nisu samo financije, potvrđuju podaci prema kojima je u protekle četiri godine izdvajanje za zdravlje poraslo s oko 3,5 na više od pet milijardi eura lani. Istodobno je broj osiguranika pao za čak 200.000.
"Očito je da su građani razočarani jer javni zdravstveni sustav ne ispunjava očekivanja - pravo na zdravlje. To znači da će na izborni rezultat utjecati i to kakav će odgovor dati političke elite na važno pitanje kako okrenuti katastrofalni trend. Živimo kraće i imamo značajno manji broj godina u punom zdravlju, poglavito u odnosu na čak dvadesetak zemalja EU. Također smo na vrhu pretilih u EU, a kronične nezarazne te zloćudne bolesti u vrhu su uzroka smrtnosti. Očito je vrijeme za novi društveni ugovor u zdravstvu i to će biti glavna tema ovogodišnjeg HealthComm Foruma", kaže Nina Išek Međugorac, izvršna direktorica Val grupe i direktorica HealthComm Foruma, uoči drugog izdanja tog događanja koje će se 6. i 7. lipnja održati u Zagrebu.
Išek Međugorac ističe kako je istraživanje pokazalo da čak 87 posto građana među tri najvažnije teme u odabiru političkih stranaka na izborima posebno ističe zdravstvo, što je sedam postotnih poena više nego 2020. godine. Pritom čak 61 posto građana smatra da programi o poboljšanju zdravstvene skrbi izrazito utječu na njihovu odluku o glasovanju, i to značajno više nego 2020. godine kad je to smatralo 46 posto građana.
Važnost zdravstvenih tema posebno se ističe u kontekstu sve lošijih zdravstvenih pokazatelja u hrvatskom društvu. Prosječni građanin u Hrvatskoj živi kraće od svojih susjeda u EU, usvojio je nezdrave životne stilove, a sve se više njih suočava s kroničnim bolestima. Tek svaki šesti građanin smatra da je zdravstveni sustav fokusiran na pacijente, njih samo 17 posto daje visoku ocjenu javnom zdravstvu, a pet posto privatnom.
Za njih 56 posto važno je hitno riješiti liste čekanja za dijagnostiku i liječenje, poglavito zloćudnih bolesti, što je više negoli 2020. kad je to bilo važno za 33,4 posto građana. Također, 77 posto građana drži da je za boljitak sustava nužna reorganizacija i promjena upravljanja, a njih 62 posto smatra da je potrebno više sredstava. Čak 78 posto građana smatra da je dostupnost novih, inovativnih lijekova u Hrvatskoj manja nego u ostatku EU, a još veći dio građana, njih 83 posto, vidi to kao problem.

NOVI DRUŠTVENI UGOVOR U ZDRAVSTVU
Novi društveni ugovor u zdravstvu i problemi u sustavu tema su HealthComm Foruma na kojem će se 6. i 7. lipnja razgovarati u Zagrebu s predstavnicima javnog i privatnog zdravstva, nacionalne i lokalnih vlasti, farmaceutske industrije, strukovnih udruženja, udruga pacijenata i medija te dugih relevantnih sudionika.
