USKOK sumnjiči bivši ministricu regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije Gabrijelu Žalac da je 2017. godine, kao ministrica, pokušala u HBOR-u, gdje je bila član Nadzornoga odbora, lobirati za tvrtku hercegovačkoga poduzetnika Milenka Bašića kako bi on dobio 130 milijuna eura kredita za gradnju vjetroelektrana.

Žalac je to činila, tvrdi USKOK u najnovijem proširenju istrage u tzv. aferi Vjetroelektrane, na poticaj tadašnje državne tajnice Josipe Rimac, a njih obje tražile su od predsjednice HBOR-a da za navedeni kredit smanji instrumente osiguranja te da sastavi pismo namjere u kojemu će prije nego što uopće odluči o kreditu HBOR-a, navesti da će kredit CEMP-u biti odobren.

Međutim, ravnateljica HBOR-a je sve to odbila. USKOK je jučer objavio da je treći put proširio istragu u tzv. aferi Vjetroelektrane, i dok je ranijim proširenjem Gabrijela Žalac bila osumnjičena da je od Josipe Rimac tražila da sredi prolaz na državnom ispitu njezinu bratu, optužbe protiv Žalac postale su puno ozbiljnije.

HPB mu odbio kredit

Za svoje usluge lobiranja u HBOR-u, Milenko Bašić je Rimac, tvrdi USKOK, nagradio u kolovozu 2019. jedrenjem u vrijednosti 2000 eura. Osim kod HBOR-a, Bašić je, tvrdi Uskok, pokušao ishoditi i 50 milijuna eura kredita od Hrvatske poštanske banke (HPB), obećavajući direktoru HPB-a da će mu se odužiti, no on ga je odbio također. Uz Gabrijelu Žalac novim je proširenjem osumnjičen i ravnatelj Hrvatskoga operatera distribucijskoga sustava (HOPS) Tomislav Plavšić, koje se sumnjiči da je CEMP-u na traženje Josipe Rimac osigurao zaključivanje ugovora potrebnih za daljnji razvoj, puštanje u rad, proizvodnju i prodaju električne energije za vjetroelektranu iako je znao da CEMP ne ispunjava potrebne uvjete. Naime, tvrdi USKOK, Plavšić je zaključio Ugovor o korištenju mreže s CEMP-om iako CEMP "nije dostavio dokaz o vlasništvu odnosno nekom drugom stvarnom pravu na građevini koja se priključuje na mrežu".

Novim krugom istrage proširene su i optužbe protiv predsjednika Upravnog vijeća (UV) Hrvatske regulatorne agencije (Hera) Tomislava Jurekovića te bivšega pomoćnika u Ministarstvu zaštite okoliša i energetike Domagoja Validžića koje se također tereti da su na nagovor Josipe Rimac pogodovali CEMP-u. Jurekoviću se sada na teret stavlja i da je osigurao produljenje statusa povlaštenog proizvođača električne energije i izdavanje dozvole za obavljanje energetske djelatnosti Bašićevoj tvrtki, a za što je od Rimac, koja je bila državna tajnica u Ministarstvu uprave, tražio da njegovoj prijateljici osigura radno mjesto višeg inspektora u Državnom inspektoratu RH, na što je Josipa Rimac pristala. Validžić je, pak, tvrdi USKOK, na traženje Josipe Rimac izradio tumačenja ministarstva kojima bi se bankama koje su kreditirale CEMP, prezentiralo da ne postoji opasnost da CEMP izgubi status povlaštenog proizvođača električne energije, a kako bi CEMP produljio rokove za korištenje kredita.

Namještanje ispita

 

- U spornome mišljenju ministarstva tako su izostavljene sve relevantne odredbe pa tako ni one u kojima se navode uvjeti za raskid ugovora o otkupu električne energije sklopljenog s operatorom tržišta. Takvo tumačenje TD je dostavilo navedenim bankama uz zahtjeve za produljenje roka korištenja kredita, koji im je i odobren- naveo je Uskok.

I na kraju, USKOK je Josipu Rimac osumnjičio i da je namještala ispite za državnu službu u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji.

- Tražila je od v.d. predstojnice Ureda državne uprave u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji, tijekom provedbe javnih natječaja za prijam u državnu službu na neodređeno vrijeme, da osigura ostvarivanje najboljih rezultata na testiranju i zapošljavanje- tvrdi USKOK, navodeći da je ta predstojnica zatim preko Josipe Rimac dostavljala kandidatima pitanja s ispita za prijam u službu, a omogućivši im ostvarivanje najboljih rezultata.

USKOK sumnjiči bivši ministricu regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije Gabrijelu Žalac da je 2017. godine, kao ministrica, pokušala u HBOR-u, gdje je bila član Nadzornoga odbora, lobirati za tvrtku hercegovačkoga poduzetnika Milenka Bašića kako bi on dobio 130 milijuna eura kredita za gradnju vjetroelektrana.

Žalac je to činila, tvrdi USKOK u najnovijem proširenju istrage u tzv. aferi Vjetroelektrane, na poticaj tadašnje državne tajnice Josipe Rimac, a njih obje tražile su od predsjednice HBOR-a da za navedeni kredit smanji instrumente osiguranja te da sastavi pismo namjere u kojemu će prije nego što uopće odluči o kreditu HBOR-a, navesti da će kredit CEMP-u biti odobren.

Međutim, ravnateljica HBOR-a je sve to odbila. USKOK je jučer objavio da je treći put proširio istragu u tzv. aferi Vjetroelektrane, i dok je ranijim proširenjem Gabrijela Žalac bila osumnjičena da je od Josipe Rimac tražila da sredi prolaz na državnom ispitu njezinu bratu, optužbe protiv Žalac postale su puno ozbiljnije.

HPB mu odbio kredit

Za svoje usluge lobiranja u HBOR-u, Milenko Bašić je Rimac, tvrdi USKOK, nagradio u kolovozu 2019. jedrenjem u vrijednosti 2000 eura. Osim kod HBOR-a, Bašić je, tvrdi Uskok, pokušao ishoditi i 50 milijuna eura kredita od Hrvatske poštanske banke (HPB), obećavajući direktoru HPB-a da će mu se odužiti, no on ga je odbio također. Uz Gabrijelu Žalac novim je proširenjem osumnjičen i ravnatelj Hrvatskoga operatera distribucijskoga sustava (HOPS) Tomislav Plavšić, koje se sumnjiči da je CEMP-u na traženje Josipe Rimac osigurao zaključivanje ugovora potrebnih za daljnji razvoj, puštanje u rad, proizvodnju i prodaju električne energije za vjetroelektranu iako je znao da CEMP ne ispunjava potrebne uvjete. Naime, tvrdi USKOK, Plavšić je zaključio Ugovor o korištenju mreže s CEMP-om iako CEMP "nije dostavio dokaz o vlasništvu odnosno nekom drugom stvarnom pravu na građevini koja se priključuje na mrežu".

Novim krugom istrage proširene su i optužbe protiv predsjednika Upravnog vijeća (UV) Hrvatske regulatorne agencije (Hera) Tomislava Jurekovića te bivšega pomoćnika u Ministarstvu zaštite okoliša i energetike Domagoja Validžića koje se također tereti da su na nagovor Josipe Rimac pogodovali CEMP-u. Jurekoviću se sada na teret stavlja i da je osigurao produljenje statusa povlaštenog proizvođača električne energije i izdavanje dozvole za obavljanje energetske djelatnosti Bašićevoj tvrtki, a za što je od Rimac, koja je bila državna tajnica u Ministarstvu uprave, tražio da njegovoj prijateljici osigura radno mjesto višeg inspektora u Državnom inspektoratu RH, na što je Josipa Rimac pristala. Validžić je, pak, tvrdi USKOK, na traženje Josipe Rimac izradio tumačenja ministarstva kojima bi se bankama koje su kreditirale CEMP, prezentiralo da ne postoji opasnost da CEMP izgubi status povlaštenog proizvođača električne energije, a kako bi CEMP produljio rokove za korištenje kredita.

Namještanje ispita

 

- U spornome mišljenju ministarstva tako su izostavljene sve relevantne odredbe pa tako ni one u kojima se navode uvjeti za raskid ugovora o otkupu električne energije sklopljenog s operatorom tržišta. Takvo tumačenje TD je dostavilo navedenim bankama uz zahtjeve za produljenje roka korištenja kredita, koji im je i odobren- naveo je Uskok.

I na kraju, USKOK je Josipu Rimac osumnjičio i da je namještala ispite za državnu službu u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji.

- Tražila je od v.d. predstojnice Ureda državne uprave u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji, tijekom provedbe javnih natječaja za prijam u državnu službu na neodređeno vrijeme, da osigura ostvarivanje najboljih rezultata na testiranju i zapošljavanje- tvrdi USKOK, navodeći da je ta predstojnica zatim preko Josipe Rimac dostavljala kandidatima pitanja s ispita za prijam u službu, a omogućivši im ostvarivanje najboljih rezultata.

USKOK sumnjiči bivši ministricu regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije Gabrijelu Žalac da je 2017. godine, kao ministrica, pokušala u HBOR-u, gdje je bila član Nadzornoga odbora, lobirati za tvrtku hercegovačkoga poduzetnika Milenka Bašića kako bi on dobio 130 milijuna eura kredita za gradnju vjetroelektrana.

Žalac je to činila, tvrdi USKOK u najnovijem proširenju istrage u tzv. aferi Vjetroelektrane, na poticaj tadašnje državne tajnice Josipe Rimac, a njih obje tražile su od predsjednice HBOR-a da za navedeni kredit smanji instrumente osiguranja te da sastavi pismo namjere u kojemu će prije nego što uopće odluči o kreditu HBOR-a, navesti da će kredit CEMP-u biti odobren.

Međutim, ravnateljica HBOR-a je sve to odbila. USKOK je jučer objavio da je treći put...
