Situacija u Gračacu je ozbiljna s obizrom na izlijevanje rijeke Otuče i podzemne vode te je potrebno naći sveobuhvatno infrastrukturno rješenje kako bi se pomoglo ljudima, rekao je ministar unutarnjih poslova Davor Božinović u tom poplavljenom gradiću u utorak.
- Situacija je vrlo ozbiljna. Ovdje nam se dogodilo da se po prvi puta u povijesti Otuča izlila i došla je sve do Novog naselja koje je zapravo poplavilo u zadnjih šest mjeseci dva puta, a treći put je poplava bila vezana za cijev, rekao je Božinović, koji je ranije u utorak posjetio i Obrovac.
Naveo je kako je poplava kombinacija činjenice da se Otuča izlila i brojnih podzemnih voda, odnosno da je došlo do zasićenja tla.
- Moramo naći rješenje koje je sveobuhvatnije, prije svega za ljude da im se što prije pomogne s određenim infrastrukturnim zahvatima, rekao je ministar.
Dodao je kako se dugoročno cijeli kompleks podzemnih voda, rijeka, povećanih obilnih kiša vezanih i za klimatske promjene mora sagledati sveobuhvatno jer je ono što se dogodilo u Gračacu imalo izravan utjecaj na ono što se dogodilo u Obrovcu.
- Trebamo uključiti svu znanost koju imamo. Nije lako otkriti sve one poticaje koji dovode do ovakvih ekstremnih poplava, međutim to je naša zadaća, rekao je Božinović.
Naglasio je kako nije bilo ljudskih žrtava te da su sve sastavnice sustava civilne zaštite maksimalno kvalitetno i profesionalno odradile svoj posao.
Na upit razmišlja li se o tome da se naprave kanali prema donjim livadama kako naselje ne bi bilo poplavljeno u ovakvim situacijama, na što su građani upozoravali, Božinović je rekao kako su razgovarali s predstavnicima Hrvatskih voda.
- Postoje projekti koji su u tijeku. Radi o tome da i Otuču očito treba očistiti od taloga koji se godinama prikupljao, međutim, ponavljam, uz ova ad hoc rješenja trebamo tražiti dugoročna rješenja, pojasnio je Božinović.
Dodao je kako su im domaćini rekli da pamte i veće kiše, ali nije dolazilo do ovakvih poplava.
- Očito je da su i pod zemljom određeni procesi koje moramo vrlo precizno detektirati, uz ono što smo rekli i za Zrmanju - mora se dno početi čistiti od sedimenata, naslaga, mulja, pijeska jer nekad se to radilo i nekad je bilo puno manje poplava, ocijenio je ministar.
Načelnik Općine Gračac Robert Juko rekao je kako su na sastanku ministru izložili svoje probleme i trenutno stanje.
Juko je također naveo kako je Otuča imala najveći vodostaj koji je ikad izmjeren. Prije je iznosio 200 centimetara, dok je jučer kada je bila poplava bio na 235. Danas je vodostaj 123 centimetara.
- Kiša i dalje pada, imamo problem ispod Gračaca u Đekić glavici, zvali su nas pa idemo na teren jer voda prodire u neke kuće, istaknuo je Juko.

Situacija u Gračacu je ozbiljna s obizrom na izlijevanje rijeke Otuče i podzemne vode te je potrebno naći sveobuhvatno infrastrukturno rješenje kako bi se pomoglo ljudima, rekao je ministar unutarnjih poslova Davor Božinović u tom poplavljenom gradiću u utorak.
- Situacija je vrlo ozbiljna. Ovdje nam se dogodilo da se po prvi puta u povijesti Otuča izlila i došla je sve do Novog naselja koje je zapravo poplavilo u zadnjih šest mjeseci dva puta, a treći put je poplava bila vezana za cijev, rekao je Božinović, koji je ranije u utorak posjetio i Obrovac.
Naveo je kako je poplava kombinacija činjenice da se Otuča izlila i brojnih podzemnih voda, odnosno da je došlo do zasićenja tla.
- Moramo naći rješenje koje je sveobuhvatnije, prije svega za ljude da im se što prije pomogne s određenim infrastrukturnim zahvatima, rekao je ministar.
Dodao je kako se dugoročno cijeli kompleks podzemnih voda, rijeka, povećanih obilnih kiša vezanih i za klimatske promjene mora sagledati sveobuhvatno jer je ono što se dogodilo u Gračacu imalo izravan utjecaj na ono što se dogodilo u Obrovcu.
- Trebamo uključiti svu znanost koju imamo. Nije lako otkriti sve one poticaje koji dovode do ovakvih ekstremnih poplava, međutim to je naša zadaća, rekao je Božinović.
Naglasio je kako nije bilo ljudskih žrtava te da su sve sastavnice sustava civilne zaštite maksimalno kvalitetno i profesionalno odradile svoj posao.
Na upit razmišlja li se o tome da se naprave kanali prema donjim livadama kako naselje ne bi bilo poplavljeno u ovakvim situacijama, na što su građani upozoravali, Božinović je rekao kako su razgovarali s predstavnicima Hrvatskih voda.
- Postoje projekti koji su u tijeku. Radi o tome da i Otuču očito treba očistiti od taloga koji se godinama prikupljao, međutim, ponavljam, uz ova ad hoc rješenja trebamo tražiti dugoročna rješenja, pojasnio je Božinović.
Dodao je kako su im domaćini rekli da pamte i veće kiše, ali nije dolazilo do ovakvih poplava.
- Očito je da su i pod zemljom određeni procesi koje moramo vrlo precizno detektirati, uz ono što smo rekli i za Zrmanju - mora se dno početi čistiti od sedimenata, naslaga, mulja, pijeska jer nekad se to radilo i nekad je bilo puno manje poplava, ocijenio je ministar.
Načelnik Općine Gračac Robert Juko rekao je kako su na sastanku ministru izložili svoje probleme i trenutno stanje.
Juko je također naveo kako je Otuča imala najveći vodostaj koji je ikad izmjeren. Prije je iznosio 200 centimetara, dok je jučer kada je bila poplava bio na 235. Danas je vodostaj 123 centimetara.
- Kiša i dalje pada, imamo problem ispod Gračaca u Đekić glavici, zvali su nas pa idemo na teren jer voda prodire u neke kuće, istaknuo je Juko.
