Šibenska policija završila je kriminalističko istraživanje o teškoj pomorskoj nesreći koja se u subotu oko 13 sati dogodila u kornatskom akvatoriju, javlja Šibenski list. Podsjetimo, u toj nesreći je smrtno stradao 14- godišnjak s nizozemskim državljanstvom.

- U Odjelu općeg kriminaliteta, Službe kriminalističke policije, je dovršeno kriminalističko istraživanje nad 20-godišnjakom osumnjičenim za teško kazneno djelo protiv sigurnosti počinjeno na štetu djeteta nizozemskog državljanina- kazala je Marica Kosor, glasnogovornica Policijske uprave šibensko- kninske.

Prema njezinim riječima, utvrđeno je da je osumnjičeni 20-godišnjak 18. srpnja 13.15. sati na području Nacionalnog parka Kornati u Žutskom kanalu, upravljao gliserom s izvanbrodskim motorom, premda za njegovo upravljanje nije imao potrebite dozvole.

- Tom prilikom je prevozio troje putnika nizozemskih državljana, dok je smrtno stradalo dijete vukao na okruglom gumenom dušeku, koji je bio privezan konopom za krmeni dio glisera. Tom prilikom osumnjičeni je jednom trenutku, dok je vukao dušek na kojem se nalazilo smrtno stradalo dijete, napravio manevar u lijevu stranu, a potom se naglo vratio u desnu stranu, uslijed čega je došlo do udara dušeka na kojem se nalazilo dijete u gliser. Tada je dijete tijelom udarilo u gliser i zadobilo teške i po život opasne ozljede, od kojih je u 16.55 sati preminulo u Općoj bolnici Šibenik - pojasnila je Kosor.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja osumnjičeni 20- godišnji hrvatski državljanin je, uz kaznenu prijavu Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku, predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske.

Šibenska policija završila je kriminalističko istraživanje o teškoj pomorskoj nesreći koja se u subotu oko 13 sati dogodila u kornatskom akvatoriju, javlja Šibenski list. Podsjetimo, u toj nesreći je smrtno stradao 14- godišnjak s nizozemskim državljanstvom.

- U Odjelu općeg kriminaliteta, Službe kriminalističke policije, je dovršeno kriminalističko istraživanje nad 20-godišnjakom osumnjičenim za teško kazneno djelo protiv sigurnosti počinjeno na štetu djeteta nizozemskog državljanina- kazala je Marica Kosor, glasnogovornica Policijske uprave šibensko- kninske.

Prema njezinim riječima, utvrđeno je da je osumnjičeni 20-godišnjak 18. srpnja 13.15. sati na području Nacionalnog parka Kornati u Žutskom kanalu, upravljao gliserom s izvanbrodskim motorom, premda za njegovo upravljanje nije imao potrebite dozvole.

- Tom prilikom je prevozio troje putnika nizozemskih državljana, dok je smrtno stradalo dijete vukao na okruglom gumenom dušeku, koji je bio privezan konopom za krmeni dio glisera. Tom prilikom osumnjičeni je jednom trenutku, dok je vukao dušek na kojem se nalazilo smrtno stradalo dijete, napravio manevar u lijevu stranu, a potom se naglo vratio u desnu stranu, uslijed čega je došlo do udara dušeka na kojem se nalazilo dijete u gliser. Tada je dijete tijelom udarilo u gliser i zadobilo teške i po život opasne ozljede, od kojih je u 16.55 sati preminulo u Općoj bolnici Šibenik - pojasnila je Kosor.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja osumnjičeni 20- godišnji hrvatski državljanin je, uz kaznenu prijavu Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku, predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske.

Šibenska policija završila je kriminalističko istraživanje o teškoj pomorskoj nesreći koja se u subotu oko 13 sati dogodila u kornatskom akvatoriju, javlja Šibenski list. Podsjetimo, u toj nesreći je smrtno stradao 14- godišnjak s nizozemskim državljanstvom.

- U Odjelu općeg kriminaliteta, Službe kriminalističke policije, je dovršeno kriminalističko istraživanje nad 20-godišnjakom osumnjičenim za teško kazneno djelo protiv sigurnosti počinjeno na štetu djeteta nizozemskog državljanina- kazala je Marica Kosor, glasnogovornica Policijske uprave šibensko- kninske.

Prema njezinim riječima, utvrđeno je da je osumnjičeni 20-godišnjak 18. srpnja 13.15. sati na području Nacionalnog parka Kornati u Žutskom kanalu, upravljao gliserom s izvanbrodskim motorom, premda za...
