Skoro punih šest godina nakon otvaranja istrage protiv vlasnika tvrtke CE-ZA-R Petra Pripuza, zbog optužbi da je temeljem fiktivnoga otkupa željeza iz navedene tvrtke izvukao 39,8 milijuna kuna te pritom utajio pet milijuna kuna poreza, USKOK je danas obustavio istragu protiv Pripuza u tome predmetu.

Istraga je također, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, obustavljena i protiv ostalih okrivljenika, njih 11, među kojima je i Pripuzov sin Ante. Riječ je o predmetu u kojemu je USKOK u dva navrata podizao optužnicu, no sud im je oba puta optužnicu vratio, smatrajući da je nerazumljiva, piše Jutarnji list.

Posljednje vraćanje optužnice dogodilo se 1. ožujka ove godine, kada je optužno vijeće zagrebačkoga Županijskoga suda dalo samo dva mjeseca da optužnicu dopuni, odnosni podigne novu. Po svemu sudeći, u USKOK-u su zaključili kako to nije moguće te su danas izvijestili okrivljenike kako je istraga protiv njih obustavljena.

Prvi puta zagrebački Županijski sud im je optužnicu vratio u prosincu 2020., također navodeći kako iz dokaza koje je USKOK proveo u istrazi ne proizlaze kaznena djela za koja su okrivili Pripuza i ostale.

"Optužno vijeće vratilo je cijelu optužnicu u istragu i dalo rok od šest mjeseci da se provede istraga. Najkraće rečeno, činjenični opis i bitna obilježja kaznenog djela ne proizlaze iz dokaza koji su ponuđeni. Optužnica je kaotična, preopširna, matematika je pogrešno utvrđena i nema dokaza da je CE-ZA-R pretrpio štetu. Nema dokaza o protupravnoj imovinskoj koristi za Petra Pripuza i Antu Pripuza", rekao je Pripuzov odvjetnik Anto Nobilo novinarima nakon prve odluke 2020.

Tada je, međutim, sud USKOK-u dao rok od 6 mjeseci za podizanje nove optužnice, a što je USKOK i napravio, no kako će se vidjeti, s ništa više uspjeha.

Osim navedenog postupka za željezo, Petar Pripuz je bio optužen za dvije točke i u predmetu Agram, zajedno s pokojnim zagrebačkim gradonačelnikom Milanom Bandićem, no u tome predmetu je Pripuz nepravomoćno oslobođen, podsjeća Jutarnji list.

Skoro punih šest godina nakon otvaranja istrage protiv vlasnika tvrtke CE-ZA-R Petra Pripuza, zbog optužbi da je temeljem fiktivnoga otkupa željeza iz navedene tvrtke izvukao 39,8 milijuna kuna te pritom utajio pet milijuna kuna poreza, USKOK je danas obustavio istragu protiv Pripuza u tome predmetu.

Istraga je također, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, obustavljena i protiv ostalih okrivljenika, njih 11, među kojima je i Pripuzov sin Ante. Riječ je o predmetu u kojemu je USKOK u dva navrata podizao optužnicu, no sud im je oba puta optužnicu vratio, smatrajući da je nerazumljiva, piše Jutarnji list.

Posljednje vraćanje optužnice dogodilo se 1. ožujka ove godine, kada je optužno vijeće zagrebačkoga Županijskoga suda dalo samo dva mjeseca da optužnicu dopuni, odnosni podigne novu. Po svemu sudeći, u USKOK-u su zaključili kako to nije moguće te su danas izvijestili okrivljenike kako je istraga protiv njih obustavljena.

Prvi puta zagrebački Županijski sud im je optužnicu vratio u prosincu 2020., također navodeći kako iz dokaza koje je USKOK proveo u istrazi ne proizlaze kaznena djela za koja su okrivili Pripuza i ostale.

"Optužno vijeće vratilo je cijelu optužnicu u istragu i dalo rok od šest mjeseci da se provede istraga. Najkraće rečeno, činjenični opis i bitna obilježja kaznenog djela ne proizlaze iz dokaza koji su ponuđeni. Optužnica je kaotična, preopširna, matematika je pogrešno utvrđena i nema dokaza da je CE-ZA-R pretrpio štetu. Nema dokaza o protupravnoj imovinskoj koristi za Petra Pripuza i Antu Pripuza", rekao je Pripuzov odvjetnik Anto Nobilo novinarima nakon prve odluke 2020.

Tada je, međutim, sud USKOK-u dao rok od 6 mjeseci za podizanje nove optužnice, a što je USKOK i napravio, no kako će se vidjeti, s ništa više uspjeha.

Osim navedenog postupka za željezo, Petar Pripuz je bio optužen za dvije točke i u predmetu Agram, zajedno s pokojnim zagrebačkim gradonačelnikom Milanom Bandićem, no u tome predmetu je Pripuz nepravomoćno oslobođen, podsjeća Jutarnji list.

Veliki preokret u slučaju protiv Pripuza i 11 okrivljenika: Šest godina od otvaranja istrage, USKOK obustavio istragu

Skoro punih šest godina nakon otvaranja istrage protiv vlasnika tvrtke CE-ZA-R Petra Pripuza, zbog optužbi da je temeljem fiktivnoga otkupa željeza iz navedene tvrtke izvukao 39,8 milijuna kuna te pritom utajio pet milijuna kuna poreza, USKOK je danas obustavio istragu protiv Pripuza u tome predmetu.

Istraga je također, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, obustavljena i protiv ostalih okrivljenika, njih 11, među kojima je i Pripuzov sin Ante. Riječ je o predmetu u kojemu je USKOK u dva navrata podizao optužnicu, no sud im je oba puta optužnicu vratio, smatrajući da je nerazumljiva, piše Jutarnji list.

Posljednje vraćanje optužnice dogodilo se 1. ožujka ove godine, kada je optužno vijeće zagrebačkoga Županijskoga suda dalo samo dva mjeseca da optužnicu dopuni, odnosni podigne novu. Po svemu sudeći, u USKOK-u su zaključili kako to nije moguće te su danas izvijestili okrivljenike kako je istraga protiv njih obustavljena.

Prvi puta zagrebački Županijski sud im je optužnicu vratio u prosincu 2020., također navodeći kako iz dokaza koje je USKOK proveo u istrazi ne proizlaze kaznena djela za koja su okrivili Pripuza i ostale.

"Optužno vijeće vratilo je cijelu optužnicu u istragu i dalo rok od šest mjeseci da se provede istraga. Najkraće rečeno, činjenični opis i bitna obilježja kaznenog djela ne proizlaze iz dokaza koji su ponuđeni. Optužnica je kaotična, preopširna, matematika je pogrešno utvrđena i nema dokaza da je CE-ZA-R pretrpio štetu. Nema dokaza o protupravnoj imovinskoj koristi za Petra Pripuza i Antu Pripuza", rekao je Pripuzov odvjetnik Anto Nobilo novinarima nakon prve odluke 2020.

Tada je, međutim, sud USKOK-u dao rok od 6 mjeseci za podizanje nove optužnice, a što je USKOK i napravio, no kako će se vidjeti, s ništa više uspjeha.

Osim navedenog postupka za željezo, Petar Pripuz je bio optužen za dvije točke i u predmetu Agram, zajedno s pokojnim zagrebačkim gradonačelnikom Milanom Bandićem, no u tome predmetu je Pripuz nepravomoćno oslobođen, podsjeća Jutarnji list.
