Uskok je u ponedjeljak podigao optužnicu protiv dvojice bivših šefova zadarske prometne policije, Ivice Rumore (49) i Luzarija Kulaša (47), zbog zataškavanja prebrze vožnju bivšeg zamjenika ravnatelja policije Josipa Ćelića i nekadašnjeg načelnik PU krapinsko-zagorske Darka Cara.

Navodeći samo inicijale optuženih, Uskok je izvijestio da se Rumoru tereti da je kao načelnik Postaje prometne policije Zadar zataškavao prebrzu Ćelićevu i Carevu vožnju iz ožujka 2019. zadržavajući izvješća o prekršajima i zapisnike o izmjerenoj brzini kretanja njihovih vozila koje su snimili policijski presretači.

Uskok je precizirao da Rumora kao ovlašteni tužitelj u prekršajnom postupku nije poduzeo niti jednu zakonom propisanu radnju radi procesuiranja počinjenih prometnih prekršaja.

Uz to, dokumentaciju nije dostavio službenicima referade za prekršaje zadarske Postaje prometne policije radi procesuiranja počinitelja sve do 8. srpnja 2019., kada je prestao obnašati dužnost načelnika zadarske prometne policije, već je prilikom primopredaje dužnosti tu dokumentaciju predao novoimenovanom načelniku Kulašu.

Optužnica Kulaša tereti da je od 8. srpnja do 23. listopada 2019. nastavio zataškavati prebrzu vožnju zadržavajući dokumentaciju koju mu je predao Rumora. Kulaš je, precizirao je Uskok, zadržavao dokumentaciju sve do  23. listopada 2019. kada ju je, potaknut upitima medija zbog neprocesuiranja prometnih prekršaja, žurno dostavio službenici referade za prekršaje radi pokretanja prekršajnih postupaka.

Uskok je dodao da je istog dana službenica sačinila prekršajne naloge za te prekršaje koje je Kulaš potpisao kao načelnik zadarske prometne policije i ovlaštena osoba ovlaštenog tužitelja, a dan kasnije prekršajni nalozi su otpremljeni iz Postaje prometne policije Zadar.

Josipu Ćeliću se od 15. siječnja sudilo na zadarskom Prekršajnom sudu, a javnost je bila isključena sa suđenja zbog njegovog pozivanja na Zakon o policijskim poslovima i ovlastima. Čelić se branio tvrdnjom da je privatnim automobilom obavljao policijski posao te ga je sud pravomoćno oslobodio zbog vožnje trostruko većom brzinom od dopuštene u naseljenom mjestu.

Uskok je u ponedjeljak podigao optužnicu protiv dvojice bivših šefova zadarske prometne policije, Ivice Rumore (49) i Luzarija Kulaša (47), zbog zataškavanja prebrze vožnju bivšeg zamjenika ravnatelja policije Josipa Ćelića i nekadašnjeg načelnik PU krapinsko-zagorske Darka Cara.

Navodeći samo inicijale optuženih, Uskok je izvijestio da se Rumoru tereti da je kao načelnik Postaje prometne policije Zadar zataškavao prebrzu Ćelićevu i Carevu vožnju iz ožujka 2019. zadržavajući izvješća o prekršajima i zapisnike o izmjerenoj brzini kretanja njihovih vozila koje su snimili policijski presretači.

Uskok je precizirao da Rumora kao ovlašteni tužitelj u prekršajnom postupku nije poduzeo niti jednu zakonom propisanu radnju radi procesuiranja počinjenih prometnih prekršaja.

Uz to, dokumentaciju nije dostavio službenicima referade za prekršaje zadarske Postaje prometne policije radi procesuiranja počinitelja sve do 8. srpnja 2019., kada je prestao obnašati dužnost načelnika zadarske prometne policije, već je prilikom primopredaje dužnosti tu dokumentaciju predao novoimenovanom načelniku Kulašu.

Optužnica Kulaša tereti da je od 8. srpnja do 23. listopada 2019. nastavio zataškavati prebrzu vožnju zadržavajući dokumentaciju koju mu je predao Rumora. Kulaš je, precizirao je Uskok, zadržavao dokumentaciju sve do  23. listopada 2019. kada ju je, potaknut upitima medija zbog neprocesuiranja prometnih prekršaja, žurno dostavio službenici referade za prekršaje radi pokretanja prekršajnih postupaka.

Uskok je dodao da je istog dana službenica sačinila prekršajne naloge za te prekršaje koje je Kulaš potpisao kao načelnik zadarske prometne policije i ovlaštena osoba ovlaštenog tužitelja, a dan kasnije prekršajni nalozi su otpremljeni iz Postaje prometne policije Zadar.

Josipu Ćeliću se od 15. siječnja sudilo na zadarskom Prekršajnom sudu, a javnost je bila isključena sa suđenja zbog njegovog pozivanja na Zakon o policijskim poslovima i ovlastima. Čelić se branio tvrdnjom da je privatnim automobilom obavljao policijski posao te ga je sud pravomoćno oslobodio zbog vožnje trostruko većom brzinom od dopuštene u naseljenom mjestu.

Uskok je u ponedjeljak podigao optužnicu protiv dvojice bivših šefova zadarske prometne policije, Ivice Rumore (49) i Luzarija Kulaša (47), zbog zataškavanja prebrze vožnju bivšeg zamjenika ravnatelja policije Josipa Ćelića i nekadašnjeg načelnik PU krapinsko-zagorske Darka Cara.

Navodeći samo inicijale optuženih, Uskok je izvijestio da se Rumoru tereti da je kao načelnik Postaje prometne policije Zadar zataškavao prebrzu Ćelićevu i Carevu vožnju iz ožujka 2019. zadržavajući izvješća o prekršajima i zapisnike o izmjerenoj brzini kretanja njihovih vozila koje su snimili policijski presretači.

Uskok je precizirao da Rumora kao ovlašteni tužitelj u prekršajnom postupku nije poduzeo niti jednu zakonom propisanu radnju radi procesuiranja počinjenih prometnih...
