Sudac istrage zagrebačkog Županijskog suda odredio je istražni zatvor dvjema zaposlenicama KB Dubrava, Dubravki L. (45) i Mariji K. (51), osumnjičenima da su pacijentima u osobito teškom zdravstvenom stanju krale novčanike, kartice, nakit i mobitele.

Osumnjičenoj medicinskoj sestri Dubravki L. i bolničarki Mariji K. je pritvor određen zbog opasnosti od kaznenog djela, priopćilo je tužiteljstvo navodeći samo dob osumnjičenica.

Tužiteljstvo je izvijestilo kako se Dubravka L. sumnjiči da je od 16. studenog 2020. pa sve do 19. veljače od više pacijenata koji su se liječili u KB Dubrava uzimala novac, bankovne kartice i druge vrijednije predmete čime ih je oštetila za nešto više od 26.000 kuna.

Policija je precizirala kako je Dubravka L. okrala četvero pacijenata u teškom zdravstvenom stanju te da je dio ukradenog nakita prodala u poslovnicama za otkup zlata i potrošila novac.

Bolničarka Marija K. je osumnjičena da je od 14. studenog 2020. pa sve do 15. siječnja od pacijenta uzela novčanik u kojem su bile bankovne kartice s kojima je u više navrata na bankomatima podignula više od 10.300 kuna.  Mariju K. se tereti za pet kaznenih djela računalne prijevare od kojih su dva ostala u pokušaju jer su joj transakcije s karticama odbijene.

Pokradale ih dok su se borili za život

Dok su se građani priključeni na respiratore doslovno borili za život, medicinska sestra Dubravka L. (45) i bolničarka Marija K. (51) u odvojenim su se akcijama odlučile "pobrinuti" za njihove vrijedne stvari koje su prilikom hospitalizacije imali sa sobom, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Iz posebne prostorije u kojoj su u vrećama s imenom i prezimenom bile odložene stvari pacijenata, ali i iz njihovih ormarića uz krevet, djelatnice su ukrale novčanike s dokumentima i bankovnim karticama, mobitele i zlatni nakit, a praznile su im bankovne račune dižući novac s bankomata i peglajući karticu.

Neki od pacijenata ubrzo su nakon tih krađa, nažalost, i preminuli ostavši u uvjerenju kako je bolničko osoblje koje se o njima brinulo dalo svoj maksimum. I jesu što se tiče liječenja, ali dvije sestre su pritom, misleći da se krađe nikada neće otkriti, otišle korak dalje.

Bolničarka je kazneno prijavljena za krađu novčanika i dokumenata te pet računalnih prijevara, od kojih su dvije ostale na pokušaju, a medicinska sestra odgovarat će za četiri krađe novčanika, mobitela, novca, kartica i zlatnine koju je prodala u stanici za otkup.

Sve prijavio sin pokradenog pacijenta

Tko zna bi li ikad ova djela isplivala u javnost da se Goran M., sin preminulog pokradenog Ljubomira M., nije obratio medijima za pomoć. Uočio je da je s računa njegova oca, 14. i 15. siječnja ove godine, dan nakon što je hospitaliziran u KB-u Dubrava, netko podignuo 10.000 kuna u dva navrata na bankomatu u Garden Mallu, a osim toga si je i karticom kupio čizme za 300 kuna u Borovu u Sesvetama. Nakon što je to uočio i slučaj odmah prijavio policiji, u startu je, kaže nam, on bio prvoosumnjičeni.

- Nisu mi vjerovali. Mislili su da sam ja skidao novac. Kontrolirali su snimke kamera na bankomatu kad sam provjeravao stanje računa. Od tada ih nisam prestao kontaktirati da pitam jesu li što otkrili. Zvao sam i ravnatelja bolnice Ivicu Lukšića, koji mi je rekao da ne izlazim s tim u medije jer ću baciti ljagu na bolnicu.

Život mog oca dali smo bolnici na povjerenje, a nismo ni pomislili da će njegovu nemoć netko iskoristiti. Još k sebi ne mogu doći od njegove smrti, a ta krađa koja je uslijedila je samo dodatni čavao na njegov lijes - kaže nam Goran M. čiji je otac umro početkom veljače.

Bio na kisiku

Na upit kako je s bankomata dignut novac, bacio je sumnju na iznuđen PIN jer da ga je otac imao samo u glavi. Kad je zaprimljen 13. veljače, otac je bio na kisiku. Čuli smo se videopozivom navečer i bio je kontaktibilan, a krađa je uslijedila dan poslije, nakon čega je završio na respiratoru. Krađu ne mogu prožvakati. Tužit ću bolnicu.

U mailu koji mi je poslao Lukšić stoji da postoji pravilnik o kućnom redu da se dokumenti i kartice pohranjuju doma i da se to ne nosi u bolnicu. Rekao mi je da je tata trebao sve ostaviti kod kuće. Ali nije to bilo dogovoreno liječenje, nego hitni slučaj - zaključuje Goran M. koji je, nakon početne izgubljene nade, ostao iznenađen rješenjem slučaja.

Od ravnatelja KB-a Dubrava Jutarnji.hr nije uspio dobiti komentar.

Sudac istrage zagrebačkog Županijskog suda odredio je istražni zatvor dvjema zaposlenicama KB Dubrava, Dubravki L. (45) i Mariji K. (51), osumnjičenima da su pacijentima u osobito teškom zdravstvenom stanju krale novčanike, kartice, nakit i mobitele.

Osumnjičenoj medicinskoj sestri Dubravki L. i bolničarki Mariji K. je pritvor određen zbog opasnosti od kaznenog djela, priopćilo je tužiteljstvo navodeći samo dob osumnjičenica.

Tužiteljstvo je izvijestilo kako se Dubravka L. sumnjiči da je od 16. studenog 2020. pa sve do 19. veljače od više pacijenata koji su se liječili u KB Dubrava uzimala novac, bankovne kartice i druge vrijednije predmete čime ih je oštetila za nešto više od 26.000 kuna.

Policija je precizirala kako je Dubravka L. okrala četvero pacijenata u teškom zdravstvenom stanju te da je dio ukradenog nakita prodala u poslovnicama za otkup zlata i potrošila novac.

Bolničarka Marija K. je osumnjičena da je od 14. studenog 2020. pa sve do 15. siječnja od pacijenta uzela novčanik u kojem su bile bankovne kartice s kojima je u više navrata na bankomatima podignula više od 10.300 kuna.  Mariju K. se tereti za pet kaznenih djela računalne prijevare od kojih su dva ostala u pokušaju jer su joj transakcije s karticama odbijene.

Pokradale ih dok su se borili za život

Dok su se građani priključeni na respiratore doslovno borili za život, medicinska sestra Dubravka L. (45) i bolničarka Marija K. (51) u odvojenim su se akcijama odlučile "pobrinuti" za njihove vrijedne stvari koje su prilikom hospitalizacije imali sa sobom, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Iz posebne prostorije u kojoj su u vrećama s imenom i prezimenom bile odložene stvari pacijenata, ali i iz njihovih ormarića uz krevet, djelatnice su ukrale novčanike s dokumentima i bankovnim karticama, mobitele i zlatni nakit, a praznile su im bankovne račune dižući novac s bankomata i peglajući karticu.

Neki od pacijenata ubrzo su nakon tih krađa, nažalost, i preminuli ostavši u uvjerenju kako je bolničko osoblje koje se o njima brinulo dalo svoj maksimum. I jesu što se tiče liječenja, ali dvije sestre su pritom, misleći da se krađe nikada neće otkriti, otišle korak dalje.

Bolničarka je kazneno prijavljena za krađu novčanika i dokumenata te pet računalnih prijevara, od kojih su dvije ostale na pokušaju, a medicinska sestra odgovarat će za četiri krađe novčanika, mobitela, novca, kartica i zlatnine koju je prodala u stanici za otkup.

Sve prijavio sin pokradenog pacijenta

Tko zna bi li ikad ova djela isplivala u javnost da se Goran M., sin preminulog pokradenog Ljubomira M., nije obratio medijima za pomoć. Uočio je da je s računa njegova oca, 14. i 15. siječnja ove godine, dan nakon što je hospitaliziran u KB-u Dubrava, netko podignuo 10.000 kuna u dva navrata na bankomatu u Garden Mallu, a osim toga si je i karticom kupio čizme za 300 kuna u Borovu u Sesvetama. Nakon što je to uočio i slučaj odmah prijavio policiji, u startu je, kaže nam, on bio prvoosumnjičeni.

- Nisu mi vjerovali. Mislili su da sam ja skidao novac. Kontrolirali su snimke kamera na bankomatu kad sam provjeravao stanje računa. Od tada ih nisam prestao kontaktirati da pitam jesu li što otkrili. Zvao sam i ravnatelja bolnice Ivicu Lukšića, koji mi je rekao da ne izlazim s tim u medije jer ću baciti ljagu na bolnicu.

Život mog oca dali smo bolnici na povjerenje, a nismo ni pomislili da će njegovu nemoć netko iskoristiti. Još k sebi ne mogu doći od njegove smrti, a ta krađa koja je uslijedila je samo dodatni čavao na njegov lijes - kaže nam Goran M. čiji je otac umro početkom veljače.

Bio na kisiku

Na upit kako je s bankomata dignut novac, bacio je sumnju na iznuđen PIN jer da ga je otac imao samo u glavi. Kad je zaprimljen 13. veljače, otac je bio na kisiku. Čuli smo se videopozivom navečer i bio je kontaktibilan, a krađa je uslijedila dan poslije, nakon čega je završio na respiratoru. Krađu ne mogu prožvakati. Tužit ću bolnicu.

U mailu koji mi je poslao Lukšić stoji da postoji pravilnik o kućnom redu da se dokumenti i kartice pohranjuju doma i da se to ne nosi u bolnicu. Rekao mi je da je tata trebao sve ostaviti kod kuće. Ali nije to bilo dogovoreno liječenje, nego hitni slučaj - zaključuje Goran M. koji je, nakon početne izgubljene nade, ostao iznenađen rješenjem slučaja.

Od ravnatelja KB-a Dubrava Jutarnji.hr nije uspio dobiti komentar.

Sudac istrage zagrebačkog Županijskog suda odredio je istražni zatvor dvjema zaposlenicama KB Dubrava, Dubravki L. (45) i Mariji K. (51), osumnjičenima da su pacijentima u osobito teškom zdravstvenom stanju krale novčanike, kartice, nakit i mobitele.

Osumnjičenoj medicinskoj sestri Dubravki L. i bolničarki Mariji K. je pritvor određen zbog opasnosti od kaznenog djela, priopćilo je tužiteljstvo navodeći samo dob osumnjičenica.

Tužiteljstvo je izvijestilo kako se Dubravka L. sumnjiči da je od 16. studenog 2020. pa sve do 19. veljače od više pacijenata koji su se liječili u KB Dubrava uzimala novac, bankovne kartice i druge vrijednije predmete čime ih je oštetila za nešto više od 26.000 kuna.
