Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru Marijan Bitanga otvorio je istragu protiv Ljerke Damaške (60), krunske svjedokinje u slučaju ubojstva Slavice Medanić čiju je likvidaciju zbog novca i nekretnine u Zadru 2006. naručio njezin brat Šime Medanić (63).

Imućna Zadranka likvidirana je na Sveta tri kralja, 7. siječnja 2006., a za njezino ubojstvo, uz njezina brata, na dugotrajne zatvorske kazne od 40 godina, osuđeni su i sada pokojni Perica Majstorović i Nikola Grbić.

Majstorović i Grbić su u stanu na zadarskoj Puntamici ispalili Slavici Medanić tri hica iz pištolja u glavu koju su omotali dekom. Nakon ubojstva, njezin brat Šime nesmetano je koristio njezinu imovinu koja je bila veća od milijun eura, te je došao na njezin sprovod na otoku Ižu.

Damaška je posvjedočila kako joj je Perica Majstorović rekao da je za Šimu Medanića "sredio sestru".

Iako je svoj prvi iskaz dala pod zaštitom kao “ugroženi svjedok broj 4”, nakon prijetnji koje je u zadarskom zatvoru stalno dobivala od Medanića i Majstorovića u sudnici je otkrila identitet. Kako je tada kazala, postalo joj je jasno da je njezin identitet "procurio" u zadarskom zatvoru.

- Kada sam predala kuvertu, Perica me upitao: Što misliš, hoće li pristati? Ja sam mu odgovorila da ne znam o čemu se radi. Odgovorio je kako mu je platio da mu sredi sestru, ali da je kasnije shvatio da ima puno više love nego što je mislio, pa da će ga ucjenjivati - prepričala je Damaška tada na sudu, gdje je postupak vodio sudac Boris Radman.

- Nitko neće prijetiti meni i mom djetetu - rekla je tada.

Prijedlog za provođenje dokaznih radnji protiv Damaške, Bitangi je iz kaznionice u Lepoglavi dostavio upravo Šime Medanić nakon što je Damaška dala javnobilježnički ovjerenu ispravu o davanju lažnog iskaza. Iako je njegovu kaznenu prijavu protiv Damaške Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru najprije odbacilo zbog zastare, Medanić je preuzeo kazneni progon, a Bitanga je ocijenio da je njegov prijedlog za dokazne radnje - osnovan.

- U takvoj konstelaciji odnosa kada se raspravni sud pozivao na svjedočki iskaz Ljerke Damaška kao jedan od ključnih dokaza za svoju odluku i kada je ista ta svjedokinja dala javnobilježnički ovjerenu ispravu o davanju lažnog iskaza, po ocjeni suca istrage postoji osnovana sumnja na počinjenje kaznenog djela iz članka 303. stavak 3. u svezi stavka 1. KZ/97. Utoliko je valjalo udovoljiti prijedlogu oštećenika kao tužitelja za preuzimanje kaznenog progona u smislu odredbe članka 213.c stavak 1. ZKP/08. i odrediti provođenje dokazne radnje ispitivanje osumnjičenice Ljerke Damaška (umjesto provođenje dokaznog ročišta kako predlaže oštećenik kao tužitelj). Jasno je, u ocjeni postojanja ovog kaznenog djela imat će se u vidu ukupnost sadržaja presude Županijskog suda u Zadru, uključujući i tamo dane iskaze svjedokinje Ljerke Damaška, u kojima je okolnosno iskazivala o uvjetima pod kojima je davala iskaz u tom postupku - navodi sudac Bitanga u dijelu obrazloženja svoje odluke u kojoj stoji kako na ispitivanju Damaške može biti prisutan i Šime Medanić kao tužitelj.

Pored telekomunikacijskog vještačenja u razotkrivanju paklene zavjere u slučaju Medanić ključno je bilo upravo svjedočenje zaštićenih svjedoka među kojima i Damaške. Ispričala je kako je odigrala ulogu "kurira" za protuuslugu Majstoroviću kako bi on nju i njezinu kćer kojima je prijetio ostavio na miru. Rekla je kako joj je Majstorović priznao da mu je Medanić naručio sestrino ubojstvo. Kasnije ga je ucjenjivao.

Medanić je dogovarao likvidaciju svoje sestre s ciljem da se domogne cjelokupne njezine imovine, a Majstorović je za izvršenje trebao dobiti "nagradu". Medanić je likvidaciju sestre dogovarao s pokojnim Nikolom Grbićem, dok su zajedno služili kaznu zatvora u Lepoglavi i Valturi.

Nakon izlaska iz zatvora, Grbić koji je kasnije također likividiran, za izvršenje ubojstva angažirao je Pericu Majstorovića za što mu je dao 20 tisuća eura predujma. Dvije godine nakon presude za ubojstvo Medanićeve, Majstorović je pronađen obješen u ćeliji bjelovarskog zatvora. U njegovu su dosjeu bila čak četiri hladnokrvna ubojstva i okrutna razbojništva, a kasnije je utvrđeno da je ubio i Nikolu Grbića.

Ubojstvo ministra


Šime Medanić je 1997. na pulskom Županijskom sudu osuđen na 15 godina zatvora zbog poticanja Siniše Stracaboška Ramba na ubojstvo bivšeg ministra turizma i direktora vrsarske "Anite" Antuna Marčela Popovića u ožujku 1996. Na višegodišnju kaznu zatvora Medanić je osuđen jer je Stracabošku uz nagovor da ubije Popovića, obećao novčanu nagradu od 15 tisuća tadašnjih njemačkih maraka. Vrhovni sud mu je smanjio kaznu na 12 godina, a prije nego je sredinom 2006. godine pušten na slobodu, Medanić je kaznu služio u kaznionici u Valturi.

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru Marijan Bitanga otvorio je istragu protiv Ljerke Damaške (60), krunske svjedokinje u slučaju ubojstva Slavice Medanić čiju je likvidaciju zbog novca i nekretnine u Zadru 2006. naručio njezin brat Šime Medanić (63).

Imućna Zadranka likvidirana je na Sveta tri kralja, 7. siječnja 2006., a za njezino ubojstvo, uz njezina brata, na dugotrajne zatvorske kazne od 40 godina, osuđeni su i sada pokojni Perica Majstorović i Nikola Grbić.

Majstorović i Grbić su u stanu na zadarskoj Puntamici ispalili Slavici Medanić tri hica iz pištolja u glavu koju su omotali dekom. Nakon ubojstva, njezin brat Šime nesmetano je koristio njezinu imovinu koja je bila veća od milijun eura, te je došao na njezin sprovod na otoku Ižu.

Damaška je posvjedočila kako joj je Perica Majstorović rekao da je za Šimu Medanića "sredio sestru".

Iako je svoj prvi iskaz dala pod zaštitom kao “ugroženi svjedok broj 4”, nakon prijetnji koje je u zadarskom zatvoru stalno dobivala od Medanića i Majstorovića u sudnici je otkrila identitet. Kako je tada kazala, postalo joj je jasno da je njezin identitet "procurio" u zadarskom zatvoru.

- Kada sam predala kuvertu, Perica me upitao: Što misliš, hoće li pristati? Ja sam mu odgovorila da ne znam o čemu se radi. Odgovorio je kako mu je platio da mu sredi sestru, ali da je kasnije shvatio da ima puno više love nego što je mislio, pa da će ga ucjenjivati - prepričala je Damaška tada na sudu, gdje je postupak vodio sudac Boris Radman.

- Nitko neće prijetiti meni i mom djetetu - rekla je tada.

Prijedlog za provođenje dokaznih radnji protiv Damaške, Bitangi je iz kaznionice u Lepoglavi dostavio upravo Šime Medanić nakon što je Damaška dala javnobilježnički ovjerenu ispravu o davanju lažnog iskaza. Iako je njegovu kaznenu prijavu protiv Damaške Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru najprije odbacilo zbog zastare, Medanić je preuzeo kazneni progon, a Bitanga je ocijenio da je njegov prijedlog za dokazne radnje - osnovan.

- U takvoj konstelaciji odnosa kada se raspravni sud pozivao na svjedočki iskaz Ljerke Damaška kao jedan od ključnih dokaza za svoju odluku i kada je ista ta svjedokinja dala javnobilježnički ovjerenu ispravu o davanju lažnog iskaza, po ocjeni suca istrage postoji osnovana sumnja na počinjenje kaznenog djela iz članka 303. stavak 3. u svezi stavka 1. KZ/97. Utoliko je valjalo udovoljiti prijedlogu oštećenika kao tužitelja za preuzimanje kaznenog progona u smislu odredbe članka 213.c stavak 1. ZKP/08. i odrediti provođenje dokazne radnje ispitivanje osumnjičenice Ljerke Damaška (umjesto provođenje dokaznog ročišta kako predlaže oštećenik kao tužitelj). Jasno je, u ocjeni postojanja ovog kaznenog djela imat će se u vidu ukupnost sadržaja presude Županijskog suda u Zadru, uključujući i tamo dane iskaze svjedokinje Ljerke Damaška, u kojima je okolnosno iskazivala o uvjetima pod kojima je davala iskaz u tom postupku - navodi sudac Bitanga u dijelu obrazloženja svoje odluke u kojoj stoji kako na ispitivanju Damaške može biti prisutan i Šime Medanić kao tužitelj.

Pored telekomunikacijskog vještačenja u razotkrivanju paklene zavjere u slučaju Medanić ključno je bilo upravo svjedočenje zaštićenih svjedoka među kojima i Damaške. Ispričala je kako je odigrala ulogu "kurira" za protuuslugu Majstoroviću kako bi on nju i njezinu kćer kojima je prijetio ostavio na miru. Rekla je kako joj je Majstorović priznao da mu je Medanić naručio sestrino ubojstvo. Kasnije ga je ucjenjivao.

Medanić je dogovarao likvidaciju svoje sestre s ciljem da se domogne cjelokupne njezine imovine, a Majstorović je za izvršenje trebao dobiti "nagradu". Medanić je likvidaciju sestre dogovarao s pokojnim Nikolom Grbićem, dok su zajedno služili kaznu zatvora u Lepoglavi i Valturi.

Nakon izlaska iz zatvora, Grbić koji je kasnije također likividiran, za izvršenje ubojstva angažirao je Pericu Majstorovića za što mu je dao 20 tisuća eura predujma. Dvije godine nakon presude za ubojstvo Medanićeve, Majstorović je pronađen obješen u ćeliji bjelovarskog zatvora. U njegovu su dosjeu bila čak četiri hladnokrvna ubojstva i okrutna razbojništva, a kasnije je utvrđeno da je ubio i Nikolu Grbića.

Ubojstvo ministra


Šime Medanić je 1997. na pulskom Županijskom sudu osuđen na 15 godina zatvora zbog poticanja Siniše Stracaboška Ramba na ubojstvo bivšeg ministra turizma i direktora vrsarske "Anite" Antuna Marčela Popovića u ožujku 1996. Na višegodišnju kaznu zatvora Medanić je osuđen jer je Stracabošku uz nagovor da ubije Popovića, obećao novčanu nagradu od 15 tisuća tadašnjih njemačkih maraka. Vrhovni sud mu je smanjio kaznu na 12 godina, a prije nego je sredinom 2006. godine pušten na slobodu, Medanić je kaznu služio u kaznionici u Valturi.

‘Repovi‘ suđenja za brutalno ubojstvo imućne Zadranke: krunska svjedokinja javnom bilježniku dala ovjerenu izjavu da je - lažno svjedočila!

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru Marijan Bitanga otvorio je istragu protiv Ljerke Damaške (60), krunske svjedokinje u slučaju ubojstva Slavice Medanić čiju je likvidaciju zbog novca i nekretnine u Zadru 2006. naručio njezin brat Šime Medanić (63).

Imućna Zadranka likvidirana je na Sveta tri kralja, 7. siječnja 2006., a za njezino ubojstvo, uz njezina brata, na dugotrajne zatvorske kazne od 40 godina, osuđeni su i sada pokojni Perica Majstorović i Nikola Grbić.

Majstorović i Grbić su u stanu na zadarskoj Puntamici ispalili Slavici Medanić tri hica iz pištolja u glavu koju su omotali dekom. Nakon ubojstva, njezin brat Šime nesmetano je koristio njezinu imovinu koja je bila veća od milijun eura, te je došao na njezin sprovod na otoku Ižu.
