Zagrebački Županijski sud raspisao je tjeralicu za sinom jedne nekoć ugledne hrvatske sutkinje, a optužno vijeće suda je mladiću odredilo istražni zatvor, potvrđeno je za Telegram.
Radi se o slučaju 29-godišnjeg sina sutkinje optuženom za višegodišnje seksualno zlostavljanje bivše djevojke. U optužnici stoji da se mladić nije mirio s prekidom veze već je djevojku sustavno uhodio, ucjenjivao, maltretirao, prijetio ubojstvom te ju u više navrata silovao.
Žrtva je u svom iskazu navela kako nije imala povjerenja u pravosudni sustav ni policiju, a jedan od razloga je taj što je majka mladića s kojim je htjela prekinuti vezu bila moćna sutkinja, citira Telegram dijelove optužnice. Navela je da joj je sutkinja u više navrata obećavala da će svog sina maknuti od nje, kazati mu da ju pusti na miru, ali da u tome nije uspjela.
Djevojka ga je ipak prijavila u prosincu prošle godine pa je protiv mladića pokrenut kazneni postupak. Telegram je u međuvremeno doznao da je mladić nekoliko mjeseci proveo u istražnom zatvoru te da je sredinom lipnja pušten da se brani sa slobode. Izrečena mu je mjera zabrane približavanja žrtvi, no nju je prekršio i zato je sada na tjeralici.
Neugodan susret u tramvaju
Djevojka je krajem rujna ove godine prijavila da joj se 29-godišnjak približio u tramvaju i da joj se obratio. Tvrdi da ju je pitao zašto se ljuti na njega i hoće li ići s njim na kavu ili kebab. Kaže da se uplašila i nazvala policiju te prijavila da se mladić koji ju uhodi nalazi kraj nje u tramvaju broj 11. Dok je još pričala s policajcem, mladić joj se nastavio obraćati.
"Mogu ja izaći ako želiš", rekao joj je. No, nije izašao nego je sjeo na sjedalo u tramvaju blizu djevojke. Sve što je djevojka prijavila potvrđeno je snimkom kamera iz tramvaja.
Na snimkama se vidi da je mladić tijekom vožnje cijelo vrijeme gledao prema djevojci te da je u njezinom smjeru podigao mobitel. Prišao joj je nakon što je njezina kolegica izašla iz tramvaja. Mladić je stajao od djevojke udaljen tek nekoliko centimetara, piše Telegram. Prema snimci, to je trajalo minutu i 11 sekundi. Ona je okretala glavu i pričala na mobitel, a on joj se cijelo vrijeme obraćao.
Na snimci se vidi da mladić u idućem trenutku sjeda na sjedalo udaljeno dva metra od djevojke te da gleda u njezinom pravcu i smije se. Zabilježeno je da se okrenuo za njom nakon što je izašla iz tramvaja.
Sudac istrage bio uvjeren da je susret u tramvaju bio slučajan
Tužiteljstvo je još početkom listopada zatražilo da se okrivljeniku odredi istražni zatvor zbog kršenja mjere zabrane približavanja. Međutim, sudac istrage je taj zahtjev odbio. Kaže da je bio uvjeren da je bila riječ o slučajnom susretu. Sinu sutkinje nije odredio istražni zatvor uz objašnjenje kako nema dokaza da je pratio žrtvu.
Također, sudac je naveo da je ponašanje okrivljenika u tramvaju nije predstavljalo eklatantno kršenje mjera zabrane približavanja, piše Telegram. "Taj događaj nije bio takvog intenziteta i karaktera da bi opravdao odrađivanje istražnog zatvora", napisao je sudac istrage.
Na odluku suca je tužiteljstvo uložilo žalbu, no izvanraspravno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda je odbilo žalbu. Zaključili su kao i sudac istrage da mladić može ostati na slobodi usprkos kršenju mjere zabrane približavanja žrtvi.
U međuvremenu je protiv 29-godišnjaka podignuta optužnica i u njoj je opet zatraženo da se mladiću odredi istražni zatvor. Sudsko optužno vijeće je prihvatilo taj zahtjev, a s obzirom na to da 29-godišnjak nije pronađen, za njim je danas raspisana tjeralica.

Zagrebački Županijski sud raspisao je tjeralicu za sinom jedne nekoć ugledne hrvatske sutkinje, a optužno vijeće suda je mladiću odredilo istražni zatvor, potvrđeno je za Telegram.
Radi se o slučaju 29-godišnjeg sina sutkinje optuženom za višegodišnje seksualno zlostavljanje bivše djevojke. U optužnici stoji da se mladić nije mirio s prekidom veze već je djevojku sustavno uhodio, ucjenjivao, maltretirao, prijetio ubojstvom te ju u više navrata silovao.
Žrtva je u svom iskazu navela kako nije imala povjerenja u pravosudni sustav ni policiju, a jedan od razloga je taj što je majka mladića s kojim je htjela prekinuti vezu bila moćna sutkinja, citira Telegram dijelove optužnice. Navela je da joj je sutkinja u više navrata obećavala da će svog sina maknuti od nje, kazati mu da ju pusti na miru, ali da u tome nije uspjela.
Djevojka ga je ipak prijavila u prosincu prošle godine pa je protiv mladića pokrenut kazneni postupak. Telegram je u međuvremeno doznao da je mladić nekoliko mjeseci proveo u istražnom zatvoru te da je sredinom lipnja pušten da se brani sa slobode. Izrečena mu je mjera zabrane približavanja žrtvi, no nju je prekršio i zato je sada na tjeralici.
Neugodan susret u tramvaju
Djevojka je krajem rujna ove godine prijavila da joj se 29-godišnjak približio u tramvaju i da joj se obratio. Tvrdi da ju je pitao zašto se ljuti na njega i hoće li ići s njim na kavu ili kebab. Kaže da se uplašila i nazvala policiju te prijavila da se mladić koji ju uhodi nalazi kraj nje u tramvaju broj 11. Dok je još pričala s policajcem, mladić joj se nastavio obraćati.
"Mogu ja izaći ako želiš", rekao joj je. No, nije izašao nego je sjeo na sjedalo u tramvaju blizu djevojke. Sve što je djevojka prijavila potvrđeno je snimkom kamera iz tramvaja.
Na snimkama se vidi da je mladić tijekom vožnje cijelo vrijeme gledao prema djevojci te da je u njezinom smjeru podigao mobitel. Prišao joj je nakon što je njezina kolegica izašla iz tramvaja. Mladić je stajao od djevojke udaljen tek nekoliko centimetara, piše Telegram. Prema snimci, to je trajalo minutu i 11 sekundi. Ona je okretala glavu i pričala na mobitel, a on joj se cijelo vrijeme obraćao.
Na snimci se vidi da mladić u idućem trenutku sjeda na sjedalo udaljeno dva metra od djevojke te da gleda u njezinom pravcu i smije se. Zabilježeno je da se okrenuo za njom nakon što je izašla iz tramvaja.
Sudac istrage bio uvjeren da je susret u tramvaju bio slučajan
Tužiteljstvo je još početkom listopada zatražilo da se okrivljeniku odredi istražni zatvor zbog kršenja mjere zabrane približavanja. Međutim, sudac istrage je taj zahtjev odbio. Kaže da je bio uvjeren da je bila riječ o slučajnom susretu. Sinu sutkinje nije odredio istražni zatvor uz objašnjenje kako nema dokaza da je pratio žrtvu.
Također, sudac je naveo da je ponašanje okrivljenika u tramvaju nije predstavljalo eklatantno kršenje mjera zabrane približavanja, piše Telegram. "Taj događaj nije bio takvog intenziteta i karaktera da bi opravdao odrađivanje istražnog zatvora", napisao je sudac istrage.
Na odluku suca je tužiteljstvo uložilo žalbu, no izvanraspravno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda je odbilo žalbu. Zaključili su kao i sudac istrage da mladić može ostati na slobodi usprkos kršenju mjere zabrane približavanja žrtvi.
U međuvremenu je protiv 29-godišnjaka podignuta optužnica i u njoj je opet zatraženo da se mladiću odredi istražni zatvor. Sudsko optužno vijeće je prihvatilo taj zahtjev, a s obzirom na to da 29-godišnjak nije pronađen, za njim je danas raspisana tjeralica.
