Filipu Zavadlavu u petak je na splitskom Županijskom sudu potvrđena optužnica za trostruko ubojstvo u središtu Splita u siječnju ove godine, a početak suđenja se očekuje do kraja kolovoza. 

Kako je novinarima izjavio glasnogovornik tog suda Dinko Mešin, optužno vijeće je optužnicu protiv Zavadlava potvrdilo za svih pet kaznenih djela, a radi se o tri kaznena djela teškog ubojstva, potom kaznenom djelu dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom te nedozvoljeno posjedovanje oružja.

S obzirom na pandemiju koronavirusa sjednica je održana putem video linka tijekom čega su se optuženik Filip Zavadlav i njegov branitelj odvjetnik Branko Šerić javili iz gospićkog zatvora.

"Ovaj predmet ide na raspravu, a dobila ga je sutkinja Višnja Strinić. Početak suđenja ovisi o sucu, no s obzirom da je u predmetu određen istražni zatvor radi se o hitnom predmetu pa pretpostavljam da bi sa pripremnim ročištem trebalo započeti negdje do kraja kolovoza", kazao je Mešin.

Na novinarsko pitanje kazao je da je najveća kazna koju Zavadlav može dobiti 50 godina zatvora.

Zavadlava optužnica Županijskog državnog odvjetništva tereti da je 11. siječnja s 37 metaka iz automatske puške ubio Marina Bobana, Juricu Torlaka i Marina Ožića Paića. Prvu dvojicu je ubio dok su se nalazili na motoru u Šperunu, a trećeg, također na motoru, smaknuo je koju minutu kasnije u Varošu.

Uhićen je iste večeri nedaleko sjedišta policije te je odmah prebačen u zatvorsku bolnicu u Zagreb gdje je utvrđeno da je u vrijeme izvršenja kaznenog djela bio bitno smanjeno ubrojiv.

Filipu Zavadlavu u petak je na splitskom Županijskom sudu potvrđena optužnica za trostruko ubojstvo u središtu Splita u siječnju ove godine, a početak suđenja se očekuje do kraja kolovoza. 

Kako je novinarima izjavio glasnogovornik tog suda Dinko Mešin, optužno vijeće je optužnicu protiv Zavadlava potvrdilo za svih pet kaznenih djela, a radi se o tri kaznena djela teškog ubojstva, potom kaznenom djelu dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom te nedozvoljeno posjedovanje oružja.

S obzirom na pandemiju koronavirusa sjednica je održana putem video linka tijekom čega su se optuženik Filip Zavadlav i njegov branitelj odvjetnik Branko Šerić javili iz gospićkog zatvora.

"Ovaj predmet ide na raspravu, a dobila ga je sutkinja Višnja Strinić. Početak suđenja ovisi o sucu, no s obzirom da je u predmetu određen istražni zatvor radi se o hitnom predmetu pa pretpostavljam da bi sa pripremnim ročištem trebalo započeti negdje do kraja kolovoza", kazao je Mešin.

Na novinarsko pitanje kazao je da je najveća kazna koju Zavadlav može dobiti 50 godina zatvora.

Zavadlava optužnica Županijskog državnog odvjetništva tereti da je 11. siječnja s 37 metaka iz automatske puške ubio Marina Bobana, Juricu Torlaka i Marina Ožića Paića. Prvu dvojicu je ubio dok su se nalazili na motoru u Šperunu, a trećeg, također na motoru, smaknuo je koju minutu kasnije u Varošu.

Uhićen je iste večeri nedaleko sjedišta policije te je odmah prebačen u zatvorsku bolnicu u Zagreb gdje je utvrđeno da je u vrijeme izvršenja kaznenog djela bio bitno smanjeno ubrojiv.

Potvrđena optužnica protiv Zavadlava za trostruko ubojstvo. Glasnogovornik suda: Najveća kazna koju može dobiti je 50 godina zatvora

Filipu Zavadlavu u petak je na splitskom Županijskom sudu potvrđena optužnica za trostruko ubojstvo u središtu Splita u siječnju ove godine, a početak suđenja se očekuje do kraja kolovoza. 

Kako je novinarima izjavio glasnogovornik tog suda Dinko Mešin, optužno vijeće je optužnicu protiv Zavadlava potvrdilo za svih pet kaznenih djela, a radi se o tri kaznena djela teškog ubojstva, potom kaznenom djelu dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom te nedozvoljeno posjedovanje oružja.

S obzirom na pandemiju koronavirusa sjednica je održana putem video linka tijekom čega su se optuženik Filip Zavadlav i njegov branitelj odvjetnik Branko Šerić javili iz gospićkog zatvora.
