Načelnik Postaje granične policije Gruda Matko Klarić proglašen je krivim po tri točke te je dobio kaznu prestanka službe odlukom vijeća prvostupanjskog Disciplinskog suda u Splitu. Radi se o dvije teške povrede službene dužnosti kada nedoličnim ponašanjem teško šteti ugledu policije te jednoj zlouporabi položaja u službi.

Za prvu točku koja se odnosi na nedolično ponašanje prema četiri kolegice dobio je disciplinsku kaznu prestanka službe. Za drugo nedolično ponašanje koje se odnosi na čišćenje samostana na zamolbu kapelana dobio je premještaj na drugo radno mjesto službenika na granici PU dubrovačko-neretvanske.

Za treću točku prekoračenja ovlasti u službi što se odnosi na raspitivanje o jednom predmetu kod kolegice koja je radila na njemu također je dobio kaznu prestanka službe. Na osnovu toga mu je izrečena jedinstvena disciplinska kazna prestanka državne službe.

Radi se o nepravomoćnoj odluci na koju ima pravo žalbe. Presuda je izrečena u PU splitsko-dalmatinskoj u ponedjeljak u 18 sati,  a tijekom objave Matko Klarić se trgnuo prema natrag kada je čuo prvu kaznu udaljenja iz službe.

U nastavku objave je mirno saslušao ostatak presude koju je nakon toga i potpisao. Nakon objave presude odvjetnik Dario Obradović koji zastupa Matka Klarića kazao je kako je takvu odluku očekivao s obzirom na medijsku hajku.

- Kada vam prvi čovjek jednog resornog ministarstva unaprijed kaže da mora biti sankcije ja ne znam gdje je tu pravo ili pravda. Sve četiri službenice su kazale kako nije bilo nikakvog seksualnog uznemiravanja.

Nedolično ponašanje za koje je okrivljen se odnosi na to da je poslana poruka kolegici da se nađu na kavu jer je ta dotična kolegica  izjavila da ne želi razgovarati s načelnikom unutar postaje jer “zidovi imaju uši”. Poruka je poslana u dogovoru s dva zamjenika načelnika, ali njih sud nije htio saslušati.

Druge dvije policijske službenice su uopće negirale da je počinjeno djelo zbog kojeg bi se osjećale neugodno ili pretrpjele strah. Četvrta službenica je govorila o detaljima koje sada ne mogu iznositi, ali je također izrijekom negirala seksualno zlostavljanje kao i prve tri.

Također je potvrđeno da nije bilo nikakvih vulgarnosti. Drugo djelo nedoličnog ponašanja je to da su od strane kapelana zamoljene dvije službenice ako mogu pomoći u čišćenju samostana, ali naglasak je bio na dobrovoljnoj osnovi.

Treća točka je bila zlouporaba položaja i ovlasti tako da se načelnik samo interesirao što se događa s jednim predmetom. Sama svjedokinja je izjavila da načelnik nije utjecao na donošenje njene odluke, međutim da se zbog toga odluči da se ide na prestanak državne službe mi nismo mogli zamisliti - kazao je odvjetnik.

Najavio je žalbu na presudu kada dobiju pisani primjerak s obrazloženjem.

Načelnik Postaje granične policije Gruda Matko Klarić proglašen je krivim po tri točke te je dobio kaznu prestanka službe odlukom vijeća prvostupanjskog Disciplinskog suda u Splitu. Radi se o dvije teške povrede službene dužnosti kada nedoličnim ponašanjem teško šteti ugledu policije te jednoj zlouporabi položaja u službi.

Za prvu točku koja se odnosi na nedolično ponašanje prema četiri kolegice dobio je disciplinsku kaznu prestanka službe. Za drugo nedolično ponašanje koje se odnosi na čišćenje samostana na zamolbu kapelana dobio je premještaj na drugo radno mjesto službenika na granici PU dubrovačko-neretvanske.

Za treću točku prekoračenja ovlasti u službi što se odnosi na raspitivanje o jednom predmetu kod kolegice koja je radila na njemu također je dobio kaznu prestanka službe. Na osnovu toga mu je izrečena jedinstvena disciplinska kazna prestanka državne službe.

Radi se o nepravomoćnoj odluci na koju ima pravo žalbe. Presuda je izrečena u PU splitsko-dalmatinskoj u ponedjeljak u 18 sati,  a tijekom objave Matko Klarić se trgnuo prema natrag kada je čuo prvu kaznu udaljenja iz službe.

U nastavku objave je mirno saslušao ostatak presude koju je nakon toga i potpisao. Nakon objave presude odvjetnik Dario Obradović koji zastupa Matka Klarića kazao je kako je takvu odluku očekivao s obzirom na medijsku hajku.

- Kada vam prvi čovjek jednog resornog ministarstva unaprijed kaže da mora biti sankcije ja ne znam gdje je tu pravo ili pravda. Sve četiri službenice su kazale kako nije bilo nikakvog seksualnog uznemiravanja.

Nedolično ponašanje za koje je okrivljen se odnosi na to da je poslana poruka kolegici da se nađu na kavu jer je ta dotična kolegica  izjavila da ne želi razgovarati s načelnikom unutar postaje jer “zidovi imaju uši”. Poruka je poslana u dogovoru s dva zamjenika načelnika, ali njih sud nije htio saslušati.

Druge dvije policijske službenice su uopće negirale da je počinjeno djelo zbog kojeg bi se osjećale neugodno ili pretrpjele strah. Četvrta službenica je govorila o detaljima koje sada ne mogu iznositi, ali je također izrijekom negirala seksualno zlostavljanje kao i prve tri.

Također je potvrđeno da nije bilo nikakvih vulgarnosti. Drugo djelo nedoličnog ponašanja je to da su od strane kapelana zamoljene dvije službenice ako mogu pomoći u čišćenju samostana, ali naglasak je bio na dobrovoljnoj osnovi.

Treća točka je bila zlouporaba položaja i ovlasti tako da se načelnik samo interesirao što se događa s jednim predmetom. Sama svjedokinja je izjavila da načelnik nije utjecao na donošenje njene odluke, međutim da se zbog toga odluči da se ide na prestanak državne službe mi nismo mogli zamisliti - kazao je odvjetnik.

Najavio je žalbu na presudu kada dobiju pisani primjerak s obrazloženjem.
