Nakon što su u ponedjeljak kolima Hitne pomoći prevezeni u Opću bolnicu Zadar na pružanje liječničke pomoći, gdje su im konstatirane teške tjelesne ozljede, zdravstveno stanje 46-godišnjeg I.J. iz Gračaca i devetogodišnje djevojčice stabilno je.

Prema informacijama dr. Edija Karuca, zamjenika ravnatelja zadarske Opće bolnice, 46-godišnjak i djevojčica danas će proći kontrolnu obradu, ali se nalaze izvan životne opasnosti.

U stravičnoj nesreći u ponedjeljak, 17. kolovoza, u 18,30 sati na državnoj cesti D 54 smrtno su stradale djevojčice u dobi od 5 i 9 godina, kćerke 46-godišnjaka iz prvog braka.

Djevojčica koja je s njim preživjela nesreću kćer je njegove nove supruge. Vozač koji je skrivio nesreću kada im je oduzeo prednost prolaza još se nalazi na krim obradi u zadarskoj policiji. Riječ je o 66-godišnjem K.T., koji inače živi u Lici. I on i njegova suputnica u nesreći nisu ozlijeđeni, a nije utvrđena ni prisutnost alkohola.

Stradale djevojčice su se sa polusestrom i ocem kobnog dana vraćale kući sa kupanja. 

Prema rezultatima očevida koji je poduzet u suradnji s županijskim državnim odvjetnikom, nesreća se dogodila kada 66-godišnji vozač osobnog vozila marke Fiat zagrebačkih oznaka krećući se dionicom ceste D-547 iz smjera Obrovca u smjeru Sv.Roka, dolaskom do križanja s cestom D-54 nije propustio vozila s prednošću prolaska.  

Tom prilikom je došlo do sudara s osobnim vozilom marke Audi zadarskih oznaka, kojim je upravljao 49-godišnji vozač, a koje se kretalo iz smjera Maslenice u smjeru Zatona Obrovački. Nakon sudara osobno vozilo zadarskih registracijskih oznaka od siline udara prevrnulo se na krov i udarilo u betonsko postolje rampe.

Dežurni zamjenik županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru rukovodio je dokaznom radnjom očevida prometne nesreće.

Prema dosad utvrđenom, punoljetni hrvatski državljanin (1954.) upravljao je osobnim automobilom marke Fiat Punto zagrebačkih registarskih oznaka iz pravca Obrovca u pravcu Sv. Roka i oduzeo prednost osobnom automobilu marke Audi A4 kojim je upravljao punoljetni hrvatski državljanin (1971.) iz pravca mjesta Jasenice u pravcu Zatona Obrovačkog.

Tom je prilikom udario prednjom stranom automobila Punto u desnu bočnu stranu automobila Audi nakon čega je došlo do rotacije osobnog automobila Audi i njegova izlijetanja te prevrtanja izvan kolnika s desne strane.

U prometnoj nesreći su na mjestu nesreće smrtno stradale djevojčice iz osobnog automobila Audi (u dobi od 5 i 9 godina), dok su treća 9-godišnja djevojčica i vozač tog automobila zadobili teške tjelesne ozljede, te su prevezeni u Opću bolnicu Zadar i nalaze se izvan životne opasnosti.

Tijekom očevida, uz prisutnost vještaka prometne struke, fiksirani su svi bitni materijalni tragovi, te je izdan nalog za provođenje obdukcije smrtno stradalih djevojčica.
Slijedi poduzimanje drugih mjera i radnji u cilju utvrđivanja svih okolnosti vezanih uz nastanak ove prometne nesreće.

Nakon što su u ponedjeljak kolima Hitne pomoći prevezeni u Opću bolnicu Zadar na pružanje liječničke pomoći, gdje su im konstatirane teške tjelesne ozljede, zdravstveno stanje 46-godišnjeg I.J. iz Gračaca i devetogodišnje djevojčice stabilno je.

Prema informacijama dr. Edija Karuca, zamjenika ravnatelja zadarske Opće bolnice, 46-godišnjak i djevojčica danas će proći kontrolnu obradu, ali se nalaze izvan životne opasnosti.

U stravičnoj nesreći u ponedjeljak, 17. kolovoza, u 18,30 sati na državnoj cesti D 54 smrtno su stradale djevojčice u dobi od 5 i 9 godina, kćerke 46-godišnjaka iz prvog braka.

Djevojčica koja je s njim preživjela nesreću kćer je njegove nove supruge. Vozač koji je skrivio nesreću kada im je oduzeo prednost prolaza još se nalazi na krim obradi u zadarskoj policiji. Riječ je o 66-godišnjem K.T., koji inače živi u Lici. I on i njegova suputnica u nesreći nisu ozlijeđeni, a nije utvrđena ni prisutnost alkohola.

Stradale djevojčice su se sa polusestrom i ocem kobnog dana vraćale kući sa kupanja. 

Prema rezultatima očevida koji je poduzet u suradnji s županijskim državnim odvjetnikom, nesreća se dogodila kada 66-godišnji vozač osobnog vozila marke Fiat zagrebačkih oznaka krećući se dionicom ceste D-547 iz smjera Obrovca u smjeru Sv.Roka, dolaskom do križanja s cestom D-54 nije propustio vozila s prednošću prolaska.  

Tom prilikom je došlo do sudara s osobnim vozilom marke Audi zadarskih oznaka, kojim je upravljao 49-godišnji vozač, a koje se kretalo iz smjera Maslenice u smjeru Zatona Obrovački. Nakon sudara osobno vozilo zadarskih registracijskih oznaka od siline udara prevrnulo se na krov i udarilo u betonsko postolje rampe.

Dežurni zamjenik županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru rukovodio je dokaznom radnjom očevida prometne nesreće.

Prema dosad utvrđenom, punoljetni hrvatski državljanin (1954.) upravljao je osobnim automobilom marke Fiat Punto zagrebačkih registarskih oznaka iz pravca Obrovca u pravcu Sv. Roka i oduzeo prednost osobnom automobilu marke Audi A4 kojim je upravljao punoljetni hrvatski državljanin (1971.) iz pravca mjesta Jasenice u pravcu Zatona Obrovačkog.

Tom je prilikom udario prednjom stranom automobila Punto u desnu bočnu stranu automobila Audi nakon čega je došlo do rotacije osobnog automobila Audi i njegova izlijetanja te prevrtanja izvan kolnika s desne strane.

U prometnoj nesreći su na mjestu nesreće smrtno stradale djevojčice iz osobnog automobila Audi (u dobi od 5 i 9 godina), dok su treća 9-godišnja djevojčica i vozač tog automobila zadobili teške tjelesne ozljede, te su prevezeni u Opću bolnicu Zadar i nalaze se izvan životne opasnosti.

Tijekom očevida, uz prisutnost vještaka prometne struke, fiksirani su svi bitni materijalni tragovi, te je izdan nalog za provođenje obdukcije smrtno stradalih djevojčica.
Slijedi poduzimanje drugih mjera i radnji u cilju utvrđivanja svih okolnosti vezanih uz nastanak ove prometne nesreće.

Nakon što su u ponedjeljak kolima Hitne pomoći prevezeni u Opću bolnicu Zadar na pružanje liječničke pomoći, gdje su im konstatirane teške tjelesne ozljede, zdravstveno stanje 46-godišnjeg I.J. iz Gračaca i devetogodišnje djevojčice stabilno je.

Prema informacijama dr. Edija Karuca, zamjenika ravnatelja zadarske Opće bolnice, 46-godišnjak i djevojčica danas će proći kontrolnu obradu, ali se nalaze izvan životne opasnosti.

U stravičnoj nesreći u ponedjeljak, 17. kolovoza, u 18,30 sati na državnoj cesti D 54 smrtno su stradale djevojčice u dobi od 5 i 9 godina, kćerke 46-godišnjaka iz prvog braka.

Djevojčica koja je s njim preživjela nesreću kćer je njegove nove supruge. Vozač koji je skrivio nesreću kada im je oduzeo prednost prolaza još se nalazi...
