- Molim vas ako je moguće da se današnje ročište odgodi. Prošli utorak premjestili su me u drugu zatvorsku ćeliju pa sam zagubio optužnicu i nisam se mogao pripremiti. Potrebna mi je optužnica da sastavim obranu – rekao je danas na Županijskom sudu u Velikoj Gorici Radoje Rožek (31), optužen da je prije 19 mjeseci dao drogu 16-godišnjakinji te ju ugušio jastukom i potom umotao njezino tijelo u tepih i odbacio ga u podrum susjedne zgrade u novozagrebačkom Sopotu, piše Jutarnji.

Umjesto da iznese obranu za koju se mogao pripremiti od prošlog ročišta koje je bilo prije početkom srpnja, Rožek je zatražio odgodu suđenja.

Na upit sutkinje zašto telefonski od odvjetnice nije tražio da mu se optužnica dostavi, Rožek se požalio da nema novaca za telefon.

- Pa mogli ste onda i preko suda, kao što redovno pišete sudu. Pa kakav je to razlog za odgodu? Neuobičajena je ovo situacija da se odgađa zbog izgubljene optužnice. Jel' se vi općenito psihički osjećate da obranu možete iznijeti? Koliko vam vremena treba? I što bi se moglo idući puta dogoditi? - zanimalo je dalje sutkinju.

- Da, psihički sam dobro. Gledajte, možete iduću raspravu zakazati već kroz par dana, do kraja tjedna. I neće se dogoditi ništa. Bit ću spreman – odgovorio joj je optuženi pa mu je sutkinja ukazala na pretrpan raspored suđenja, ali i da ne vodi jedino njegov postupak.

- U situaciji sam da nema druge nego da odgodim raspravu. Upozoravam vas da bez obzira na bilo što, iduća će se rasprava morati održati. Imate dva tjedna vremena, dakle do 21. rujna – zaključila je sutkinja velikogoričkog suda nakon čega je Rožek vraćen u pritvor u kojem se nalazi od sredine veljače prošle godine.

Podsjetimo, na prošlom ročištu Rožek je upitao polubrata Ivicu B. je li mu poznat dečko po nadimku Gudula jer da mu je on rekao da je za ubojstvo maloljetnice odgovoran upravo on, no Ivica B. je umiješanost u zločin negirao.

A nakon uhićenja, Rožek je u tužiteljstvu ispričao da je znao da je pokojna maloljetnica pobjegla od kuće i da je imala 16 godina.

- U stan je došla s mojim bratom i ostala, a dolazilo nam je i društvo pa smo zajedno pušili travu i uzimali speed. Tog 14. veljače 2020. oko 14 sati došao sam kući i vidio ju da spava. Bočica metadonske terapije je bila poluprazna, a kraj nje je bila igla i šprica. Počeo sam je buditi, ali bila je hladna. Davao sam joj umjetno disanje i masirao srce, no uzalud. Na usta joj je izašla sukrvica i pjena. Satima sam razmišljao što učiniti, a iza ponoći sam izašao prošetati te sam vidio limena vrata kod jedne zgrade. Bila su otključana i tamo sam odlučio ostaviti tijelo. Vratio sam se u stan, obukao ju i zamotao u tepih koji je bio na hodniku zgrade te ju oko 2 sata odvukao do tih stepenica – ispričao je tužiteljima Rožek.

Tužiteljstvo optužnicom tereti Rožeka da je lanjskog Valentinova oko 20 sati u stanu u kojem je neprijavljeno boravio, točnije u spavaćoj sobi na krevetu maloljetnici stavio glavu na jastuk i stiskao ga prekinuvši joj dotok zraka kroz usta i nos, a kako se otimala i borila za zrak, zadobila je oguljotine kože lica, prsnog koša i leđa, razderotine usnice, edem mozga... Nakon čega je u rano jutro tijelo obukao, umotao u tepih te odvukao iz stana kroz park do stepenica podrumskog ulaza u zgradu gdje ga je odbacio niz stepenice. Inače, kako u 4,48 sati vuče neki predmet, zabilježila je i nadzorna kamera obližnje škole.

- Molim vas ako je moguće da se današnje ročište odgodi. Prošli utorak premjestili su me u drugu zatvorsku ćeliju pa sam zagubio optužnicu i nisam se mogao pripremiti. Potrebna mi je optužnica da sastavim obranu – rekao je danas na Županijskom sudu u Velikoj Gorici Radoje Rožek (31), optužen da je prije 19 mjeseci dao drogu 16-godišnjakinji te ju ugušio jastukom i potom umotao njezino tijelo u tepih i odbacio ga u podrum susjedne zgrade u novozagrebačkom Sopotu, piše Jutarnji.

Umjesto da iznese obranu za koju se mogao pripremiti od prošlog ročišta koje je bilo prije početkom srpnja, Rožek je zatražio odgodu suđenja.

Na upit sutkinje zašto telefonski od odvjetnice nije tražio da mu se optužnica dostavi, Rožek se požalio da nema novaca za telefon.

- Pa mogli ste onda i preko suda, kao što redovno pišete sudu. Pa kakav je to razlog za odgodu? Neuobičajena je ovo situacija da se odgađa zbog izgubljene optužnice. Jel' se vi općenito psihički osjećate da obranu možete iznijeti? Koliko vam vremena treba? I što bi se moglo idući puta dogoditi? - zanimalo je dalje sutkinju.

- Da, psihički sam dobro. Gledajte, možete iduću raspravu zakazati već kroz par dana, do kraja tjedna. I neće se dogoditi ništa. Bit ću spreman – odgovorio joj je optuženi pa mu je sutkinja ukazala na pretrpan raspored suđenja, ali i da ne vodi jedino njegov postupak.

- U situaciji sam da nema druge nego da odgodim raspravu. Upozoravam vas da bez obzira na bilo što, iduća će se rasprava morati održati. Imate dva tjedna vremena, dakle do 21. rujna – zaključila je sutkinja velikogoričkog suda nakon čega je Rožek vraćen u pritvor u kojem se nalazi od sredine veljače prošle godine.

Podsjetimo, na prošlom ročištu Rožek je upitao polubrata Ivicu B. je li mu poznat dečko po nadimku Gudula jer da mu je on rekao da je za ubojstvo maloljetnice odgovoran upravo on, no Ivica B. je umiješanost u zločin negirao.

A nakon uhićenja, Rožek je u tužiteljstvu ispričao da je znao da je pokojna maloljetnica pobjegla od kuće i da je imala 16 godina.

- U stan je došla s mojim bratom i ostala, a dolazilo nam je i društvo pa smo zajedno pušili travu i uzimali speed. Tog 14. veljače 2020. oko 14 sati došao sam kući i vidio ju da spava. Bočica metadonske terapije je bila poluprazna, a kraj nje je bila igla i šprica. Počeo sam je buditi, ali bila je hladna. Davao sam joj umjetno disanje i masirao srce, no uzalud. Na usta joj je izašla sukrvica i pjena. Satima sam razmišljao što učiniti, a iza ponoći sam izašao prošetati te sam vidio limena vrata kod jedne zgrade. Bila su otključana i tamo sam odlučio ostaviti tijelo. Vratio sam se u stan, obukao ju i zamotao u tepih koji je bio na hodniku zgrade te ju oko 2 sata odvukao do tih stepenica – ispričao je tužiteljima Rožek.

Tužiteljstvo optužnicom tereti Rožeka da je lanjskog Valentinova oko 20 sati u stanu u kojem je neprijavljeno boravio, točnije u spavaćoj sobi na krevetu maloljetnici stavio glavu na jastuk i stiskao ga prekinuvši joj dotok zraka kroz usta i nos, a kako se otimala i borila za zrak, zadobila je oguljotine kože lica, prsnog koša i leđa, razderotine usnice, edem mozga... Nakon čega je u rano jutro tijelo obukao, umotao u tepih te odvukao iz stana kroz park do stepenica podrumskog ulaza u zgradu gdje ga je odbacio niz stepenice. Inače, kako u 4,48 sati vuče neki predmet, zabilježila je i nadzorna kamera obližnje škole.

- Molim vas ako je moguće da se današnje ročište odgodi. Prošli utorak premjestili su me u drugu zatvorsku ćeliju pa sam zagubio optužnicu i nisam se mogao pripremiti. Potrebna mi je optužnica da sastavim obranu – rekao je danas na Županijskom sudu u Velikoj Gorici Radoje Rožek (31), optužen da je prije 19 mjeseci dao drogu 16-godišnjakinji te ju ugušio jastukom i potom umotao njezino tijelo u tepih i odbacio ga u podrum susjedne zgrade u novozagrebačkom Sopotu, piše Jutarnji.

Umjesto da iznese obranu za koju se mogao pripremiti od prošlog ročišta koje je bilo prije početkom srpnja, Rožek je zatražio odgodu suđenja.

Na upit sutkinje zašto telefonski od odvjetnice nije tražio da mu se optužnica dostavi, Rožek se požalio da nema novaca za telefon.
