Igrokaz oko (ne)održavanja rasprava u predmetu koji USKOK na splitskom Županijskom sudu vodi protiv zločinačke organizacije Željka Rajića pred sudskim vijećem sutkinje Višnje Strinić, nastavio se i u utorak, kada je moralo biti odgođeno još jedno ročište zbog nedolaska Nikice Jakšića, jednog od okrivljenih.

Podsjetimo, skupinu u kojoj se osim Rajića i Jakšića nalaze još i Ante Vučak, Liridon Berisha, Hrvoje Kovčalija kojem se sudi u odsutnosti, Anita Erceg i Roko Rodin USKOK tereti za niz kaznenih djela, od organiziranja pokušaja ubojstava, iznuda, otmica, paljevina automobila, nabave raznih vrsta oružja i streljiva, pomaganja u pokušaju iznude, protupravnog oduzimanja slobode i oštećenja tuđe stvari... Petero optuženika koji su bili u optužnici već se nagodilo s USKOK-om i priznalo krivnju. Od ovih preostalih u zatvoru su još jedino Berisha, koji služi kaznu od 15 godina za ubojstvo Ante Prnjaka, te Vučak, kojem maksimalno trogodišnje trajanje istražnog zatvora istječe 6. rujna ove godine, iako njegova obrana pokušava dokazati da on mora biti pušten mjesec dana ranije.

'Izborili' novu odgodu

U utorak je, dakle, zanimljivu "akrobaciju" odigrao Jakšić, koji je na posljednjom ročištu u petak sutkinji kazao da 7. lipnja mora biti u Zagrebu na Općinskom kaznenom sudu, gdje ima raspravu. Ona mu je tada dala zapisnik s tog posljednjeg ročišta kako bi se mogao njezinoj kolegici, koja u Zagrebu vodi njegov predmet, opravdati jer je njegova nazočnost neophodna kako bi se ročišta u ovom uskočkom suđenju mogla održavati. Jakšić je sutkinji kazao da će to napraviti i da će se u utorak pojaviti na splitskom sudu. No, na početku rasprave njegov odvjetnik Petar Bačić rekao je da je njegov klijent ipak otišao u Zagreb, no da je dao suglasnost da se izvanraspravno ispitaju svjedoci žrtve koji su bili predviđeni da u utorak svjedoče. Naravno, obrane ostalih okrivljenika nisu se s tim složile, a to je bilo potrebno, pa je ročište odgođeno za srpanj, kada je sutkinja Strinić zakazala petodnevni nastavak na koji će Jakšića prisilno dovesti policija.

Naravno, nije sutkinja povjerovala u Jakšićevu priču pa je odmah nakon prekida svoje rasprave nazvala kolegicu u Zagreb. I naravno, imala je što čuti. Jakšić se nije uopće pojavio na zagrebačkom Općinskom kaznenom sudu već se nadležnoj sutkinji opravdao i čak joj poslao i spomenuti zapisnik govoreći da ne može doći na sud jer ima važno suđenje u Splitu. Laički rečeno, nasanjkao je obje sutkinje, a pravo je pitanje zašto je tako postupio budući da je dosad, bar na splitskom suđenju, bio vrlo redovit u dolascima.

U utorak je na suđenju trebao svjedočiti Zvonko Giljanović, otac osuđenog kamatara Ivana Giljanovića koji služi petogodišnju kaznu zatvora zbog pokušaja ubojstva Marka Bekavca, a koji je, po optužnici, bio glavna meta Rajićeve skupine koja je htjela preuzeti njegove poslove i klijente. Svoj je iskaz bio spreman dati i Ante Petrović, brat Dragomira Petrovića zvanog Buvel, koji je u zatvoru jer je ubio Petra Vuknića, člana baš Rajićeve organizacije. Mlađi je Petrović bio meta pokušaja ubojstva i iznude, a izrešetan mu je i automobil ispred obiteljske kuće u Trolokvama.

Svoj je iskaz trebao dati i Miro Žeravica kojeg su, po USKOK-u, Vučak, Kovčalija, Berisha te Duje Pivčević i Robert Žuvela (koji su sve priznali i nagodili se s USKOK-om) brutalno zlostavljali, tražeći od njega 30 tisuća eura. No, Žeravica je sudu poslao dopis u kojem tvrdi da se jednostavno, zbog svega proživljenog ne može osobno pojaviti na sudu, da je istraumatiziran i da mu je trebalo puno vremena da se sredi, a sad ga se ponovno vraća u tu ružnu prošlost. Kazao je da, od kada je dobio poziv suda, opet živi u strahu, da ne može noćima spavati i pristaje svjedočiti jedino videolinkom na daljinu.

Igrokaz oko (ne)održavanja rasprava u predmetu koji USKOK na splitskom Županijskom sudu vodi protiv zločinačke organizacije Željka Rajića pred sudskim vijećem sutkinje Višnje Strinić, nastavio se i u utorak, kada je moralo biti odgođeno još jedno ročište zbog nedolaska Nikice Jakšića, jednog od okrivljenih.

Podsjetimo, skupinu u kojoj se osim Rajića i Jakšića nalaze još i Ante Vučak, Liridon Berisha, Hrvoje Kovčalija kojem se sudi u odsutnosti, Anita Erceg i Roko Rodin USKOK tereti za niz kaznenih djela, od organiziranja pokušaja ubojstava, iznuda, otmica, paljevina automobila, nabave raznih vrsta oružja i streljiva, pomaganja u pokušaju iznude, protupravnog oduzimanja slobode i oštećenja tuđe stvari... Petero optuženika koji su bili u optužnici već se nagodilo s USKOK-om i priznalo krivnju. Od ovih preostalih u zatvoru su još jedino Berisha, koji služi kaznu od 15 godina za ubojstvo Ante Prnjaka, te Vučak, kojem maksimalno trogodišnje trajanje istražnog zatvora istječe 6. rujna ove godine, iako njegova obrana pokušava dokazati da on mora biti pušten mjesec dana ranije.

'Izborili' novu odgodu

U utorak je, dakle, zanimljivu "akrobaciju" odigrao Jakšić, koji je na posljednjom ročištu u petak sutkinji kazao da 7. lipnja mora biti u Zagrebu na Općinskom kaznenom sudu, gdje ima raspravu. Ona mu je tada dala zapisnik s tog posljednjeg ročišta kako bi se mogao njezinoj kolegici, koja u Zagrebu vodi njegov predmet, opravdati jer je njegova nazočnost neophodna kako bi se ročišta u ovom uskočkom suđenju mogla održavati. Jakšić je sutkinji kazao da će to napraviti i da će se u utorak pojaviti na splitskom sudu. No, na početku rasprave njegov odvjetnik Petar Bačić rekao je da je njegov klijent ipak otišao u Zagreb, no da je dao suglasnost da se izvanraspravno ispitaju svjedoci žrtve koji su bili predviđeni da u utorak svjedoče. Naravno, obrane ostalih okrivljenika nisu se s tim složile, a to je bilo potrebno, pa je ročište odgođeno za srpanj, kada je sutkinja Strinić zakazala petodnevni nastavak na koji će Jakšića prisilno dovesti policija.

Naravno, nije sutkinja povjerovala u Jakšićevu priču pa je odmah nakon prekida svoje rasprave nazvala kolegicu u Zagreb. I naravno, imala je što čuti. Jakšić se nije uopće pojavio na zagrebačkom Općinskom kaznenom sudu već se nadležnoj sutkinji opravdao i čak joj poslao i spomenuti zapisnik govoreći da ne može doći na sud jer ima važno suđenje u Splitu. Laički rečeno, nasanjkao je obje sutkinje, a pravo je pitanje zašto je tako postupio budući da je dosad, bar na splitskom suđenju, bio vrlo redovit u dolascima.

U utorak je na suđenju trebao svjedočiti Zvonko Giljanović, otac osuđenog kamatara Ivana Giljanovića koji služi petogodišnju kaznu zatvora zbog pokušaja ubojstva Marka Bekavca, a koji je, po optužnici, bio glavna meta Rajićeve skupine koja je htjela preuzeti njegove poslove i klijente. Svoj je iskaz bio spreman dati i Ante Petrović, brat Dragomira Petrovića zvanog Buvel, koji je u zatvoru jer je ubio Petra Vuknića, člana baš Rajićeve organizacije. Mlađi je Petrović bio meta pokušaja ubojstva i iznude, a izrešetan mu je i automobil ispred obiteljske kuće u Trolokvama.

Svoj je iskaz trebao dati i Miro Žeravica kojeg su, po USKOK-u, Vučak, Kovčalija, Berisha te Duje Pivčević i Robert Žuvela (koji su sve priznali i nagodili se s USKOK-om) brutalno zlostavljali, tražeći od njega 30 tisuća eura. No, Žeravica je sudu poslao dopis u kojem tvrdi da se jednostavno, zbog svega proživljenog ne može osobno pojaviti na sudu, da je istraumatiziran i da mu je trebalo puno vremena da se sredi, a sad ga se ponovno vraća u tu ružnu prošlost. Kazao je da, od kada je dobio poziv suda, opet živi u strahu, da ne može noćima spavati i pristaje svjedočiti jedino videolinkom na daljinu.
