Poduzetnik Tomo Horvatinčić, pravomoćno osuđen za izazivanje prometne nesreće sa smrtnom posljedicom, u ponedjeljak se mora pojaviti na sudu gdje će doznati kad se mora javiti u Remetinec na služenje zatvorske kazne od četiri godine i deset mjeseci na koliko je osuđen, piše RTL.

No, početak služenja kazne zatvora možda će opet biti odgođeno zbog Horvatinčićevih zdravstvenih problema.

- Sve što vam ja mogu reći da ćemo poštivati zakonsku proceduru, a to znači da ćemo se očitovati o zdravstvenom stanju kod nadležnog suca. Nisam ja političar, nisam javna osoba da trebam svoj zdravstveni karton davati nekome osim sucu izvršitelju. Znači, poštivat ću proceduru i javiti se sucu izvršitelju u zadanom terminu, rekao je Horvatinčić u telefonskom razgovoru za RTL, koji neslužbeno doznaje da poduzetnik ponovno kani pozvati se na loše zdravstveno stanje u pokušaju da još jednom odgodi služenje kazne.

Podsjetimo, prije pet godina, sutkinja Maja Šupe osudila ga je na uvjetnu kaznu, ali presuda je bila srušena. Dvije godine kasnije ga je oslobodila zbog sinkope, no i ta presuda bila je ukinuta. Treći put Horvatinčić je osuđen pred novim sudskim vijećem što je na kraju i potvrđeno.

- Jako puno je napisano izmišljotina i laži. I mediji su meni presudili, napravili su monstruma od mene, to vam ja mogu reći. Ali ne znam ni da li ćete ovaj razgovor iskonstruirati. Poštivam ja sve medije, kao i sve institucije. To se vidi iz mojih dolazaka na ročišta kad sam bio u teškim situacijama, a isto ću napraviti i sad kad sam pozvan, kazao je Horvatinčić.

- Očekujem da će se pravda napokon izvršiti. S obzirom na to da je proglašen krivim, nadam se da nitko više neće prihvatiti njegovu "lažnu" bolest jer je na sudu dokazao da može pratiti ročišta. Ovisi o sucu, ali vjerujem da znaju svoj posao. Ako ne ode u zatvor, očekujem da ne bude ni slobodan. Osuđena osoba ne može hodati slobodno po ulici, a dobio je 4 godine i 10 mjeseci, mišljenja je Federico Salpietro, sin stradalog bračnog para za RTL.

Poduzetnik Tomo Horvatinčić, pravomoćno osuđen za izazivanje prometne nesreće sa smrtnom posljedicom, u ponedjeljak se mora pojaviti na sudu gdje će doznati kad se mora javiti u Remetinec na služenje zatvorske kazne od četiri godine i deset mjeseci na koliko je osuđen, piše RTL.

No, početak služenja kazne zatvora možda će opet biti odgođeno zbog Horvatinčićevih zdravstvenih problema.

- Sve što vam ja mogu reći da ćemo poštivati zakonsku proceduru, a to znači da ćemo se očitovati o zdravstvenom stanju kod nadležnog suca. Nisam ja političar, nisam javna osoba da trebam svoj zdravstveni karton davati nekome osim sucu izvršitelju. Znači, poštivat ću proceduru i javiti se sucu izvršitelju u zadanom terminu, rekao je Horvatinčić u telefonskom razgovoru za RTL, koji neslužbeno doznaje da poduzetnik ponovno kani pozvati se na loše zdravstveno stanje u pokušaju da još jednom odgodi služenje kazne.

Podsjetimo, prije pet godina, sutkinja Maja Šupe osudila ga je na uvjetnu kaznu, ali presuda je bila srušena. Dvije godine kasnije ga je oslobodila zbog sinkope, no i ta presuda bila je ukinuta. Treći put Horvatinčić je osuđen pred novim sudskim vijećem što je na kraju i potvrđeno.

- Jako puno je napisano izmišljotina i laži. I mediji su meni presudili, napravili su monstruma od mene, to vam ja mogu reći. Ali ne znam ni da li ćete ovaj razgovor iskonstruirati. Poštivam ja sve medije, kao i sve institucije. To se vidi iz mojih dolazaka na ročišta kad sam bio u teškim situacijama, a isto ću napraviti i sad kad sam pozvan, kazao je Horvatinčić.

- Očekujem da će se pravda napokon izvršiti. S obzirom na to da je proglašen krivim, nadam se da nitko više neće prihvatiti njegovu "lažnu" bolest jer je na sudu dokazao da može pratiti ročišta. Ovisi o sucu, ali vjerujem da znaju svoj posao. Ako ne ode u zatvor, očekujem da ne bude ni slobodan. Osuđena osoba ne može hodati slobodno po ulici, a dobio je 4 godine i 10 mjeseci, mišljenja je Federico Salpietro, sin stradalog bračnog para za RTL.
