U mjestu Krilo Jasenice u utorak oko 7.40 sati policajci su zaprimili dojavu Ispostave hitne mediincinske pomoći Omiš da je prilikom liječničke intervencije na adresi Poljička cesta Krilo kod broj 20 njihova liječnica i voditeljica ispostave dr. Marina K. zadobila tjelesnu ozljedu lijeve ruke.
Ona je sa svojm timom (medicinska sestra i vozač) izišla na teren 15 minuta nakon dojavepomoći 85-godišnjoj K.V. koja je onkološki bolesnik i koja se žalila na bol u prsima. Na parkiralištu ih je po dolasku dočekala nepoznata muška osoba, najvjerojatnije zet pacijentice koji je odmah počeo galamiti nezadovoljan brzinom izalaska na intervenciju.
Timu Hitne je govorio da se gube ili će ih kamenovati, što je ponovio u nekoliko navrata, da bi u jednom trenutku uzeo nekoliko kamenja s poda koje je svom žestinom bacio u njihvom smjeru, pri čemu je jedan kamen udario liječnicu u predjelu lijeve ruke, točnije u donji dio podlaktice. Zgrožena žena je zadobila hematom i reznu ranu dužine oko 1 cm, a liječničku pomoć joj je po dolasku u Omiš pružio kolega Zdenko Tomić
Policija se nakon ovog nemilog događaja dala u potragu za 'bacačem kamenja' te došla do 61-godišnjeg Gorana S. koji živi u u Splitu, ali ga djelatnici Druge policijske postaje još nisu pronašli.
Stupanjem na snagu izmjena i dopuna Kaznenog zakona, s kojim je prije više od od godinu i pol dana definirano novo kazneno djelo - prisila prema zdravstvenom radniku, napadač bi, ako mu se dokaže krivnja, trebao biti prijavljen za kazneno djelo.
Uvođenje napada na zdravstvenog radnika kao napda na službenu osobu nije puno pomoglo jer je napada više nego ikada do sada. Iz Hrvatske udruge za medicinsko pravo apelirali su na državne institucije da se takvi napadi konačno zaustave i sankcioniraju.
“Susrećemo se sa situacijama da se dogode napadi na zdravstvene radnike, a da represivna tijela ne reagiraju ili reagiraju i dalje na način da zdravstveni radnici sami moraju pokretati kaznene progone protiv napadača ili ako se već podnese određena prijava protiv počinitelja, ista bude odbačena ili neprocesuirana”, upozorili su.
Takvim primjerom, ocijenili su, državna tijela ne ulijevaju nikakvu sigurnost i povjerenje u rad državnih institucija.
Kao problem su istaknuli i izostajanje potrebne edukacije svih čimbenika o tome da je nasilje nad zdravstvenim radnicima neprihvatljivo, kao i promptno i oštro sankcioniranje takvih situacija od strane države.
“Strah kod zdravstvenog radnika te bojazan od novih napada, a da se s druge strane nema prevelike nade i povjerenja u državne institucije, dovodi do toga da zdravstveni radnici neće moći pružati zdravstvenu skrb na način kako bi to zaista mogli činiti da su sigurni u svom radnom okruženju”, poručili su iz Hrvatske udruge za medicinsko pravo.
Izrazili su uvjerenje da će u ovom slučaju “institucije ipak odraditi svoj posao” te što prije sankcionirati ovakav nasilni čin.
“Ujedno smatramo da će ovakav i slični slučajevi potaknuti resorno ministarstvo na nužne promjene u zdravstvenom sustavu koje su potrebne na svim razinama zdravstvene zaštite”, stoji u priopćenju HUMP-a.

U mjestu Krilo Jasenice u utorak oko 7.40 sati policajci su zaprimili dojavu Ispostave hitne mediincinske pomoći Omiš da je prilikom liječničke intervencije na adresi Poljička cesta Krilo kod broj 20 njihova liječnica i voditeljica ispostave dr. Marina K. zadobila tjelesnu ozljedu lijeve ruke.
Ona je sa svojm timom (medicinska sestra i vozač) izišla na teren 15 minuta nakon dojavepomoći 85-godišnjoj K.V. koja je onkološki bolesnik i koja se žalila na bol u prsima. Na parkiralištu ih je po dolasku dočekala nepoznata muška osoba, najvjerojatnije zet pacijentice koji je odmah počeo galamiti nezadovoljan brzinom izalaska na intervenciju.
Timu Hitne je govorio da se gube ili će ih kamenovati, što je ponovio u nekoliko navrata, da bi u jednom trenutku uzeo nekoliko kamenja s poda koje je svom žestinom bacio u njihvom smjeru, pri čemu je jedan kamen udario liječnicu u predjelu lijeve ruke, točnije u donji dio podlaktice. Zgrožena žena je zadobila hematom i reznu ranu dužine oko 1 cm, a liječničku pomoć joj je po dolasku u Omiš pružio kolega Zdenko Tomić
Policija se nakon ovog nemilog događaja dala u potragu za 'bacačem kamenja' te došla do 61-godišnjeg Gorana S. koji živi u u Splitu, ali ga djelatnici Druge policijske postaje još nisu pronašli.
Stupanjem na snagu izmjena i dopuna Kaznenog zakona, s kojim je prije više od od godinu i pol dana definirano novo kazneno djelo - prisila prema zdravstvenom radniku, napadač bi, ako mu se dokaže krivnja, trebao biti prijavljen za kazneno djelo.
Uvođenje napada na zdravstvenog radnika kao napda na službenu osobu nije puno pomoglo jer je napada više nego ikada do sada. Iz Hrvatske udruge za medicinsko pravo apelirali su na državne institucije da se takvi napadi konačno zaustave i sankcioniraju.
“Susrećemo se sa situacijama da se dogode napadi na zdravstvene radnike, a da represivna tijela ne reagiraju ili reagiraju i dalje na način da zdravstveni radnici sami moraju pokretati kaznene progone protiv napadača ili ako se već podnese određena prijava protiv počinitelja, ista bude odbačena ili neprocesuirana”, upozorili su.
Takvim primjerom, ocijenili su, državna tijela ne ulijevaju nikakvu sigurnost i povjerenje u rad državnih institucija.
Kao problem su istaknuli i izostajanje potrebne edukacije svih čimbenika o tome da je nasilje nad zdravstvenim radnicima neprihvatljivo, kao i promptno i oštro sankcioniranje takvih situacija od strane države.
“Strah kod zdravstvenog radnika te bojazan od novih napada, a da se s druge strane nema prevelike nade i povjerenja u državne institucije, dovodi do toga da zdravstveni radnici neće moći pružati zdravstvenu skrb na način kako bi to zaista mogli činiti da su sigurni u svom radnom okruženju”, poručili su iz Hrvatske udruge za medicinsko pravo.
Izrazili su uvjerenje da će u ovom slučaju “institucije ipak odraditi svoj posao” te što prije sankcionirati ovakav nasilni čin.
“Ujedno smatramo da će ovakav i slični slučajevi potaknuti resorno ministarstvo na nužne promjene u zdravstvenom sustavu koje su potrebne na svim razinama zdravstvene zaštite”, stoji u priopćenju HUMP-a.
